    Mr. Murphy (Sean)

Good morning!, Ladies & Gentlemen Does anyone have any idea where ace card JFK exemplary researcher Sean Murphy may be contacted? Just a simple question, so please do not turn this particular thread into a Prayer Man pro or nay piece...there's ample room for that on other more appropriate threads, Thank You! Best to all for a safe & happy holiday season ahead right into the new year.
  2. I perceive a new interest in the CT that the Radical Right in Dallas was behind the JFK assassination. This would include such WC witnesses as General Walker, Robert Alan Surrey, Revilo P. Oliver, Bernard Weisman, and possibly included Dallas officials, Will Fritz, BIll Decker, Jesse Curry, Buddy Walthers, Harry Holmes, James Hosty, Forrest Sorrels, Earle Cabell and others in their company. Such a theory would attempt to harmonize with Jim Garrison and Joan Mellen's identification of a dozen people in New Orleans, including Guy Banister, David Ferrie, Clay Shaw, Jack S. Martin, Fred Crisman and Tommy Beckham. Also implied are Rightist elements in the South including Joseph Milteer, Billy James Hargis, Ed Butler, Carlos Bringuier and Kent Courtney. It would also include people who have already confessed, such as Frank Sturgis, Howard Hunt, David Morales, Roscoe White, Loran Hall, Gerry Patrick Hemming and Lee Harvey Oswald. As a starting point, the recent book by Dr. Jeffrey Caufield, General Walker and the Murder of President Kennedy: the Extensive New Evidence of a Radical Right Conspiracy (2015) is presented. Regards, --Paul Trejo

  4. https://medium.com/@pazmarverde/a-conversation-with-shane-osullivan-c059aa736d56 A conversation with Shane O’Sullivan. The portrait of an excellent researcher giving us an astonishing scoop: RFK Jr. is writing a book on both Kennedy assassinations NOTE: This is the translation of an Italian article by Michele Metta. Original here Today, I am going to interview Shane O’Sullivan. He is an Irish talented writer and filmmaker. He is in fact the author of a very important documentary, The Real Manchurian Candidate, on the assassination of Robert Kennedy. This movie received an endorsement by RFK Jr., son of RFK. O’Sullivan also wrote a very well-made book, Who Killed Bobby? The Unsolved Murder of Robert F. Kennedy. So, I am deeply honored he accepted to answer some questions. Let’s start. When and why did you decide to investigate the assassination of RFK? I first heard about the case in 2004 and intended to adapt the story of two guns, a mysterious girl in a polka dress and a Manchurian Candidate assassin into a screenplay for a film. While researching the story, I discovered new evidence that led me to write a book and make a documentary instead. Sirhan Sirhan, a Palestinian, was the man caught in the afterwards of RFK’s killing, and the one declared guilty of the assassination. Anyway, if we do examine all the evidence, we realize facts are very different from what they seem. Which was Sirhan’s position at the moment of the shooting? Witnesses placed the barrel of Sirhan’s gun between one and a half to five feet in front of Kennedy. And which was Sirhan arm position? I mean: its angle, its elevation. Most witnesses, like Frank Burns, who was standing between Sirhan and Kennedy, described it as level with the ground. After how much time was Sirhan blocked? Ambassador Hotel maître d’ Karl Uecker said he diverted Sirhan’s gun hand away from Kennedy after the second shot. Sirhan continued firing as Uecker slammed his gun hand against the steam table, trying to disarm him. The kind of gun used to kill RFK is so little it can easily disappear in a palm. Is this important, and why? It may explain why the second gunman, with a similar small-gauge model to Sirhan’s Iver Johnson .22-caliber Cadet, could fire the fatal shot and escape, relatively undetected. What about the kind of bullets used that fatal night? They were CCI Mini-Mag Hollow Point .22-caliber bullets. These hollow points were high-velocity bullets, which mushroomed on impact, expanding to cause maximum damage, explaining the devastation in the senator’s brain. What does the autopsy on RFK exactly establish? The fatal shot was fired from an inch behind Kennedy’s right ear. Three other shots were fired from the same firing position. Two penetrated Kennedy’s right armpit. One of these lodged in his neck, the other exited his body and was lost in the ceiling interspace. A fourth shot entered and exited through the shoulder-pad of his coat without entering his body. All four shots were from a sharp upward angle, back-to-front, from behind and to the right. What can you tell us about Thane Eugene Cesar? He was an Ace security guard hired to supplement the hotel security team that evening. He was behind Kennedy and to his right, holding the senator by the right elbow as he made his way through the pantry to a late-night press conference. At the time of the shots, he was in the firing position of the fatal shot described in the autopsy. He ducked, lost his balance, and fell back against the ice machines. He