  1. Here I offer my wayward opinion how I think this conspiracy started. Comments welcomed. I want to read your opinions on this. 1. Oswald went to Mexico and offered to kill JFK to the Russians and Cubans. (They declined the offer) 2. American intelligence intercepted all these messages and knew that Oswald wanted to kill JFK. 3. CIA operatives reported this information up the line. 4. The conspiracy is borne. Lansdale got wind of Oswald's plan and made plans to facilitate for Oswald to go at it as a lone wolf. 5. Landsdale recruited his assassins to support Oswald. Oswald did not know that there were other assassins involved. 6. Somebody had to pay the hitmen? 7. When Oswald noticed other shooters shooting at JFK and the governor that is when he knew he was the patsy.
  2. The Hidell money order, supposedly used to pay for the Carcano rifle, which supposedly was used by Lee Harvey Oswald to shoot President Kennedy, has no bank endorsements or Federal Reserve Bank stamps. This proves that the money order was never processed, and this is strong evidence that Oswald was being framed as JFK's killer. Lone nutters claim or believe that no endorsements or FRB stamps are needed for postal money orders. They want to see the proof. Well... Here's the proof:. EDIT: See this later post for the correct proof. The following applies to special money orders called "disbursement postal money orders." From the Code of Federal Regulations, 39 CFR 762.29 © CFR › Title 39 (Postal Service) › Chapter I › Subchapter J › Part 762 › Subpart B › Section 762.29 > Paragraph c Endorsement of disbursement postal money orders drawn in favor of financial organizations. All Disbursement Postal Money Orders drawn in favor of financial organizations, for credit to the accounts of persons designating payment so to be made, shall be endorsed in the name of the financial organization as payee in the usual manner. Source: https://books.google.com/books?id=sfQIBAAAQBAJ&pg=PA213&lpg=PA213&dq=CFR+Title+39+762.29&source=bl&ots=0yisztpk2H&sig=vHRvehU3ARSDQwLZU6hT6bfC1UQ&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0CDUQ6AEwBmoVChMIoY6KuvmKyQIVC-RjCh3s8QEt#v=onepage&q=CFR%20Title%2039%20762.29&f=false CORRECTON: The above law applies to a special type of Postal Money Order, called a Disbursement Postal Money Order. The law regarding bank stamps on regular Postal Money Orders is the same, but is published elsewhere in the Code of Federal Regulations. See this post on page 11 for details.
  3. So I was thinking about the reports filed at the time of the Mexico Incident.... Americans at that Consulate was a big deal... The CIA even had a team for following targets on the ground... LILYRIC? Sorry, doing this on my tab Anyway, as Win and Mann said, outside the hotel and consulates, there is no record of Oswald.... Why not? Given what the CIA and FBI knew of Oswald at the time from New Orleans... and that both had assets in the Cuban Consulate, why do we not have an activity report on this man... the detailed reports of LITAMIL/9 are incredibly specific.. Azcue was a Cuban Intel agent and would, should be interested in the American from at least an Asset or Penetration POV Did Teresa Proenza mention this man she claims, after the fact, to have run into and turn over to Duran on the 27th? (crickets) AFTER the 22nd, ... well that’s another story.... But if we look at LITAMIL/9 reports of the time, he is asked if he or anyone else has seen the man of whom a photo is shown.. No.... the recent release of docs has shown that the theory that “Oswald” in Mexico may have been a charade from a number of angles.... and for a variety of reasons... as was the assassination. That the entirety of the story is just that, as Hoover wrote in Jan 1964.... I realize I return to this as a pillar of my conviction it was indeed an entirely false story... and to my first question, why? Knowing it was False in Jan... he proceeds to invent a trip over the next 9 months and puts it in the WCR... why? Hoover was primarily concerned with Hoover.... imho, he was covering for his asset in Dallas... Harvey Oswald.... The HSCA pulls the worlds largest rubber stamp and holds it over Lopez’s head.... like an axe..
