I am currently involved in a redesign of the Spartacus Educational website. One of the advantages of the new format is that I will be able to change all 11,000 pages of the site at one time. This means I will be able to promote events, books, conferences, petitions, etc. on every page.

Please post comments about the design on my Facebook pages:

Sorry, I forgot to put in the URL:

http://www.spartacus...o.uk/Jwoolf.htm

We get up to 7 million page impressions with over 2 million unique visitors. As you can see, it is an impressive communication device.

I like the design (is it Wordpress?) and the improved navigation, but the colours are awful! I think you should stick to your current site colours.

I agree, the original Bamboo and espresso contemporary color scheme would be better, the yellow and blue not so much.

Like the bamboo along the side of the pages: http://www.spartacus...Wcalifornia.htm

Other than that looks great John!

I think the layout looks great, but the dark background in my opinion looks a bit Victorian, dull and drab.

I think that a brighter and better blended backgound colour such as #B9CFFF illustrated below, would be more inviting to the reader.
