A team of psychologists at the University of California have made a “historiometric” study of the IQ’s of American presidents. John Quincy Adams was the one with the highest with a score. Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, John Kennedy and Bill Clinton all scored highly. George Bush is estimated to have an IQ 20 points below that of Clinton. In fact, he comes second from bottom in the list. Only Warren Harding’s score was lower.

Don't worry, Andy, IQ will come around again - anything to try to find some way of checking on the performance of schools without actually involving the teachers.