  4. As many JFK researchers know, James Wilcott was a CIA accountant from May 1957 through April 1966. At the time of the assassination of JFK, Wilcott worked at the Agency’s Tokyo station where he said he was told by other Agency personnel that funds he himself had disbursed were for “Oswald” or the “Oswald Project.” During his secret HSCA testimony of March 22, 1978, Wilcott said, “it was my understanding that Lee Harvey Oswald was an employee of the agency and was an agent of the agency.” Asked by Michael Goldsmith what he meant by the term “agent,” Wilcott responded that Oswald “was a regular employee, receiving a full-time salary for agent work for doing CIA operational work.” Following is a brief excerpt from the testimony. Mr. Goldsmith. I think we had better go over that one more time. When, exactly, was the very first time that you heard or came across information that Oswald was an agent? Mr. Wilcott. I heard references to it the day after the assassination. Mr. Goldsmith. And who made these references to Oswald being an agent of the CIA? Mr. Wilcott. I can't remember the exact persons. There was talk about it going on at the station, and several months following at the station. Mr. Goldsmith. How many people made this reference to Oswald being an agent of the CIA? Mr. Wilcott. At least--there was at least six or seven people, specifically, who said that they either knew or believed Oswald to be an agent of the CIA. A bit later in the testimony comes this: Mr. Goldsmith. Were there any other times during your stay with the CIA at [REDACTED] Station that you came across information that Oswald had been a CIA agent? Mr. Wilcott. Yes. Mr. Goldsmith. When was that? Mr. Wilcott. The specific incident was soon after the Kennedy assassination, where an agent, a Case Officer--I am sure it was a Case Officer--came up to my window to draw money, and he specifically said in the conversation that ensued, he specifically said, "Well, Jim, the money that I drew the last couple of weeks ago or so was money" either for the Oswald project or for Oswald. Mr. Goldsmith. Do you remember the name of this Case Officer? Mr. Wilcott. No, I don't. And later in the testimony comes this: Mr. Goldsmith. Did this Case Officer tell you what Oswald's cryptonym was? Mr. Wilcott. Yes, he mentioned the cryptonym specifically under which the money was drawn. Mr. Goldsmith. And what did he tell you the cryptonym was? Mr. Wilcott. I cannot remember. For some time, it appeared that Wilcott could not remember the names of the case officers he talked to about the CIA’s employment of Oswald or Oswald’s cryptonym. The point of this post, however, is to show that contemporaneous HSCA notes on Wilcott indicate that the HSCA’s Michael Goldsmith simply would not allow Wilcott to make specific charges in his testimony or, apparently, to indicate that he did indeed know Oswald’s cryptonym. That cryptonym, Wilcott apparently told the HSCA staff, was RX-ZIM. Below are some of the HSCA notes about James Wilcott that have been virtually ignored by JFK researchers for at least two decades. Why not spend a few minutes and read through them yourself? There are a number of real surprises among them, including revelations barely hinted at in Wilcott’s long-suppressed testimony. Comments are welcomed.
  5. So one of the key clues to there having been a cover-up are the extemporaneous reports written at the time which does not take notice of important things until after November 22. One example being there was not a single FBI report on Oswald having received a rifle, let alone ever actually seen with it... Another are the calls attributed to Oswald on Sept 27 and 28, 1963... On October 8th, the day after Phillips arrives in Mexico City as Cuban Desk Chief, this summary report is prepared after reviewing the tapped calls... now while the calls of the 27th - being in Spanish - are not at all attributed to Oswald, the calls on the 28th are... Shouldn't we be seeing mention of the calls from the 28th which were so critical to Oswald? Checking the NOV STATUS REPORT we do find mention of a call to the Soviet Embassy by an American... but if we remember, the call was first to the Soviet Military ATTACHE... followed by ones to the Embassy. Following is the NOV status report offering one mention of an English speaking man calling the Embassy... whether this has anything to do with Oswald - which I am certain it did not - is not said. Calls involving Oswald were supposedly made on Sept 27, 28 and Oct 1 & 3... with multiple contacts on most days... And all it warranted was a single line about an American....

    Prayer Man

I hope I don't get into trouble posting another comment about Prayer Man. I had never heard of this theory until last year. I found it a fascinating idea however, when I look at the pictures of the front entrance to the TSBD, I can't tell anything because the quality is so poor. One person, I don't remember who said it was Oswald holding a cheese sandwich (apparently Oswald loved cheese sandwiches and ate them often for lunch). Another person said it was Oswald holding his camera (the Imperial Reflex). I simply can't imagine that if the President were driving by my place of business that I wouldn't be out there with a camera taking pictures. It seems like a perfectly logical thing to do as far as I'm concerned. Is anyone aware of more clear pictures that might help me see Prayer Man better so I can form an idea of what I think?

    Photo Collection

After a very short googlesearch, I chose Flickr of all sites, to get some photos online. If of any interest to anyone. * Everything is taken from a 12 year old harddisk,- so many, if not all of the photos are guaranteed to be available today elsewhere, in much better resolutions. ** Have tried to sort for a few hours,- but it in itself is still terrible. *** Included one album with photos I took with my phone , of a Norwegian magazine, - published December 7th. 1963, concerning the assassination. ( My grandmother scared my mother (8 years old) - stiff, - when getting the news of JFK's death,- screaming and running back and forth between the kitchen and the livingroom. My mother says she acted like a family member had died. An example of what an impact JFK made around the world, - even up here in northern Norway, - north of the polar circle. Back then they had radio. Not sure if they had gotten a tv yet. No cellphones, no internet.) My mother's mother, - kept this magazine, and gave it to me. **** Included one album (even though it has nothing to do with the assassination) - from when LBJ, -- ridiculously enough, was scheduled to meet my father's uncle's family, on his visit to my/their hometown Bodø, - September 10th. 1963, - roughly 2 months before JFK was assassinated. My father, and his cousin (my father's uncle's daugher) explained that he actually turned down the LBJ - visit ( if it is true, - I can not prove, - but still kinda fun to think about (for me). He was traumatized in WW2, and felt it would be too much hassle,- with all the police, SS, etc. ). LBJ ended up visiting their neighbours instead. ***** Snapshots of the harddisk from the stoneage included. The Collection : https://www.flickr.com/photos/153357684@N03/albums ( Hope this one will be up longer , than the last attempt, which lasted for half a day ) .
