  1. Registration is now open for the two-day mock trial that will held at the South Texas College of Law in Houston on Nov. 16th and 17th. We will use what has been learned about forensic evidence from the Innocence Project and use 21st century tools to evaluate the evidence that was used to link Lee Oswald to the assassination. The jury will be selected from the Houston Jury pool. Lawyers will be able to receive 10 CLE credits (including 3 CLE ethics credits). For those who cannot attend the event, there will be a live stream. Alec Baldwin will be the keynote speaker for our Thursday night dinner. To register, please go to www.stcl.edu/oswald.
  2. Last April I spoke about the second floor lunch room encounter as part of my Prayer Man presentation at the 14th DPUK seminar in Canterbury. Afterwards I wasn't happy with that segment to which Barry Keane suggested I'd write it up, which I did not realising the task that lay ahead. At the link below I tried to cram every bit of info in there that is available on this alleged encounter, and that has had a negative effect on the software that published it as I managed to crash it and, at this time, cannot edit it at all any more.Once that is solved I will make a couple of minor edits. There will be an interactive presentation to follow, http://www.prayer-man.com/anatomy-of-the-second-floor-lunch-room-encounter/

  5. DPUK Canterbury Seminar On April 23rd and 24th Dealey Plaza UK is holding their annual seminar in Canterbury. Prayer Man will be an integral part on the 23rd, besides the happenings inside and around the TSBD then it is of to the pub for a solid hour and a half after that I will address Oswald's interrogations and demolish the 2nd floor lunchroom encounter.. On Sunday I will do a Q&A with Malcolm Blunt and Greg Parker will be there remotely to talk about Lee Oswald's Cold War as well. I will take some pix and post them shortly after the event in this thread. For a full programme check the link below. http://www.prayer-man.com/dpuk-canterbury-seminar/
  6. Ten years ago I was exploring the Internet for anything on Donald O. Norton, believed to be the real Lee Oswald. Norton was renting charter boats out and had a fly-fishing store. I went on sites about charter boats. I found a red-headed man who did the same business as Norton. The 2 even named their businesses Red's. On a charter boat site I decided to look at their pictures. One picture made its way down the page slowly. I saw the name Ralph Geb. I wrote his name down as an afterthought. Later, I thought I'd look up Ralph Geb, and was astonished to find out he was an Oswald impersonator. When I went back, his picture would appear fast. I couldn't see that name anymore. About a month later, I emailed the business about the man in the picture and was told he was Bill ------------ I don't remember his last name. They told me he came from the Outerbanks of North Carolina. I have a picture of him, he's blond and wearing a toupee. He seems to be doing the books, an accountant. Go to: http://s.1274.photobucket.com I wonder if this is the same man as in Mexico. And remember his picture was taken over 15 years ago. You'll also see 2 pictures of Castro dead; others believe he's still alive. And there are photos of Phil Ochs in Dealey Plaza, by the garage of the Dal-Tex building after the shooting. He hung himself in the late '70's. Kathy C
  7. Why falsification matters "No rational argument will have a rational effect on a man who does not want to adopt a rational attitude."--Sir Karl Popper The great British philosopher of science, Karl R. Popper, to whom my first book, Scientific Knowledge (1981) was in fact dedicated, championed the importance of falsification (or of attempts to show hypotheses and theories are false) as the key to understanding scientific knowledge. It was his position that the content of an hypothesis or theory is directly related to the extent to which they are amenable to being tested on the basis of observation, measurement and experiment--and that only evidence that results from unsuccessful attempts to falsify an hypothesis should count in its favor. Popper's profound insight has application to research on JFK, where some students are unable to appreciate why the search for evidence that refutes the official account is more important than evidence that confirms it. Popper drew (what he called) a criterion of demarcation between propositions that are scientific and those that are not. Claims such as "God created the universe and every living thing", for example, or that "There is an all-pervasive Force that controls the outcome of events" are classic examples, since there are no observations, measurements or experiments that could possibly disprove them. They are consistent with the world's history, no matter what its course. Likewise, the claim advanced by those who support Intelligent Design Theory on the ground that there are "irreducibly complex" organisms that appear to be inexplicable on the principles of evolution does not qualify as scientific unless it is accompanied by an explanation of how God created them, which in turn could be subjected to test. That does not make these claims meaningless, as the logical positivists maintained, but it does make them unscientific. Popper's position becomes especially important relative to hypotheses and theories about the laws of nature, because, unlike laws of society, they cannot be violated, cannot