looked up to see the senator lying on his back right in front of him. During his fall, he lost his bow-tie, which can be seen beside Kennedy as he lies bleeding on the pantry floor. Cesar scrambled to his feet, pulled his gun, and moved to Kennedy’s side “to protect him from further attack.” Cesar claimed he was carrying a .38, not a .22, that night but his gun was never checked by the police. He had racist views and hated the Kennedys. Cesar stated that he sold his .22 you just talk about in your answer. A gun that we can all in all describe as an exact copy of Sirhan’s gun. There are various problems about his statement, are there not? Cesar owned a H&R .22 caliber revolver that was a different model to Sirhan’s but was a similar size and had the same “rifling characteristics,” which means it was compatible with the key victim bullets in the case. Cesar said he sold this gun three months before the Kennedy shooting. In fact, he sold it three months after and told the buyer it had “been involved in a police shooting.” Witnesses exist stating that a security guard fired; that there was a “second gun” involved that night. Don Schulman is the main witness to this. Ten minutes after the shooting, he gave his witness account to Jeff Brent, a friend of his, who was just outside the pantry when the shooting happened, reporting for Continental News Service. When you listen to it at first, Schulman actually seems to say that the security guard hit Kennedy all three times, but later he stated that the Caucasian man who stepped out fired three times at Kennedy, hitting Kennedy all three times, and then the security guards fired back. This is how the “second gun” theory whose first father was a researcher called Ted Charach, was born: from this ninety-second recording. Who talked about a girl in a polka dot dress, and why this does matter? Around eleven thirty, young Mexican American campaign worker Sandra Serrano went to sit outside on a fire escape to escape the heat of the lower ballroom. While she was out there, a man resembling Sirhan climbed the stairs past her with a pretty girl in a polka-dot dress and a Mexican American man in a gold sweater. “Excuse us,” the girl said, and Sandra made way as the three went up the stairs to the Embassy Ballroom. Shortly after the shooting, Serrano was still sitting on the fire escape below the southwest corner of the Embassy Ballroom. She heard what she thought was a car backfire six times; then the girl in the polka-dot dress and the Mexican American man in the gold sweater burst out onto the hotel fire escape and ran down the stairs, almost stepping on her. “We’ve shot him! We’ve shot him!” the girl exclaimed. “Who did you shoot?” asked Sandra. “We’ve shot Senator Kennedy!” The girl seemed so excited about shooting Kennedy, Sandra went back inside in a state of shock. Just over an hour later, she told her story live on NBC television and in the weeks that followed, was bullied by Hernandez, LAPD polygraph officer, into retracting her story. She never did and stands by her statement today. And we also have Di Pierro’s words. Yes. Teenage waiter Vincent Di Pierro was in the pantry shortly before the shooting, standing level with the ice machines, five feet to the right of Kennedy. He noticed Sirhan in a powder blue jacket, white shirt, and light blue pants at the opposite end of the ice machine, twelve to fifteen feet away. He was standing up on a tray stacker “in a kind of funny position . . . like in a crouch — like if he were trying to protect himself from something. . . . I thought he was sick.” “When I first saw him there was a girl behind him, too; I don’t know if you need that. There were two people that I saw.” In fact, the only reason Di Pierro noticed Sirhan in the first place “was because there was this good-looking girl in the crowd there.” The girl and Shiran were really close each other, and Sirhan turned and smiled and seemed to say something to her or flirt with her, the waiter remembered. Di Pierro described the girl as Caucasian, between twenty and twenty-four years old, at approximately the same eye level as Sirhan on the tray stacker, with dark brown hair to just above the shoulders, a little puffed up on one side, and a short, “pug” nose. She wore a white dress with black or dark violet polka dots on it and a bib collar made of the same material as the dress. Her face wasn’t that pretty, “but I would never forget what she looked like because she had a very good-looking figure — and the dress was kind of lousy.” He didn’t see her after the shooting. The accounts of Serrano and Di Pierro establish that an attractive female “handler” in a white dress with black polka dots led Sirhan to the hotel, positioned him in the pantry, triggered him to start firing and then disappeared down the fire escape and has never been found. Rather than admit that, Hank Hernandez bullied Di Pierro into retracting his statement and closed the polka-dot dress investigation. These facts induce me to ask: how do you judge the police behavior in this case? The LAPD