  8. I propose we start a brand-new thread and move through this step-by-step and methodically. My first questions is this...Who was angry enough at JFK to want to kill him? I would argue that there were many people who were angry enough to want him killed. However, the only thing I can prove is that Oswald did NOT hate JFK and want him killed. Oswald kept a small address book and on page 17 it lists four people Oswald openly stated he wanted to kill. 1. Texas Governor John Connally. 2. Richard Nixon. 3. General Edwin Walker. 4. FBI agent James Hosty. 1. Texas Governor John Connally - The grudge got started in January 1962. Oswald was in the Soviet Union, where he'd gone after being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps. When the Marines learned he wanted to defect, Oswald's discharge was summarily downgraded to undesirable. Oswald was angry and for good reason; his actions after his discharge had nothing to do with his three years as a Marine. By early 1962, Oswald was disenchanted with Soviet life and wanted to return home. He was now saddled with a wife, Marina, and a child, and he knew that someone with a ninth-grade education, who had spent time in Russia and had an undesirable discharge on his record, would have few prospects in America.Oswald wrote a heartfelt plea to Connally, a fellow Texan and the head of the Navy Department, the civilian overseer of the Marines. In poignant terms Oswald asked Connally to redress what was a transparent miscarriage of justice. What he got back a month later, in February 1962, was a classic bureaucratic brushoff. The dismissive letter arrived in an envelope with Connally's smiling face on the front, bursting from a Texas star and announcing his bid for the Texas governorship. In the months after Oswald's return to America, his worst fears were realized. He did, indeed, have serious trouble finding and holding jobs in Texas. According to the testimony of Russian emigres in Dallas who knew him during this period, every time his discharge came up in a job interview, Oswald froze, and his blame of Connally deepened. 2. Richard Nixon - For this, I'm going to need some help. All I know is that Richard Nixon was in Dallas the day of the assassination, attending a convention in his role as a lawyer for Pepsi Cola. I have yet to find a reason WHY Oswald would want him dead. 3. General Edwin Walker - Oswald did try to assassinate General Walker at his home. Oswald left a note for his wife Marina letting her know what to do if he was ever arrested. That night, he came home and described how he shot at General Walker. The note was finally located when Ruth Paine delivered it to Marina in a Russian language book. 4. James Hosty - Oswald definitely did visit the Dallas Field Office (FBI) a week to two weeks prior to the assassination of JFK, looking for Agent Hosty, who had recently visited his wife Marina. When told that Hosty was not in, Oswald left a note in an envelope which was unsealed. The note contained some sort of threat, but accounts varied widely as to whether Oswald threatened to "blow up the FBI" or merely "report this to higher authorities." Hosty's questioning of Marina Oswald was seen by Lee Oswald as harassment and he wanted it to stop. People testified to the letter although Hosty was ordered to have it destroyed. We know it existed. 9. Might as well copy and paste here too: Hi......, ---- time certaintly flies! (Copy and pasted from a private message received last year). Can't believe it is more than 10 years ago I made my Youtube-channel. It has been neglected to say the least. The videos are more than 10! years old,- and it was a different time then. As far as I can remember,- I only made public footage, - which at that time I had yet to see on Youtube or anywhere online. Some of the videos have sadly been removed, as far as I can tell,- but many are still there. I still get comments all the time ( I now discovered). I am so rusty myself now at this subject, compared to then -- - and Youtube is a different world now. I logged in the other day,- and for all I know -- it is low numbers,.- but for me it was quite astounding that such a neglected channel (do not think I have done anything on it since 2010 or somewhere around there) - has 3.5 million views and 1224 subscribers (who haven't gotten anything in all these years). Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/10Garmonbozia01 The collection of photos are gone as that link is deactivated. I have everything on an old harddisk. As far as I can remember, - it was quite a lot. It is so old - I have to obtain an (think it is called an IDE-cable) to transfer the data. I studied the assassination to a manic degree,- communicated with people all over, including Gary Mack, and other very knowledgeable people - and it now feels like time has made 99% of what I remember unacessible. In retrospect it is quite intriguing to reflect on it now,- all the theories, the fantastic people I "met" - - both here and across the globe ,- - through the internet. The initiation-process of the crater / inverted bulge , in the back of J.F.K.'s head -- visible in the Moorman photo -- if it was the moment of impact; -- would it be comparable for instance , - like when a symmetrical object is dropped down unto the surface of the water. (In order to determine angle of origin) ? T.V.J.
