    If the goal of the plot was to frame some random lone nut why did they frame someone who was anything but? Well said. There are just way too many incidences with the lone nut story where his time line is anything but random. I've always thought that they even piled it on too much that it makes it over done. The BYP is one glaring example.

    Andrej the guy with one leg down on the lower step is that supposed to be PM or BL? I agree with the person who said hat and tie man in Altgens is Shelley. The guy in photo looks older and has a hat too and looks beefier.

    Robin raises a good point. With Altgens and that other dark shot, you'd at least think that Frazier would be seen. You can see that guy with a tie and hat on in Altgens so he couldn't have been standing too much farther away from Frazier. But he's not in it at all (Frazier). How much time had elapsed after Altgens was the image taken that shows Frazier standing at the top? I'm starting to wonder too, Andrej, if PM was stepping down like your 3D model shows. If Frazier is 6 feet and his body is in sunlight, then he had to have been standing closer to the camera. Then PM, in the shadows, was standing further back toward the corner. Perhaps this is why he looks smaller. If he had been close enough to have one leg down on the step, then he'd been closer to the sun and been illuminated.

    Yes I know them all Hughes = that shot down Houston and you can see him on steps Altgens = the one where's leaning to see the limo Wiegman = he's in the middle of the steps leaning over (similar to Altgens) Hughes - it's also the one that shows an ape like version of BL back on the steps lingering, talking, looking around. He can be seen at the end of it. Wiegman - there is like a 2 or 3 frame sequence showing the waving black guy and umbrella guy sitting on curb. Way off topic of course, but "interesting" how they just kind of plopped down on the curb. Both of them too - what are the odds of two "strangers" just plopping down like that side by side in a conspicuous way? We'll never know of course. Funny thing about it - black waving guy was right there for the first shots, the ones hitting Kennedy in the throat and back. Yet, he just cooly stood there waving. Meanwhile, the guy further down on the steps suddenly lurches when HE realizes what's happening when Kennedy's head blows up. Probably nothing to it though.

    OK thanks and glad this cleared up. Yes, I did read your other post but it's a little hard to understand. But I did read it. I wanted to make sure too that I was seeing the right thing because yes I agree Gerda makes great stuff and when she combined those two clips and stabilized them it looks like they're not the same thing - but we know they are. But it can be confusing. But anyway - yeah that *has to be* Lovelady on the steps. I know it looks like him down on the extension (I could have sworn too that little street was called Elm Annex but was wrong] with his buddy. I'm just thinking he hardly moved up on the steps and actually the others standing up on the steps hardly moved either. Pure speculation of course but it just seems to make more sense he'd still be up there like the rest of them 75 seconds after the shooting. You don't have to reply to this as I can detect frustration on your previous post. But just wanted to double check.

    Tom - OK, I grabbed a frame from the Gerda animated GIF. It's not great but hopefully the image below will at least give you an idea. I was under the impression that some say that BL with the other guy are walking down the Annex as seen by the two yellow lines on left (again this is not a great grab but they were in that general vicinity). Then others say that BL is still up on the steps as marked by yellow arrow. I believe Bart thinks that BL is down where the yellow lines are. My only concern is when you look at the other clear GIF of the steps area, it looks like BL. Obviously BL can't be in two places at the same time. Personally, after seeing that close up, I think he's still up on the steps as it does look like him. And then of course back on the top and in shadow is PM. Does this make sense?     I don't understand some of you people......there is nothing but personal beliefs for seeing Lovelady in Darnell on the steps. You have no evidence to back your beliefs and prefer to eat the lemon called their WC testimonies. Think for a second about that! I have to go with what my eyes are seeing, Bart. You've done great work on PM but the GIF below, at the very beginning, looks like a bald-headed guy and the pattern of his shirt looks like Lovelady. This is by no means scientific, of course, as many other theories of the case are unscientific as well. But the bald guy is almost in the exact same spot as he was when he was up a little more and leaning over as seen in that other footage and as seen in Altgens. Like I said, too, your "two guys down on the Annex" also look like Lovelady and the other guy (sorry I can't remember his name). Again, look at the very first frame or two of the GIF below - there's like a moment of clarity in it and it really does look like Lovelady. Is it? Are your two Annex guys Lovelady? It does leave a quandary in your otherwise well-done PM.You really, truly have to ask yourself - who is the bald guy up there on the steps in the GIF below?

