About 30 minutes ago I made a posting.

Thirty minutes later I wanted to post a NEW MESSAGE to
the same thread...BUT THE FORUM SOFTWARE POSTED
IT AS AN EDIT TO THE PREVIOUS MESSAGE...WHERE IT
WILL NOT BE SEEN BY ALL WHO HAD ALREADY READ
THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE.

I think the software calls this "flood control"...which keeps
a person from posting too frequently.

But it is ridiculous that THIRTY MINUTES LATER it adds
a NEW POSTING as an edit to a previous posting, where
it may be missed!