  10. More excerpts from the Arkansas News' conversation with former Secret Service agent Mike Howard: This makes no sense at all to me. Why does the FBI get rid of the pages that would shore up the lone nut theory? And if pages were removed, why didn't Howard bring this up with the WC at the time, or at least confront the FBI? This is still obstruction of justice, however you look at it.
  11. I lived down the road from Rose Hill and I remember all of the fuss when they dug up the remains of a coffin in which the remains of corpse claimed to be that of Lee Harvey Oswald were entombed. I was bored by it all at the time and paid no attention, and neither was I interested in all of the many JFK assassination theories. Times change and so do circumstances and locations and now I find my sphere of interest is overlapping the events of November 22, 1963. After reading the report by the person who carried out an inspection of the exhumed corpse, it seems that the only thing left to play with was the skull. The skull contained teeth and a small hole from a previous operation. My own father had the same operation for the same reasons. So it seems that dental records from the Marine days of LHO and the report of his hospital operation were the only things that the examiner had to work with. (I am ignoring the distraction about rings on fingers, etc.) Recently I have begun to take an interest in both the original questions raised by Jones Harris (who is still alive and who I spoke with about a month ago), which overlap to some extent the same questions still being raised about who was standing on the steps of the DSBD. Since others on this forum are far more knowledgeable than I am about the "Two Oswalds Theory", what is the consensus opinion regarding the examination and conclusion that was derived from the exhumation?

    Oswald Hitchhiked

Not sure if this has been noted on this forum before but I never knew it - Oswald hitchhiked. Long before the days of Uber, people would hitchhike as a mode of transportation. I know my dad did in the 50s to travel across Ohio to see my mom. Hitchhikers were a fairly a common sight in the post-WWII era. Ruth Paine mentions Oswald hitchhiking in her WC testimony: Mr. JENNER - Did any conversation ensue as to how he had, by what means he had come from Dallas to Irving? Mrs. PAINE - Yes. He then said that he had hitchhiked out, caught a ride with someone who brought him straight to the door, a Negro man. Mr. JENNER - To your door? Mrs. PAINE - Yes. To whom he said that he had been away from his wife and child and he was just now getting home, and the man kindly brought him directly to the door. Might explain how Oswald got around at times when no other explanation is plausible.
  13. CE 1311 - Photograph of assassination window from inside of building showing person of Lee Harvey Oswald's height .. Repeatedly the H&L naysayers claim there was no height difference or concerns... That despite leaving the Marines at 5"11" and 150 lbs the man at the window was - with 2" man-heels - 5' 7" Why would they make a 5'10" man only 5'7" ?? Even the Rose Autopsy said he was 5'9"... Why is he made out to be so short when all the records seem to claim he was 2 to 4 inches taller?

    Jack T. Martin

There's already a thread on Jack S. Martin, the old guy who worked for Guy Banister in New Orleans when LHO was there at 544 Camp Street. But there's another Jack Martin, namely, Jack T. Martin (a.k.a. John T. Martin) who made a home movie showing his airplane flight to Dallas, then General Walker's shot-up home in Dallas; then his airplane flight to New Orleans; and finally Lee Harvey Oswald handing out FPCC fliers on Canal Street. One of the last things that Gary Mack did as director of the 6th Floor Museum in Dallas, there in 2015, was to post Jack T. Martin's home movie on the Internet for everybody to see, free of charge. Here's Martin Shackelford's 1996 description of the "Jack Martin Film": The Jack Martin Film (8-9-63) In another of those aforementioned ironic twists, a tourist named Jack Martin was in Dallas in August 1963. His film records his view from the airplane. Next, he visits General Edwin Walker, under whom he had served, allegedly target of an assassination attempt by Lee Oswald in April of that year. The film documents the scene of that attempt: the window through which the shot was fired, the bullet hole, and the wall from behind which it was most likely fired, ending with shots of Walker's flag and mailbox, and a nearby building under construction (allegedly also photographed by Oswald prior to the attempt!) . Then we see the entrance to a movie theater, cypress trees, a seal at the edge of a pool, and the statue of Andrew Jackson in Lafayette Park in New Orleans. Aroused by a commotion on Canal Street, Martin crossed to see what was happening, and began filming. We see Lee Oswald, leaflets in hand, standing on the sidewalk, being harangued by anti-Castro militants including Carlos Bringuier. Four police officers are seen arriving. The film ends with a view of the yellow leaflets scattered on the sidewalk after Bringuier knocked them out of Oswald's hands, and a brief aerial view of a subdivision. Parts of the film have only been used, to my knowledge, on the French television documentary, "Le Mystere Kennedy." The documentary is available on video, and frames from the film as well, from The Collector's Archives. A still from this film was finally published in Robert Groden's 1995 book, "The Search for Lee Harvey Oswald," an essential photo archive on