http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=8229The 2nd edition does not appear to be generally available - at least not through amazon.com - has it been released? How do you go about getting a copy?

Lee, about 50 copies of the soft cover galley proof went out to reviewers and to those who were willing to take a galley copy and make comments. It will not be in general distribution until feedback and final changes are incorporated and the first full hard cover print run is complete.
We anticipate that will be the first week in November.
The book will be available from JFK Lancer, from Andy at Last Hurrah and it will also go to Amazon and into general book distribution. The timing of all that won't be instantaneous I imagine but I'll ask Debra to post ordering information when its actually shipping.