be changed and require no enforcement. An interesting example might be the claim that all pennies are copper. If we assume that the definition of "penny" is a coin having 1/100 the value of a dollar, which does not imply the metal of which it is made, then we can find millions of confirming instances, which would--at least, upon initial consideration--strongly support the hypothesis. But by subjecting it to a more thorough and painstaking study, that claim is falsified by the discovery that, in 1943, because of the shortage of copper for WWII, pennies instead were made of lead. The claim turns out to be false in spite of having an enormous number of confirming instances. The situation is similar with JFK. The Assassination as a Theory The use of the phrase, "conspiracy theory", has been widely adopted as a form of denigration for any who question the "official account" of the death of JFK, the atrocities of 9/11 or a host of other events in which there are reasons to believe that the government itself may have been complicit. The term, "theory", has stronger and weaker senses, perhaps most commonly as an interpretation of events that is based upon the available evidence. Detectives investigating crime scenes, which are well portrayed in programs such as "Law and Order", form a theory of the case, entailing the consideration of those who may have committed it. Each suspect might be regarded as an alternative hypothesis that would explain the crime, were it to turn out to be true. When they discover a suspect has an alibi that makes it impossible for him to have committed it, that falsifies the hypothesis and attention turns to others. It might be the case, of course, that an alibi is fictitious, just as photographs can be faked. In cases in which an alibi turns out to have been fabricated, instead of reducing interest in a suspect, that has the effect of increasing it. Why, after all, would anyone fake an alibi unless they had been complicit in the crime? On the other hand, those who might want to implicate someone in a crime they did not actually commit might undertake the fabrication of evidence incriminating them, which happened in the case of the assassination of JFK. We know that the Mannlicher-Carcano was planted, that his palm print on the weapon was faked, and that the backyard photographs were created by imposing his face on someone else's body, as Jim Marrs and I explained in our study, "Framing the Patsy". In this case, something like the opposite appears to have taken place, where features of Billy Lovelady's face were imposed on Oswald's body, a fascinating variation on the forms of fakery we have already encountered in this case. The government would have us believe that this photo is authentic and unaltered. One argument has been is that it was published in some (rather obscure) newspapers already on 22 November 1963, which would drastically curtail the time that would have been available to alter it. But claims about "impossible timelines" have arisen before in relation to the Zapruder film, where we have many witness reports, official testimony, and Secret Service evidence that the film was massively revised to conceal a limo stop during which JFK was hit twice in the head. Most importantly, frame 374 shows a blow-out to the back of the head that was painted over in earlier frames. The authenticity hypothesis has been falsified. The original was taken to the National Photographic Information Center on Saturday, 23 November 1963, as an 8mm, already split film that was developed in Dallas, while its replacement, a 16mm unsplit film developed in Rochester, was brought there on Sunday, 24 November 1963. Since we knew independently that the film had been altered, we knew that their had to have been time to do it, since nothing actual can be impossible. Similar considerations obtain in the case of the Altgens6. Frame 374 falsifies the authenticity of the Zapruder film, because it is inconsistent with earlier frames in which it has been blacked out. By showing a blow-out at the back of the head, which was caused by a shot fired from the right/front, it also falsifies the hypothesis that Oswald was "the lone assassin". The most famous photo of the assassination, which was taken by AP photographer James "Ike" Altgens and is technically known as the "Altgens6", likewise seems to have been altered in the area of the doorway, where the identity of a man who appears to be extending his head to observe what is going on has long been in dispute. The hypothesis that this photo is authentic has been falsified by the realization that the face of one figure (to Doorman's left/front) has been obfuscated, that the figure beside him wearing a narrow black tie is both in front of him and behind him at the same time, and that, as a consequence, Doorman is missing his left shoulder. Each of these features establish that the photo has been altered, since no authentic photo would include an obfuscated face or present impossible anatomical features like these. (continued)
  8. Apparently, Judyth has rented a room at the Eden Prairie Library, in my neck-of-the-woods, to give a talk and sign her two books this Tuesday, 1-3. Of all the libraries in the Twin Cities, much less Minnesota, I find this choice reeking of irony. I don't know if I will be able to squeeze it into my schedule, but have had a request to have it taped. If anyone would like to do that, please let me know...Thanks...

