I was not aware of this short film about the MLK assassination until I saw on the Academy Awards program that it was nominated for best short. Has anyone seen it? The witness referred to is Rev. Kyles, who was standing with King when he was shot. The film has apparently been shown on HBO, I don't know where else.

I was struck by the fact that the still photo they showed from the film during the awards show was of Kyles or someone on the motel balcony pointing not towards the rooming house, but at the building across the street to the right where it has been argued that the shot originated.
