  1. I know that this is probably a very simple question but it's one that I find to be elusive, we all know (according to the WC) how many shots were fired but my question is how many actual bullets were recovered (Assassination only) and put into evidence? Thanks to all, Scott
  2. This is a very interesting post, and okay lets say that there is a hand holding a pipe in the window in question and that the picture was taken 30 seconds after the last shot, also possible, but it seems to me that almost everyone is missing the big picture here, look in the window just below and to the left there is someone peeking out of the left side of that window, my thoughts here are that if I was on the floor below and I heard some ear popping noises (ever hear gunshots without ear protection?) would I still be standing there looking out that window? I think not! Just a thought....Scott
  3. Yesterday as I surfed the net I came across an interesting site that told of an official file which had been found in an attic of a house that was previously owned by John Tower, the file that they talk about was Towers and in it was a handwritten letter asking for his assistance in getting back to the U.S from Russia, (penned by L.H.Oswald and also saying that he was being held against his will in Russia.) The other documents in this file were either penned by Tower or his contacts within the government all pertaining to Oswald before and after the assassination. (All of these documents were authenticated by a third party) The new owner of the Tower house found it in their attic and decided that it might be worth something and so they turned it over to an auction site and that was the end of what I could find out about it, does anybody know anything about if it sold or how much the auction made for this file? Thanks, Scott
  4. Hey Scott. There's a lot of stuff, but how much of it is 'official' and what is connected, and what is not - plus all the smoke and mirrors - makes it very tough to sort out. There's the old 'Did you retrieve the pellet?' nonsense, the gun in a bag, the alleged loaded 38 found in Parkland along with the 'semi-fired' ce399, the Mauser, a shotgun, sparks on Elm, what Jim Marrs indicated with respect to a rifle having been removed from one of the pipes associated with the drain up on the underpass, the Heminger 30.06 shell casing, the Radimacher .222s, the .45 caliber round, the materials collected in the Lincoln, and on and on and on. At a min - here's a scan for ya from MIDP. - lee Thanks Lee, Is this the same book by Fetzer? If so, how credible are these findings? (of course in your opinion) I have just finished "Kill Zone" and find much of it to be within reason, at least to my way of thinking. I know that there is a lot of smoke and mirrors out there but when items have been filed and numbered within the archives doesn't this give the item crediblity? I know that it depends on when and where these items were found and cataloged that that could make a huge difference, chain of possession and all that! Thanks again Lee, I really appreciate your response, Scott
  5. Recently I have read and found several writings about finding a Johnson 30.06, and along with that a casing which was filed by the FBI and now there was only the manilla envelope with a file number and discription written on it (the casing or the bullet was destroyed) I also understand that a bullet was found by a janitor on the roof of the Dal-Tex building, does any body know anything about these findings? Thanks, ScottE
  6. It has crossed my mind on many occassions that there should be a full accounting made of historic foibles that have happened since the assassination took place such as, Viet Nam being escalated instead of withdrawn, Watergate Break in, etc. These should all be chronologically listed along with a list of those who proffited by their actions, this may focus the spotlight upon those who are guilty of the assassination/s. If this already exists please provide me with a link to it's location. Thank You, Scott
  7. Just perusing some photo's and as I am looking at a Photo taken by Phil Willis (marked #8) this image is a full view of the front of the depository and on the extreme right hand corner is a guy who looks very much like Ruby dark glasses and all, What say You? Scott
  8. Where can I find the best compilation of Photos concerning the Assassination? In particular I am looking for a photo of Roger Craig looking at two men coming down the Grassy Knoll, one possibly Oswald. I very much appreciate the info, Scott
  9. Scott...the best way to learn about LHO is to read John Armstrong's HARVEY&LEE. Jack Thanks Jack, It should be here any time now, I recently re-read The Oswald File and several postings on the web when the thought hit me, as always I appreciate any and all replies, Thanks Again, SGE
  10. Recently I have been doing quite a bit of research concerning LHO and after some of my findings, does anybody think that he may have been a "snitch" for the Govt. who was playing his roll when the "Mob" found out about him and decided to "Do the Job" and basically kill two birds with one stone?
  11. During my in depth searches into the World Wide Web for information pertaining to the JFK Assassination I came across a very interesting movie that has already been shot and from what I understand it is also fully edited and in the can, the only problem is that the producer/writer cannot put the funds together to release this gem. It looks quite worthy and involves some top notch actors, here is the link to see for yourself. The Commission The producer has told me in an e-mail that it will very likely be released before next year, I asked him to notify me when he has a solid release date and when he does I'll pass it along. Scott
  12. Thanks for the links, I have a feeling that I will be reading as long as my eyes hold up! Just a link for those searching for hard to find books www.Bookfinder.com Thanks again, Scott
  13. Turner's TMWKK was and is a great archive for speculation, it brings many items into focus that I still find most people have no idea about. The Corsican link is quite interesting and unfortunately we will very likely never know the truth about this because the official investigative agencies who should have done complete and thorough study of all aspects of the Assassination alas did not. My view of the assassination still balances on the idea of "Who had the most to gain?" and "Who had the most power to control an internal cover-up?" While it's very possible that there was underworld involvment, I really don't think they could have controlled the massive cover-up that IMO still continues today! LHO - I think that there was much more to him than meets the eye, I think that he was involved with covert actions that involved more than one agency or organization. After Oswald found out that the assassination happened right outside from where he worked he realized that he was set-up and that triggered him to move to another location and find out what his next move was supposed to be, but, he encountered Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit who may have been told to silence Oswald if possible and maybe Oswald was quicker on the trigger and then went to a "Public Meeting Place" the Texas Theater. I really think that if you spin together all of the threads of who did what and when, that you can pretty much work out a somewhat complete scenario of what took place before, during and after the assassination. With TMWKK as with any other research item I find that you can pretty much cull out the items that are just too far fetched and along those lines you can also tell what is "Good" evidence and what has been "Planted" in order to throw you off the trail. You must realize that there is "Truth" within the last volumes of TMWKK otherwise it would have never been "Banned" somebody is still trying to hide something... Scott
  14. I have read Miss Gutierrez's piece on Trajectory and blood spatter and it is quite compelling, I recommend it highly! http://www.jfklancerforum.com/sherryg/ Scott
  15. I understand that there was another defector (Robert Webster) right around the time Ozzy left for Russia and theory has it that they were in touch with each other during that time, are there any documents to substantiate this? Furthermore, what ever became of Webster? Anybody who thinks Ozzy was not a Spook please respond and let me know what your thoughts are, Thanks, Scott