  10. JFK: Why Buell Wesley Frazier was erased from Altgens6 Share on facebookShare on twitterShare on emailShare on pinterest_shareMore Sharing Services4 By Larry Rivera (with Jim Fetzer) “The world is a dangerous place, not because of the people who are evil; but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.”–Albert Einstein Guess what, we are not going to talk about curtain rods in this article. The curtain rod story is a red herring, so we will do away with it right from the top. The Oswald Innocence Campaign (OIC) has already shown that Oswald was Doorman and that Lovelady was “Black Hole Man”, who is holding his arms up to shade his eyes, largely based upon the differences between their shirts. That much has been established by the OIC. Our next order of business, therefore, is to find out why Buell Wesley Frazier was erased from the famous Altgens photograph. Buell Wesley Frazier was born June 4, 1944.(1) At 19, he arrived in Irving in early September 1963 from the town of Huntsville 200 miles away to find work and live with his sister Linnie Mae Randle, her husband Bill, and their three children.(2) With his mother also visiting with Linnie in November 1963 (3), he was left with no choice but to sleep on the couch of the Randle’s living room.(4) There are two versions of how he obtained his employment at the Texas School Book Depository. His Warren Commission testimony states he went through the Massey Employment Agency.(5) They referred him there, and the same day he interviewed with Roy Truly, he was hired. (6) However, his sister stated she was the one who enabled him to land the job at the TSBD.(7) He was making the minimum wage of $1.25 per hour.(8) At any rate, he did end up working there on 9/13/63. He drove Lee Harvey Oswald to work on 11/22/63–and the rest is history. Frazier got up at 6:30 AM, had breakfast with his mother and family at 7:15.(9) He picked up Lee, who had been waiting for him outside, after walking half a block from the Ruth Paine residence. He took Stemmons Freeway downtown and arrived at the TSBD parking lot in time for work. The image at left shows this was not just any parking lot. It was well removed from the work place. From there they walked the 3 blocks to work.(10) It was cold and foggy and it had been raining that morning.(11) At this point, he supposedly was separated from Oswald, who advanced ahead of him and went into the building. Frazier’s excuse for staying behind was that he wanted to “charge” the car’s battery.(12) After at least a half hour ride, it should be unnecessary, however, because the alternator/generator would have charged the battery by virtue of the time it took to drive from Irving. Frazier worked alongside Lee Oswald on the first floor filling orders until 11:00AM.(13) Frazier was standing on the TSBD front stairs(14) when the motorcade drove by, heard the shots, stayed for a few minutes at that position, then went back inside to eat his lunch in the basement. The assassination of the President of the United States was not going to spoil his appetite.(15) He left the depository building between 1:00PM and 2:00PM to head home.(16) Frazier, however, did not go home, but supposedly went back to Irving to see his step father David Williams at the Irving Professional Center, who had been convalescing there for a month.(17) The only problem with this is that Frazier left Huntsville to “stay away from an abusive, alcoholic stepfather”(18), so why would he be looking for solace from him on this most tragic day? Between 4:00-5:00PM Linnie Mae approached the officers who were at the Paine’s and advised Det. Adamcik that “her brother was visiting her father at Parkland Hospital, and we could reach him there.”(19) Why was she buying time for Frazier? Would this coincide with the time the Altgens was being altered? Frazier could have been unaccounted for up to 6 hours. Since his car was not enclosed in any way, he could have left anytime and apparently he did. He was arrested around 6:45PM and taken to the Irving PD to wait for DPD agents Stovall, Rose and Adamcik. They searched his car on the spot with “negative results”.(20) They went to the Randle residence and conducted a thorough search there. They found a .303 caliber British rifle with ammunition which was confiscated.(21) His sister arrived at the house and the urban legend of Lee Oswald carrying a “long package” was born when Linnie Mae supposedly told the police about the long “suspicious” package she “saw” Lee with that morning. She was here to defend her brother at all cost. She even arranged for a Baptist priest to accompany them to City Hall in Dallas.(22) With all the commotion of the day, Frazier never had a chance to change his clothes. It appears he avoided going home because he knew they were waiting for him there. Then again, he could have gone home to tie up loose ends. Did his sister Linnie Mae tip him off? Was he in direct contact with the Paines? This photograph taken the night of 11/22/63, shows what he was wearing at 12:30PM that day. The official story is that at 9:00PM the DPD finished taking affidavits from both Buell and his sister. They started back to Irving when a radio call came in asking them to turn around and go back to Dallas.(23) Captain Fritz ordered that Frazier take a polygraph test, which he passed “conclusively”.(24) The test lasted until 12:10AM 11/23/63. Many researchers believe the test was rigged. Much more on this will follow. (continued)