    Bart I know and agree the general if not grainy features of your photo does look like him down on the Annex. I just see him also up on the steps too. Note too that the whole cluster of folks up there looks as if none moved 55 seconds after the shooting. So my main concern is if it's not BL up on the steps who is it? Even PM is still up there.

    The thing that's worrisome for me is in that Dunkel GIF, I know it's supposed to be Lovelady down there on the Annex with the cop running toward the building. But I think it looks more like Lovelady is still on the steps up there. I think that because he was pretty bald and the sun is bright on the head on the step. It just seems to look like him and it makes sense in my mind that had he had not moved yet from his "leaning over" stance when the limo went by. I think, too, that after the shots were fired, there may have just been like a "standing around and looking around" moment for the folks up there in the steps area. The cop supposedly ran into the building 90(?) sec after the shooting give or take. So it just seems and looks like it's Lovelady up there.

    Hi Ray - you may want to go way back on this thread. Andre made a great 3D mock up of the steps with a character in it too. Though I don't agree with his LHO having a step down (it doesn't look like he's doing that in the actual films) his 3D work is great. Go back in time and it's there

    I'm really starting to wonder - where is the genuine John Armstrong? Why doesn't he ever post his own stuff here? Instead he always uses Hargrove as his mouth piece for everything. It's almost as if he's the bah humbug guy behind the curtain while Hargrove does all of the clinking and clattering on here. Or maybe - just maybe - is Hargrove just a fake person and it's really Armstrong? This inquiring mind wants to know.

    There may have been multiple people on the sixth floor, but there was only one shooter. Only one rifle. The plotters would never leave a rifle in a box and walk off to recover it later. Too much risk. George - this is exactly why I don't think any shots came from there. There were plenty of others places to do the shooting and to afford a quick get away IMO the TSDB was window dressing. And to put any OTHER shooters in there would have risked the possibility of whoever else would have been in that building of being seen or exposed. The whole idea was to get LHO in that building and they (Paines) did so in October. Now it was just a matter of getting the other props in there, which they did. The proof that they were props is, of course, the thrown down shell that had a dent in the lip which renders it useless as a bullet shell. As for the witnesses, Brennan said he saw 80% of the body up there. Really? The shooter would have had to be leaning almost completely out the window with the gun in order to have done that. If others saw, that's fine - you can be up there making noise in hopes of people down there noticing you but it doesn't mean there was actually someone up there shooting a gun off. If the idea was to set up LHO as the killer, why would the planners want to also risk exposing the plan by having additional guns and people in there? They had to have known that if they wanted to start the whispering campaign that LHO did it, that the cops would have been rushing in there in a matter of minutes. It's like what magicians do - they do one thing while distracting you to look elsewhere. Regarding PM - if that's really LHO standing up there in the vestibule, then that may be why he was not killed inside of the building. Perhaps they told him to be elsewhere in the building and would have been confronted and shot. It's possible. But old Lee didn't do that, he was "out front with Shelly."

    Tom - PS Why do you have to keep butting in on threads you "aren't interested in"? Do you crave attention or something? Go rain on your own parade, not mine. Oh, OK I see the point of the thread now. The timing. My only question is if the baldish guy up on the steps is Lovelady with those two women coming up the steps, one seems to have the other by the arm, and if the cop is just now on his way as he gets closer to the entrance, then I don't think those two guys walking down on the Annex are Lovelady and Frazier. So therefore, I don't think that the running woman - whoever she is - is talking to Lovelady. Sorry but I can't find that GIF showing this so I'm going by memory. One thing too is Truly's statement says he was all jacked up and "this way sir" in his testimony like he was shedding a tear and ready to tear the assassin's head apart. But in that clip he sure doesn't look jacked up. Again, I think this goes back to these people's memory of what happened. No one expected this to happen so it wasn't like they were standing around with a notebook ready to record their every step and movement. But I do think they elaborated on their story for the simple fact that LHO had to be seen somewhere near the way to the 6th floor. As he himself said he was "out front with Shelley," and like everything else he said that weekend ("they arrested me because I lived in Russia...I'm a patsy") he certainly didn't come across as the deranged Commie killer they made him out to be after he was dead. I never said I wasn't interested in this thread. I'm very interested in PM. Bart has done a lot of good work and I think the only way we'll ever really know is if that TV station releases the raw footage to be analyzed. I find it very interesting that if there's nothing to see in it, they'd release it. But they won't which raises if not a red flag, at least a pink one.

