Frankenstein Oswald

But instead of this turning this into a massive diatribe, which you deserve but won't notice, let me give you a good tip for your BYP piece: Get the best copy of the BYP prints/negs that are available and digitally enhance them to the maximum digital res (4k would be great for starters, 8 better) and then see if there are any traces of masking going on. Point that out and you have a basis for this whole cut and past job as featured in JFK the movie.

Bart....

On Nov 29th the DPD recreated the BYP with Det Brown.

Det Brown was placed in the pose found on 133-C... discovered and provided the HSCA on 12/31/76 by Roscoe White's widow

Please explain how the pose in the recreation and the pose in the ghost cutout, made 11/29/63 can be in a pose of a photo that had never been seen unless the images were already created and known about by the men at DPD who perform the recreation and cut-out...

No need to measure anything... The Evidence IS the Conspiracy

and worse, the actual 133-C image does not even work inside the ghost image... wonder how the background gets so skewed in one image vs the other..

any ideas?

Councils use bugs in lampposts to eavesdrop on you

HIGH-powered spy microphones on street lampposts are being used by snooping council officials to listen in on private conversations.

Spy microphones on street lampposts are being used by council officials.

A network of new “intelligent” listening devices which can monitor discussions has been deployed on Britain’s streets for the first time.

The so-called Sigard system has been tested in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Coventry. The microphones, connected to CCTV cameras, can recognise aggressive “trigger” words and sounds, then automatically direct cameras to zoom in on the speakers.

Manufacturers denied the system is used to record conversations.

It analyses sound patterns to pick out angry or distressed voices.

But the makers would not pledge that in the future Sigard would not be used to record whole sections of speech.

Privacy campaigners condemned the surveillance system, attacking it as another erosion of personal freedom.

News of the use of Sigard comes to light just days after around 200 cameras with number plate recognition software in Birmingham were mothballed when it emerged that they were being targeted at the city’s Asian districts.

Corinna Ferguson, a lawyer for human rights group Liberty, criticised Sigard.

She said: “Britain has been far too complacent about the growth of CCTV without any proper public debate or legal safeguards. With cameras linked to microphones and number-plate databases, everyone can be treated as a suspect.

“The Birmingham fiasco demonstrates the destructive power of snooping on whole communities who could otherwise be pulling together to fight crime and terrorism.”

Dylan Sharpe, from campaigners Big Brother Watch, said: “There can be no justification for giving councils or the police the capability to listen in on private conversations. There is enormous potential for abuse, or a misheard word, causing unnecessary harm with this sort of intrusive and overbearing surveillance.”

The Dutch inventors of the Sigard technology say the system is designed to help combat violent or anti-social behaviour by detecting threatening language.

Alerts can then be sent to police allowing them to stop minor problems flaring up into full-scale violence.

The microphones can listen in on conversations up to 100 yards away. The cameras then record both sound and images.

Manufacturers say Sigard can distinguish between distress calls, threatening behaviour and general shouting.

The system filters out background noise and focuses on suspect sounds.

Sigard systems are used widely in Holland, where 12 cities have fitted the microphones.

They are also in use on buses and trains.

In Coventry, the CV One partnership, funded by the city council, tested Sigard for six months by installing seven in the city’s nightclub district.

No-one from the organisation would comment on the trial’s success.

The new Government is reviewing the use of CCTV as it honours a pledge to defend civil liberties.

If as David Josephs (and others having first-hand knowledge) have written, Marina's husband was adept at speaking Russian, he did not write the "Walker Note". The Walker Note is an example of fundamental lack of comprehension of the Russian language. Marina's husband, as I understand, spoke Russian well (although with an accent, as Marina said) and could read Russian-language newspapers. Marina's husband would not have made the comprehension errors present in the Walker Note.

