Wine tasting at the Domaine d'Escausses, Gaillac and the long dinner at Le Grand Ecuyer, Cordes, was an experience I will never forget. It was a quite fruitful meeting and, apart from a boring football match , the visit to Albi, the wine tasting and the dinner in Cordes sur Ciel restaurant were unforgettable. I hope you both get some well deserved rest (and the opportunity to sleep...). One thing that hit me at the end of this meeting is how smooth everything seems to run so far - that comes from a lot of preparations, hard work, good meetings and a group that functions well together.