    Tom, no problem and understood. The only impersonating I think happened was during the lead up to 11/22. Meaning, there was a guy at the car dealership making outrageous claims (they must have forgotten though that LHO didn't even drive - LOL) and saying he's going to come into a great deal of money. I can see that happening as a way to make him look like a troublemaker so when he's arrested, these same people could come forward and say "Yeah, I remember him." This was probably the back-up plan (or not) as I don't even think he was supposed to survive his "escape" from the TSBD.

    You have to show more conclusive evidence that nullifies their first statements and the Couch pic. That guy looks like anyone but Lovelady. Bart, I'm pretty surprised you don't think that the baldish guy is Lovelady. It sure looks like him to me based on that earlier photo of him leaning over to watch the parade.

    It looks like him, Sandy. Look at my animated GIF. The nose, mouth, chin, ears, brows all match up. Even the cadet one with him smiling a little bit matches up with the military and then 11/22. People do change - surely you know that YOU don't like you do today like you did 5 or 6 years ago. The thing that's holding you back as well as others, is no matter how obvious or plausible something is, you just can't see it for what it is...the truth. That's all it is. And here we go again, Tom. No grudges here. It's not just Sandy - it's many, many many other people who think like him.

    There are some good plausible points about this (EXCEPT the HL clone portion) like the lights going out and that kind of thing. I personally don't think the shooting took place from the TSDB at all. It was merely the "stage" to blame Oswald, what with the fake piece of junk weapon, the thrown down shells, and so on. But would they really have gone through all of this climbing up and through the shafts and that kind of thing? It seems risky and because I don't believe the shots came from that building anyway, there was no need to go through the elaborate climbing through the elevators and so forth.

    This is why I've never really put a lot of relevance on witness statements. Too unreliable, too inconsistent and no one was standing around expecting this to happen with a car moving at a decent clip driving by them. It's obvious some of these women can't even agree on what they saw. So what is the real point of this thread in relation to the case? We can pretty much see what happened over and over with the Zapruder film. Robin I like what you said above about Tom bumping threads that have long fallen asleep with the dogs. But I'm surprised you're now posting witness statements here. What's up with that?

    Jim watch the GIF I put up. The brows match the nose the ears even the chin. The images in your graphic are a mess copies of copies. Why would you ever try to compare a person's features with them? The GIF I made uses clear images and include one that you claim is a clone. But it merely shows the same person aging from 1956 to 1963. Any investigatory body would easily dismiss the images you're using as garbage.

    Uh, you do realize that he believes in the HL nonsense right? And you do realize that he mentioned above that in essence he doesn't trust anything the government says right? What he said is the whole essence of this thread - gov is bad = conspiracy is everywhere = HL, which was quite revealing because I'd always suspected he and others like him believing in this silly story, 67% of the frames of the Z film have been removed, and so on. So that's what you're basing your IMO on his sharpness on? I wouldn't call that exactly sharp. I mean how can a "sharp" guy be constantly digging around here thinking he's going to solve something where there's nothing to solve? Or do you now believe in the HL nonsense as well? And I'm still right about the baseball. The reason is I've done it before and I don't ever remember having to aim my throw the equivalent of 150 ft up in the air for it reach home. Unlike him I have the experience of actually doing it compared to going to Yahoo and finding some silly math formula. But whatever....