Oswald. (Martin Shackelford, 1996)On that older thread of Jack S. Martin, we learned that Jack S. Martin was in his fifties, while Jack T. Martin was a teenager in 1963. In 1968, Harold Weisberg and his right-hand assistant, Gary Schoener, received the Jack Martin home movie, from Jack Martin himself, who had turned pacifist, and had a sit-down meeting with the young Jack T. Martin. I interviewed Gary Schoener in 2012, who told me that he and Weisberg learned that young Jack Martin had been a rightist extremist in 1963, a former trooper under General Walker in Germany, as well as a member of the Minutemen and the John Birch Society. I was delighted when Gary Mack obtained this home movie for the 6th Floor Museum, and posted it for free on the Internet. Here it is. http://emuseum.jfk.org/view/objects/asitem/classification@Films/9/title-asc?t:state:flow=38c26749-3dc5-4b4e-80e1-b58d2275024f I implored Gary Mack to set up an interview with Jack T. Martin, but Gary told me that the sole condition for obtaining the Jack Martin film was that Jack T. Martin must never be contacted by anybody at any time. So, Gary refused to give me Martin's contact info. By the way, Gary Mack finally became interested in General Walker as a suspect in the JFK assassination, and he asked me for all my copies of General Walker's personal papers that I had obtained 2012-2014 from the Dolph Briscoe Center for the Study of American History at UT Austin. I remain convinced that the Jack T. Martin video is one of the most important clues that we possess with regard to the JFK assassination conspiracy. It harmonizes with Dr. Jeff Caufield's recent book, General Walker and the Murder of President Kennedy: the Extensive New Evidence of a Radical Right Conspiracy (2015). Best regards, --Paul Trejo
  16. Hello all. I am confused.....I own the audiobook of Newman's "Oswald And The CIA" and this seems to be the 2008 Edition for absolutely sure. My confusion stems from the fact that the new epilogue (2008 ed.) is missing. It is not read by the narrator (Tom Weiner). Can anyone shed any light on this oddity? I believe this is the 2008 ed. (even has the cover?).This is unfortunate as I would've loved the newer epilogue in audio/narrative form along with the rest of the audiobook.
  17. To start this thread off, I thought I'd share this article. It raises some good points, IMHO. https://peternewburysblog.wordpress.com/2013/07/29/oswalds-kostikov-letter/ Comments? -- Tommy
  18. In a new write-up just completed today, JA shows how evidence for the mail order rifle was clearly fabricated. Highlights include: * Records indicating Oswald never left Jaggars-Chiles-Stovall the morning of 3/12/63 to travel several miles to buy and mail the magic Postal money order that was never endorsed or date stamped by a bank or other financial institution. * Proof that the FBI for nearly a week (after allegedly analyzing the Oswald/Hidell handwriting on a Klein's order form) couldn't decide whether the gun cost $21.95, $12.78, or $21.45. * Proof that the FBI fabricated and often backdated numerous reports and other “evidence” about the alleged payment for the weapon that allegedly killed JFK. Original Klein's microfilm and the original postal money order disappeared while in FBI custody. * Real evidence that Dallas postal inspector/FBI informant Harry Holmes was intimately involved in fabricating evidence for the mail order rifle. 19. A collection of threads related to the Manlicher Carcano rifle order.
  20. It took Dallas FBI Agent James Hosty 33 years to publish his book about the JFK assassination: Assignment Oswald (1996). I reviewed this book last month, and it suddenly struck me that Bill Simpich's recent eBook, State Secret: Wiretapping in Mexico City (2014) offers the best interpretation of James Hosty's biased slant on the JFK murder. The theme of James Hosty's book is that KGB assassin, Valeriy Kostikov, was the accomplice of Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) in Mexico City, and supported LHO in the JFK assassination. Hosty goes further, and insists that the FBI, the State Department, the CIA and the Secret Service all knew about Kostikov's connection to LHO in 1963, and deliberately kept this information from Hosty. If these evil US Government forces would have told him the truth, implies Hosty, he could have saved JFK, his beloved President, for whose funeral he wept. This is the thematic undercurrent of Hosty's 1996 book, Assignment Oswald, from chapter one to the final chapter. Starting on page 48 of his book, Hosty sets up the chronology. In late October, 1963, Jeff Woolsey, INS officer, asked Hosty: "How about Oswald in Mexico City contacting the Russians?" Hosty replies that he never heard of this, and asked for more information, but Jeff Woolsey exclaimed that he shouldn't have said anything, and hurried away. Later that week, Hosty claimed that he saw an FBI communique of 10/18/1963 from the CIA, saying that Oswald was in Mexico City and contacted Valeriy Kostikov. Hosty then asked himself, melodramatically setting up the theme for his book, "Who is the world is Valeriy Kostikov?" The theme is carried out throughout the book in tiny snippets, In the center of his book is a photograph of Kostikov, and his text is peppered with allusions to his many murders in Mexico City, and the failure of the FBI and CIA to arrest him. Hosty concludes that the JFK plot began in Mexico City, not NOLA (as Jim Garrison proposed) and on page 244, in his final chapter, Hosty claims that FBI Directors Clarence Kelly and William