desperately wanted to avoid the national embarrassment the Dallas Police Department had suffered after the deaths of JFK and Oswald in 1963. They shut down all leads suggesting a conspiracy by getting witnesses to undertake a polygraph examination with Lt. Enrique “Hank” Hernandez, who browbeat witnesses into retracting their statements. The LAPD suppressed their investigation files for twenty years and destroyed important evidence. LAPD criminalist Dewayne Wolfer was later harshly criticized for his work on the firearms evidence in the case. He claimed he matched the key victim bullets to Sirhan’s gun but this conclusion and the evidence he based it on were later found to be false. Paul Schrade was also hit along with Robert Kennedy, but he survived. Who is Schrade, what does he say now, and why is it so important? Paul Schrade was a close friend of Bobby Kennedy and labor chair for his 1968 campaign. Schrade was walking six to eight feet behind Robert Kennedy when he was shot in the head by the first bullet (probably by Sirhan). He fell to the floor and was knocked out as the shooting continued but from 1974 onwards, he has called for a reinvestigation of the case because he believes more bullets were fired that night than Sirhan’s gun could hold. In 2016, he attended Sirhan’s parole hearing and apologized to the man who shot him for not supporting his release sooner. He believes Sirhan did not kill Bobby Kennedy and should be released. I recently interviewed Stephen Jaffe, a really preeminent member of Garrison’s staff, the New Orleans DA thanks whose courage in 1967 the investigation on the assassination of JFK revived. Answering to my questions, he reveled that he was the organizer of a very special secret rendezvousbetween RFK and Garrison himself, adding: “Before that meeting, I had a contact from a close friend of the Kennedy family who asked me to arrange the meeting. We also had help from another US Senator. RFK told Garrison in New York, at this very confidential meeting, that he was going to reopen the investigation into the assassination of President Kennedy but only after he was elected President. Only with that power, he explained, could he do so.” This very well pairs with a statement by RFK Jr. This one: “My father believed the Warren Report was a shoddy piece of craftsmanship. He publicly supported the Warren Commission report but privately he was dismissive of it. My father thought that somebody [else] was involved. The evidence at this point I think is very, very convincing that it was not a lone gunman.” Please, what do you think about this meeting and about this revelation by RFK Jr.? This provides one of the motives for why he was killed. As I said in the beginning introducing you, your documentary received an endorsement by RFK Jr., a clear demonstration of how much important your work is. Did you also have any opportunity to talk with him directly? No, but I’m in touch with people who are close to him. He’s writing a new book on both Kennedy assassinations that I hope will keep media attention on the RFK assassination and Sirhan’s case.
  5. (Perhaps the answer(s) to my questions are already within this vast collection of information already) ------- As it has been 8 years or so, since I even thought about this case, a lot of questions -- I guess -- have been answered, and many of course never will be. I did not even know that Gary Mack passed away in 2015. That was just very sad to hear. He even took of his precious time to answer quite a few questions I had -- via e-mail-correspondence, back in 2006 and 2007. Two of those, - just out of curiousity, - I wonder if any new relevant information has surfaced - even how likely it is not. --------------------------------------- February 22, 2007: **Chicago Sun-Times Sat., Nov.23, 1963 "Senator Yarborough terms it a "Deed of Horror"" Excerpt from the article in the last section: "Charles Hodges 17, a Dallas High school student said he was taking photographs of the president's car when the shooting occurred." Was it a true story?, and if so; is any of the photographs available? GM: Apparently this is a true story, although his location is unknown. I looked into this years ago and concluded that, if the story is true, he must have been on the Stemmons Freeway overpass, which is west of the triple underpass. There was a longer quote from him, or a different news story mentioned him. My memory is that he said his view was down into the car. In other words, he was above. Well, the only place that could happen was the Stemmons overpass. But he certainly could not have seen the assassination very clearly from that location. 1: Anything ? ----------------------------------- December 17, 2006: **Was there any indications made, who/if anyone taped the autopsy, and that it if so, -- in fact were in the possession of William Pitzer? And if so, any theories of what happened to it? GM: There have been rumors in recent years that the Kennedy autopsy may have been filmed, but many in the room insist there were no cameras. 2: Anything ?
