Skolnick in his interview focuses attention on the book, "Farewell America":

From one of the reviews: The introduction or Forword is by William Turner, who was an FBI guy with ties to Jim Garrison. Turner helped locate an overseas opy of the Zapruder film. This was important because no one had seen it before in public. Only a few pictures were published in the mainstream media. When people saw it, it seemed evident that Kennedy's headshot was from the front (Grassy Knoll area). Farewell America" discusses this and even has a map on the location of the shooters. This is important because this was written a long time before the public realized the truth of these statements. Turner also had access to Kennedy people and has written about similar things in FBI circles before. All in all a fascinating book I cannot endorse enough. It did not change my mind, but it confirmed my beliefs with a lot of logical evidence.

I had another reply, but I tried to erase a sentence, hit backspace, and it went back a page and I lost it all. Good times.

I do not believe this is with John F. Kennedy Jr. It seems like this is an interview with Tony Brown.

The main point which clearly indicates this fact is this question:

"WRITE THE FIRST NEWS HEADLINE ABOUT YOUR ADMINISTRATION."

"President Tony Brown Overthrows the Ruling-Class Conspiracy."

I'm not sure why the Editor's note states "interview with John F. Kennedy Jr." It's possible he conducted the interview, but he is not the subject.

JFK, Jr. was licensed to fly under visual flight rules. He was an experienced pilot. He was close to obtaining his instrument flight license.

If one believes some party has a continuing interest in obscuring the facts of the JFK assassination, one should have little reason to doubt the same party would want to kill JFK, Jr.

When I first read it I thought it was a satirical effort by John John to send a message of what he might actually do if he were elected president. But the presentation is confusing and your assessment may be correct.

It appears his death came within the same sidereal hour as the other Kennedy family deaths.

Douglass - I find that Hussein did in fact own part of Hachette, but cannot verify Skolnick's claim the Hussein had a silent partner in this ownership - George H. W. Bush.

Wow that's a rabbit hole. I ended up reading Rep. Henry Gonzales' speeches in Congress as head of the House Banking Committee. It seems that the BNL (Banco Nazional de Lavoro) was a conduit for arming Iraq in the late 1980's, and that Congress was thwarted in its attempt to investigate this bank by the Bush White House and Bush himself. Skolnick refers to the Rostow gang, all Yalies, one of whom is credited by LBJ as being the source for the idea, immediately after Ruby shot Oswald, of appointing a presidential commission to investigate the JFK assassination. Nicholas Rostow is named by Gonzales in 1991 as spearheading the obstruction into his investigation. I think a biography of Gonzales would be interesting.

One could view the Panama invasion and the First Gulf War through a similar lens, which is that both Noriega and Hussein knew too much about George Bush and his criminal enterprise. The Skolnick articles pertain to an attempt in court, likewise thwarted, to look into this mess. So even if Skolnick is using a little poetic licence when he calls Bush and Hussein business partners, he's not far off. This avenue of inquiry begins with the French media company Hachette, which owned George magazine, and of which Hussein was a major stockholder. Curiouser and curiouser.

When I co-wrote the Savings and Loan Scandal trading cards I ran into an interesting snag. My publisher called me up after the cards had been advertized in the comic book trade but before they were actually released, saying that they had received a call from a lawyer representing Neil Bush demanding to see the text I had written for that card under threat of lawsuit. The publisher told me I had to agree or they could not distribute the cards for sale. I did so after much consideration, and the lawyer made no changes to the text! Clearly I missed something, and I have always wondered what that might have been. What I took away from this experience was that this family went to extraordinary efforts to protect their enterprise.

That is interesting to me, in that I have not yet been able to track down the source of the copy of the Zapruder film that I saw in NYC in late 1964 at the Charles Theater...it was evident to me in that viewing that everything flew to the rear.

I was able to communicate with a local reporter covering the JFK, Jr. plane crash, and his perspective was very interesting. I touched base with FAA flight specialist Edward Meyer, who was tasked to prepare the official report on weather conditions at the time. If anything, his disagreement with the notion that the weather was responsible for the crash was even stronger than it was in 1999. I communicated with several others, including JFK, Jr.'s ex-girlfriend and a member of his adult inner circle.