Webster both agreed that the FBI failed to give Hosty information about Valeriy Kostikov -- thus confirming Hosty's innocence of any role in the JFK assassination. The trouble with Hosty's account is seen in vivid color by implication from Bill SImpich's brilliant eBook from 2014, State Secret: Wiretapping in Mexico City. This eBook is free for the taking on the Mary Ferrell web site, and IMHO one cannot offer an informed opinion about the JFK assassination today without reading this eBook. It's free, so there's really no excuse. What Bill Simpich shows, by using a careful analysis of recent FOIA releases of CIA documents from 1963, is that the legend that LHO contacted Valeriy Kostikov in Mexico City was started by an underground plot in Mexico City, by somebody who impersonated LHO over the telephone of the Cuban consulate, calling the USSR Embassy, which was the most heavily wire-tapped telephone on the planet in 1963. Calls on this telephone had to be transcribed into English and placed on the Mexico City CIA Director's Desk within 15 minutes. When this was done, the conclusion was clear -- the caller was not LHO. The caller claimed to be LHO, and directly asked the clerk about Valeriy Kostikov -- thereby linking the names of the two men for the record. The CIA concluded that the caller knew that the phone would be tapped -- and therefore the impersonation had to be an inside job. Somebody in the CIA or in the FBI in Mexico City did this -- as a rogue operation -- as a Mole -- completely unknown to the CIA high-command -- deliberately to link the names of LHO and Kostikov. Bill Simpich proved that a high-level CIA Mole Hunt emerged from this scenario, and Simpich traces that CIA Mole Hunt for more than a year after this event. The CIA sought the mole, but never caught the mole. Does anybody else see this connection? The truth only came out in 2014. Yet in 1996 James Hosty claimed that LHO really did try to contact KGB agent Kostikov. So, how did James Hosty know about this event -- when actually (1) it never really happened; and (2) the CIA kept this a secret so that it could pursue its Mole-Hunt in peace. The implied answer should be obvious -- James Hosty was part of that plot to frame LHO as a Communist, an FPCC officer, and a secret member of the KGB! This was the main thrust of the news coming out of Dallas on November 22, 1963 -- exactly 53 years ago today; that LHO was a Communist. Not a "Lone Nut," but a Communist. Long after the JFK assassination and the Warren Report -- the Radical Right in the USA continued to attempt to revive the legend that LHO was a Communist. James Hosty, it now seems to me, was working for the Radical Right. Certainly his argumentation in his 1996 book fully harmonizes with the claims of General Walker's WC testimony on that score. X marks the spot?

Death of the Lone Gunman Theory and the Zapruder film I went to Dealey Plaza at about the same time I started thinking about the Kennedy assassination. Robert Groden and his crew were set up there about July 17, 2015. Somehow, I got the notion he was responsible for X marks the spot. If not, Robert, I stand corrected and apologize. They were nice people until I screwed up and said I could paint the head wound in the Zapruder film better. That ended the conversation dramatically as the fellow turned and walked away. In recent times, if most people say that the Zapruder film is a hoax then we need to move on to something else. So, what did the witnesses say happened about X marks the spot? I surveyed 50 witnesses who were the closest to the alleged sniper’s nest and those that said they saw something happen in the TSBD on various floors. This is because the Lone Gun Man theorists say that Lee Oswald fired his rifle from the eastern-most window on the 6th floor of the TSBD. And, this is the central core of that theory. A list of these witnesses is at the end of this discussion. Although I do include information on where the shots came from that is not the focus of this survey. Other people have done that. What I was interested in was where the witness was and where the President was when the witness heard shots. I biased he study. The bias is to what the witness said in their first testimony to either the FBI, the Dallas authorities, or the Secret Service. That was preferred over their later testimony. I thought their memories would be the freshest and they would not be as much influenced by others on what they said. I noticed in reading these testimonies that they evolved from November, 1963 to March, 1964. This evolution generally favored the Lone Gun Man theory. A good example is the testimony of Bonnie Ray Williams. First, he said he heard shots when the presidential limousine turned from Main Street onto Houston Street. Second, he changed that to when the limousine turned into the intersection of Elm and Houston. Third, he again changed that to after the limousine passed his position. This seems to have satisfied the FBI. If you were a smart lawyer wouldn’t you like to have this kind of testimony to work with? So, you can redo this survey with later testimony and change the numbers somewhat. There was not any complex statistical methods applied, there was no test of significance, no correlation ratios, or analysis of variance done. What was used is just simple addition and percentages. Here are the results. Where The President Was When Shots Occurred One witness, Bonnie Ray Williams, locates the President at the intersection of Main and Houston Streets turning onto Houston St, when he heard two shots. 