Has anybody run a trip to the Florence Nightingale museum? I was thinking about doing this whilst in London at the Old Operating theatre (which is a small venue as only takes up to 2 hours) but wondered if anyone knew the logistics of doing both trips in one day? tongue.gif

I've done both in one day, satrting at Flo and then onto Old Op. It is quite easy as they are both on the Northern Line, although you will have to go back to Kennington and change onto the bank branch to get to Old Op. I wasn't overly impressed with FLo, my students found it rather dull and it is basically only one room. I haven't taken students to the wellcome institute but that is meant to be very good and also on the Northern Line at Euston. Speak to Eleanor Lanyon at Wellcome, she is the Education officer.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have been to the Wellcome exhibition at the Science museum (but not with students) and it is very good - I will look at doing both in one day. cool.gif
