JFK Petition

Recommended Posts

If you are really sincere about the truth of the JFK assassination, sign the PETITION. The Joannides file could possibly be the Holy Grail of the case.

http://jfkfacts.org/assassination/petition-for-jfk-documents-tops-2200-signatures/

IMO - 2200 signatures is a very weak showing.

Good Call Randy,

This week is SUNSHINE WEEK! - March 10 - 16th - in which newspapers and the media "watchdogs" promote the idea of open, transparent government, the release of public records and documents and an opportunity to expound on these ideas for a full week.

While most Sunshine Week activities are geared towards local and state government, this being the 50th anniversary of JFK's assassination might present an opportunity to promote the declassification and release of the remaining government documents on the JFK assassination.

The petition should be passed around into new circles and networks so we can tap into the growing number of people who are interested and dissatisfied with the government's response to the JFK Act.

Thanks Bill...Check out this "pile of mularkey" from Gary Stern of the National Archives.

"We recognize that the remaining records are of high public interest and historical value, and we appreciate your stated desire not to have to wait five more years to obtain access to these records. Given this public interest, we have been consulting with the CIA to see if it would be possible to review and release any of these remaining documents in time for the 50th anniversary of President Kennedy's assassination in 2013. Although the CIA shares NARA's interest in wanting to be responsive to your request, they have concluded there are substantial logistical requirements that must take place prior to the release of these remaining records and there is simply not sufficient time or resources to complete these tasks prior to 2017. Accordingly, we will not be able to accommodate your request."

"Not sufficient time or resources" AKA "Not important enough". This clown should be banished to Siberia.