  6. Here I offer my wayward opinion how I think this conspiracy started. Comments welcomed. I want to read your opinions on this. 1. Oswald went to Mexico and offered to kill JFK to the Russians and Cubans. (They declined the offer) 2. American intelligence intercepted all these messages and knew that Oswald wanted to kill JFK. 3. CIA operatives reported this information up the line. 4. The conspiracy is borne. Lansdale got wind of Oswald's plan and made plans to facilitate for Oswald to go at it as a lone wolf. 5. Landsdale recruited his assassins to support Oswald. Oswald did not know that there were other assassins involved. 6. Somebody had to pay the hitmen? 7. When Oswald noticed other shooters shooting at JFK and the governor that is when he knew he was the patsy.

    Prayer Man

I hope I don't get into trouble posting another comment about Prayer Man. I had never heard of this theory until last year. I found it a fascinating idea however, when I look at the pictures of the front entrance to the TSBD, I can't tell anything because the quality is so poor. One person, I don't remember who said it was Oswald holding a cheese sandwich (apparently Oswald loved cheese sandwiches and ate them often for lunch). Another person said it was Oswald holding his camera (the Imperial Reflex). I simply can't imagine that if the President were driving by my place of business that I wouldn't be out there with a camera taking pictures. It seems like a perfectly logical thing to do as far as I'm concerned. Is anyone aware of more clear pictures that might help me see Prayer Man better so I can form an idea of what I think?

    Photo Collection

After a very short googlesearch, I chose Flickr of all sites, to get some photos online. If of any interest to anyone. * Everything is taken from a 12 year old harddisk,- so many, if not all of the photos are guaranteed to be available today elsewhere, in much better resolutions. ** Have tried to sort for a few hours,- but it in itself is still terrible. *** Included one album with photos I took with my phone , of a Norwegian magazine, - published December 7th. 1963, concerning the assassination. ( My grandmother scared my mother (8 years old) - stiff, - when getting the news of JFK's death,- screaming and running back and forth between the kitchen and the livingroom. My mother says she acted like a family member had died. An example of what an impact JFK made around the world, - even up here in northern Norway, - north of the polar circle. Back then they had radio. Not sure if they had gotten a tv yet. No cellphones, no internet.) My mother's mother, - kept this magazine, and gave it to me. **** Included one album (even though it has nothing to do with the assassination) - from when LBJ, -- ridiculously enough, was scheduled to meet my father's uncle's family, on his visit to my/their hometown Bodø, - September 10th. 1963, - roughly 2 months before JFK was assassinated. My father, and his cousin (my father's uncle's daugher) explained that he actually turned down the LBJ - visit ( if it is true, - I can not prove, - but still kinda fun to think about (for me). He was traumatized in WW2, and felt it would be too much hassle,- with all the police, SS, etc. ). LBJ ended up visiting their neighbours instead. ***** Snapshots of the harddisk from the stoneage included. The Collection : https://www.flickr.com/photos/153357684@N03/albums ( Hope this one will be up longer , than the last attempt, which lasted for half a day ) .
  9. Does anyone have any photographs of Gov. John Connally's injuries during the assassination of JFK?
  10. This from Alternet: https://www.alternet.org/visions/chomsky-republican-party-most-dangerous-organization-human-history Excerpted: Anyone have any clue what 'white paper' he's talking about?
