Yep, saw that already....and not just Ferrie but the "fellow traveler" private anti-communist groups as well. CAP and then Ferrie's own CAP.....no wonder our heads tend to explode.

I think it's telling that Ferrie was using one kid as a courier in some venture (can't recall off the top) and then wanted to send him to Latin America on a mission...

Oz doing courier work for Tujague before joining Marines...

Greg Parker,

As an 18-year-old in 1963, I observed certain thIngs.

There were high school sock hops. Belief in the U.S. Government.

There were also men's magazines. Not just "Playboy." But also from the late 1950s such offerings as "Rogue", "True", and "Men's Action".

Did Oswald dive into the world of men's magazines? I don't know.

I do know male American 17-year-olds believed in the U.S. Special Forces. And the Marines.

Sorry Jon, I don't speak Tiddinese.

Can you break it down for me? What have your adolescent reminiscences and generalizations to do with Oswald? Or my book on Oswald?

I read National Lampoon, sports and music magazines. My socks never hopped anywhere, but some did disappear mysteriously. I do know male Australian 17 year olds believed in cricket and football. And the beach and surf.

Thanks for clarifying that Parker. I thought I must have missed the chapter on "Oswald and Porn".

Dime buttered cop porn at the Texas Theater!

Sorry, I couldn't .... resist.

BTW -- Great books, Greg. I'm learning a lot from them. Highly recommended!

Congrats Greg! I have read it, and it definitely puts some light in the dark of corners of the room. Can't wait for #3

Bill

Bill, I was very pleased when I read Jeff's conclusion that the recruitment officer Marguerite encountered was most likely Ferrie.
