Joseph Federici, who claimed to be a nephew of Vito Genovese, very probably was at a party attended by Jada and Jack Ruby a couple of days before the assassination. He and his wife departed for New Jersey on November 22 and returned to Dallas about ten days later. He said he was working at that time for Industrial Management Consultants in Dallas.