24 or nearly half of the 50 witnesses, about 48%, who had been surveyed made statements that located the President turning into the intersection of Elm Street and Houston Street, or in front of the TSBD when shots were heard. In later testimony in their statements some changed their testimony to indicate the President had passed by their location thus indicating he was further down the street towards the Grassy Knoll. 8 witnesses, about 16%, located the President at or near the Grassy Knoll. 11 witnesses, about 22%, did not give enough information to indicate where the President was located when shots were heard. 1 witness located the assassination location as near the Triple Underpass. 5 witnesses, about 10%, didn’t know where the president was when they heard shots. Where The Shots Came From 9 witnesses, 18%, said they did not know where the shots came from. 12 witnesses, 24%, didn’t say where the shots came from. 1 witness, 2%, said they came from up in the air and didn’t know for sure. If you combine the first 3 bullet points you come up with 22 witnesses or 44% didn’t know where the shots came from or didn’t say. 3 witnesses, 6%, said the shots came from the Triple Underpass. 6 witnesses, 12%, said the shots came from the 6th floor of the TSBD. 7 witnesses, 14%, said the shots came from the TSBD. If you combine the last two bullet points on the TSBD then you would have 13 witnesses, 26%, who said shots came from the TSBD. 1 witness, Junior Jarmen on the 5th floor, said he heard shots from low and to the left. 1 witness, Billy Lovelady, heard shots from across the street. 1 witness heard shots from the Court House. 1 witness heard shots from the Court Records building. When you combine the last 4 bullet points of witnesses hearing shots from near Houston Street you have 8%. 1 witness heard shooting in front of the TSBD and thought is was a party celebration. 7 witnesses, 14%, said they heard shooting from the Grassy Knoll. With 48% of the witnesses surveyed saying the shooting began when the President’s limousine turned into the intersection of Elm and Houston or was in front of the TSBD casts reasonable doubt on the Lone Gun Man theory. And, in court in with a jury, if there is reasonable doubt about an event then that event didn’t happen. You can’t use it. So, there goes a good deal of evidence about the Kennedy assassination. Beyond a reasonable doubt is a killer. Because of reasonable doubt you cannot prove that Lee Oswald or anyone fired a rifle from the alleged sniper’s nest. Here’s a brief explanation concerning witnesses closest to the alleged sniper’s nest. There were 3 men on the 5th floor of the TBSD when the assassination occurred. They were just below the sniper’s nest. They are: Harold Norman- testified in detail about shooting from the sniper’s nest Bonnie Ray Williams- said essentially the same as Norman but in less detail James “Junior” Jarmen- said in his Warren Commission testimony he heard shots from low and to the left. What’s going on there? Shots from the Dal-Tex? There were 4 women two floors below the sniper’s nest and about 40 feet away on the 4th floor. Forty feet away is less than the average distance across an American home. They should have heard what the men heard. Vickie Adams- said she was at the third sets of windows from the east side of the building on the fourth floor. She heard shots in the direction of the Grassy Knoll Sandra Styles- couldn’t tell where the shots came from Dorothy Garner- said she heard shooting coming from the west. Elsie Dorman- said she heard shooting coming from the Court Records Building. If you were a smart defense lawyer wouldn’t you love to have this kind of testimony to work with? A good question is why didn’t the investigators pick up on this? Five out of seven witnesses closest to the sniper’s nest said they did not hear shots coming from the alleged sniper’s nest. Read what Barry Krusch has to say about the legal consequences of reasonable doubt in his book Impossible: The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald. It only takes one incidence of reasonable doubt to cast a whole pile of evidence into disarray. 22. looking through some material regarding George Bouhe and friends, I found this statement as recorded in an FBI interview by SA Malon Jennings on 12/3/63. "Kleinlerer stated that he's a very good friend of Max Clark. When he saw in the paper that Oswald was returning to the US with his Russian wife, he spoke to Max Clark and his wife at that time, and he was against having anything to do with Oswald because he said he did not trust him. He stated that at that time, Max Clark seemed to feel the same way, but later Oswald and his wife were brought to Ft Worth by some of the Dallas acquaintances of Max Clark." (2nd attachment, 2nd paragraph) Now this interview of Kleinlerer was in the context of investigating "other individuals" connected to George Bouhe and the St Nich Parish Russian community; I can't imagine Kleinlerer saying he didn't trust Oswald on the sole basis of whatever a newspaper article would have stated about him or the fact that he was returning from Russia. The way this statement is written, it certainly sounds to me like there was some kind of knowledge of or familiarity with Oswald by both K. and Max Clark previous to O's trip to Russia. On the previous page to this one, Kleinlerer is described as saying he just met O. 14 months ago, through Elena Hall. Am I missing something, or reading too much into this...??? Or does that sound kinda curious to anyone else, too?