  • Never saw real answer to sworn statements license (SWORN STATEMENTS IN SERIOUS MATTTER DEATH POTUS (not office party myth))

Serious matter - but statements not given for 4 years... they obviously didn't take it too seriously themselves - except as a source of office gossip. But in fact, I have addressed it. Texas licenses at the time were only paper documents. They described what they saw as being dirty and stained like it had been inside a wallet for a fair while. That description matches what the application for a learner's permit which is in the records now - and indeed, would have been in Oswald's wallet for a few weeks. My claim is that he did lodge it, and it was seen by some employees, but then it was given to the authorities starght after the assassination. For their own reasons, the authorities lied about where it had been obtained - claiming that it was found at the rooming house. That is the tell-tale sign that they lied on this point. If it was not found at the Department of Public Safety, the ONLY other place it would have been is inside LHO's wallet.

  • shoulder slope.

Seriously?

  • Asked for proof the height was self reported and question is ignored.

It is YOUR claim that he was MEASURED on exit. My advice - as I have stated - is that this was not done by the USMC. It you who needs to support the claim that he WAS measured. Wrong way around, as usual.

Most of it has been addressed - despite the fact that it is all off topic on this thread.

This thread is about the fraud that has been perpetrated by the use of the Frankenstein image. The removal of that image from the HardlyLee.Nut website is at least tacit acceptance of the fraud.

Around 8:30 AM, while HARVEY was working at the TSBD, LEE Oswald entered the Jiffy store at 310 S. Industrial and took two bottles of beer to the counter. Fred Moore, the store clerk, asked Oswald for identification. FBI Special Agent (SA) David Barry interviewed Moore on 12/02/1963. Barry wrote, "identification of this individual arose when he asked him for identification as to proof of age for purchase of two bottles of beer. Moore said he figured the man was over 21 but the store frequently requires proof by reason of past difficulties with local authorities for serving beer to minors. This customer said, 'sure I got ID' and pulled a Texas drivers license from his billfold. Moore said that he noted the name appeared as Lee Oswald or possibly as H. Lee Oswald. As Moore recalled, the birth date on the license was 1939 and he thought it to have been the 10th month."

Just browsing the CD Rom, saw this and thought I'd post it here as an example of how I imagine a photocopy of that newspaper would have started out on Jack's desk. It's a toothless, bulbous nosed, black eyed freak.

Would Jack have photocopied it or actually photographed the page?

Anyway, I'm pretty sure he didn't trust this one as is either.

And this is relevant to the Frankenstein image...how?

By all means - start a thread on this subject. I'll gladly dismantle it as well. But KEEP ON TOPIC HERE!

Hi Clive,

This probably would be closer to the original, if you haven't come across it previously.

Clive - no need to decide one way or another on H&L... there's enough room in the JFK assassination literature for everyone to be right and wrong about so many things...

The bottom line point of the matter is that there could not be a photo published in the USA of Harvey... it had to be of Lee... which is why we do not see any of the "In Russia" photos ever published in mass media.

Anyone seeing a photo of Harvey during those years would easily know this was not the 5'11" thick necked Marine who spoke with a southern drawl, fought and never spoke of politics...

That image of Lee in Japan is shown at the top right and would be the only photo types we'd see until after Oswald returned...

Notice how the head area is so much more washed out than the rest of the photo... must have been a special USMC issue lens

And yet you guys have long been pushing the Frankenstein Oswald as being "Lee". Like that would be recognized as "Lee"... go figer the logic. I can't.

Well Greg, at least you've finally started separating "Lee" from "Harvey"... there's hope for you yet

those in the US who knew the big, slope shouldered southerner would be all that mattered... just another of the many things you can't "figer" out...

Yes, I can just see it. "Look maw! This'n here photeograph in th' noospaper must be Lee Oswald... look at that sloping shoulder. Why I do declare, mah, you could ski down that baby! Yesn' Sir ma'am! Couldn't be anyone else but good ole boy, Lee!. But maw, what's good ole Lee Oswald doing behind them iron lungs over in Russkieland? Maw sumpin fishy here, maw. Lee was named after the General! Ain't no way no how a good ole Southern Boy like Lee is gonna be a defect. Nuh uh!"

Game over. Plot uncovered by a southern kid with the IQ of a fence post.

My apologies for mispelling "figger". Those double gee words gits me every dang time!