  23. Here is a forwarded question from Jeff Carter, who has been working with me on the 5o Reasons series: Watching same-day TV coverage of the assassination and I am curious when Oswald was first identified by name in the media. The earliest I have found is interesting. See http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbiS7AaUDfA (at aprox 2 minutes 45 seconds). Footage originates from ABC's network studio in New York, where news anchor Don Goddard is on camera with network VP and former Eisenhower press man James Hagerty. Over the course of several segments, Hagerty had been making a case that this has the appearance of a well-planned conspiracy. He is finishing up a discussion of the difficulties of Secret Service protection in large-city motorcades when Goddard says: "Well, this adds one to the case for conspiracy then. and the Dallas Police are apparently trying to add another - they have arrested a 24-year-old man, Lee Oswald in connection with a slaying of a Dallas policeman and presumably also the slaying of a secret service man in another part of Dallas which happened shortly before the President…" Hagerty inhales and cuts Goddard off to praise quick reaction by the Secret Service in speeding away from Dealey Plaza. (Based on eyewitness report from ABC reporter Bob Clark, who also interestingly said that the motorcade came to a complete halt, which Hagerty does not mention). (The story of a dead Secret Service man has been attached to the news from Oak Cliff up to this time, but soon is dropped. ) This sequence occurs soon after Zapruder's appearance on the local affiliate (WFAA-TV), which began approx 2:10 PM CST - so the Oswald ID as delivered by Goddard happens somewhere between 2:20 - 2:25 PM CST (certainly before 2:30). Not only that, Goddard appears to read this information from a piece of paper which has been sitting before him since they returned to air immediately following Zapruder. Interestingly, the local affiliate WFAA follows up about a half hour later with information attributed to DPD captain Pat Gannaway that the "suspect" worked at the TSBD and lived in Russia (WFAA Part 14). Oswald's name and age are not mentioned. Would this mean that Oswald's name and age was available to ABC's network office in NYC before it was announced to reporters in Dallas?

  25. It has been brought it to my attention that I haven't really explained how the holes punched in the Hidell money order are to be decoded. Yes, I see that I am guilty of that. So I will explain it here. It's not difficult. But first, for the record, the topic was first brought up on this forum when David Von Pein proclaimed that the "money order wasn't cashed" theory had been debunked. He and other LNers came to that conclusion when they notice that one Brian Castle had theorized that the holes were punched during the processing of the money order. They assumed that the holes were being used as a substitute for traditional bank stamps, and that this explained the absence of those stamps on the reverse side of the money order. As I will show, they are wrong. Following are the front and rear sides of the money order: You can see the tiny rectangular holes near the left end of the front of the money order. I drew straight lines through the holes, both vertical and horizontal, so it would be easy to keep them in order. And also so I could label the meaning of each row, as you will see in a moment. Here is the reverse side of the money order with my lines added: You can see that I have numbered some of the horizontal lines 0 through 9. A popular punch code used at the time was the Hollerith code, widely used for computer punch cards. Because the Hollerith code uses twelve rows, not ten, I had to add two extra lines, which labeled X and Y. It's easy to read the code once that the rows are labeled. The first number is marked by the right-most vertical line. What you do is see where that line crosses over a hole. Unfortunately it's difficult to see that particular hole. It's also difficult to see the hole crossed over by the second vertical line from the right. For now, just trust me that these first two lines cross their respective holes at horizontal line 2. So the first two numbers are decoded as 22. The next hole is easy to see. Look at the third vertical line from the right and see where it crosses its hole. It crosses at horizontal line 0. So that digit is 0, and so far we have 220. Repeat this procedure for the other seven vertical lines to get the seven remaining digits. The fourth hole is also difficult to see. It is at horizontal line 2. With that we have 2202. The remaining holes are all easy to see. The fifth line from the right crosses its hole at horizontal line 1, so we have 22021. Continuing on, we end up with the following ten digits: 2202130462 or 2,202,130,462 This is precisely the same number that is printed on the front of the the money order. It is the money order number, the equivalent to a check number. LNers may want people to believe that these holes are punched when the check is being processed, and that this somehow signifies that the money order was actually cashed. But that is simply not true. The holes merely duplicate what is printed on the front of the money order and has nothing to do with clearing of the check. The holes are punched at the same time the money order number is printed, before the money orders are even issued to post offices. You may have noticed two more vertical lines located further to the left. The first crosses two holes and this pair represents the letter P. The last (leftmost) line crosses the horizontal line labeled "Y" and this represents the "-" (dash) mark. (You need to have access to a Hollerith code table to see these.) I haven't spent any time trying to figure out the meaning of these. Finally, there are five round holes on the opposite half of the money order. At first I ignored them since five digits isn't sufficient to represent a number on a bank stamp. I thought perhaps they represented a post office routing number. But I have since spent more time on them and discovered that they actually represent the number 02145, which obviously refers to the $21.45 value of the of the money order. So in summary, the ten rectangular holes represent the money order number and are punched when the money order is manufactured. The round holes represent the price/value of the money order and are punched when the money order is purchased. I like to use the Hidell money order against LNers because it is extremely reliable evidence that Oswald was being framed as the shooter of the assassin's rifle. It's impossible for LNers to explain away how bank stamps can be missing from a canceled money order. But of course they will try.