  11. I propose we start a brand-new thread and move through this step-by-step and methodically. My first questions is this...Who was angry enough at JFK to want to kill him? I would argue that there were many people who were angry enough to want him killed. However, the only thing I can prove is that Oswald did NOT hate JFK and want him killed. Oswald kept a small address book and on page 17 it lists four people Oswald openly stated he wanted to kill. 1. Texas Governor John Connally. 2. Richard Nixon. 3. General Edwin Walker. 4. FBI agent James Hosty. 1. Texas Governor John Connally - The grudge got started in January 1962. Oswald was in the Soviet Union, where he'd gone after being honorably discharged from the Marine Corps. When the Marines learned he wanted to defect, Oswald's discharge was summarily downgraded to undesirable. Oswald was angry and for good reason; his actions after his discharge had nothing to do with his three years as a Marine. By early 1962, Oswald was disenchanted with Soviet life and wanted to return home. He was now saddled with a wife, Marina, and a child, and he knew that someone with a ninth-grade education, who had spent time in Russia and had an undesirable discharge on his record, would have few prospects in America.Oswald wrote a heartfelt plea to Connally, a fellow Texan and the head of the Navy Department, the civilian overseer of the Marines. In poignant terms Oswald asked Connally to redress what was a transparent miscarriage of justice. What he got back a month later, in February 1962, was a classic bureaucratic brushoff. The dismissive letter arrived in an envelope with Connally's smiling face on the front, bursting from a Texas star and announcing his bid for the Texas governorship. In the months after Oswald's return to America, his worst fears were realized. He did, indeed, have serious trouble finding and holding jobs in Texas. According to the testimony of Russian emigres in Dallas who knew him during this period, every time his discharge came up in a job interview, Oswald froze, and his blame of Connally deepened. 2. Richard Nixon - For this, I'm going to need some help. All I know is that Richard Nixon was in Dallas the day of the assassination, attending a convention in his role as a lawyer for Pepsi Cola. I have yet to find a reason WHY Oswald would want him dead. 3. General Edwin Walker - Oswald did try to assassinate General Walker at his home. Oswald left a note for his wife Marina letting her know what to do if he was ever arrested. That night, he came home and described how he shot at General Walker. The note was finally located when Ruth Paine delivered it to Marina in a Russian language book. 4. James Hosty - Oswald definitely did visit the Dallas Field Office (FBI) a week to two weeks prior to the assassination of JFK, looking for Agent Hosty, who had recently visited his wife Marina. When told that Hosty was not in, Oswald left a note in an envelope which was unsealed. The note contained some sort of threat, but accounts varied widely as to whether Oswald threatened to "blow up the FBI" or merely "report this to higher authorities." Hosty's questioning of Marina Oswald was seen by Lee Oswald as harassment and he wanted it to stop. People testified to the letter although Hosty was ordered to have it destroyed. We know it existed. 13. Might as well copy and paste here too: Hi......, ---- time certaintly flies! (Copy and pasted from a private message received last year). Can't believe it is more than 10 years ago I made my Youtube-channel. It has been neglected to say the least. The videos are more than 10! years old,- and it was a different time then. As far as I can remember,- I only made public footage, - which at that time I had yet to see on Youtube or anywhere online. Some of the videos have sadly been removed, as far as I can tell,- but many are still there. I still get comments all the time ( I now discovered). I am so rusty myself now at this subject, compared to then -- - and Youtube is a different world now. I logged in the other day,- and for all I know -- it is low numbers,.- but for me it was quite astounding that such a neglected channel (do not think I have done anything on it since 2010 or somewhere around there) - has 3.5 million views and 1224 subscribers (who haven't gotten anything in all these years). Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/10Garmonbozia01 The collection of photos are gone as that link is deactivated. I have everything on an old harddisk. As far as I can remember, - it was quite a lot. It is so old - I have to obtain an (think it is called an IDE-cable) to transfer the data. I studied the assassination to a manic degree,- communicated with people all over, including Gary Mack, and other very knowledgeable people - and it now feels like time has made 99% of what I remember unacessible. In retrospect it is quite intriguing to reflect on it now,- all the theories, the fantastic people I "met" - - both here and across the globe ,- - through the internet. The initiation-process of the crater / inverted bulge , in the back of J.F.K.'s head -- visible in the Moorman photo -- if it was the moment of impact; -- would it be comparable for instance , - like when a symmetrical object is dropped down unto the surface of the water. (In order to determine angle of origin) ? T.V.J.
  14. a pass! Let's see what Bill Moyers was involved in on that fateful day November 22nd, 1963. I am not saying that Bill knew that his actions would set up JFK for assassination. What I am saying is that he was most likely told to do certain things without the foreknowledge that JFK was about to get assassinated. 1. Told Ken O' Donnel, JFK's secretary, to select the Trade Mart as the place for the luncheon. 2. Told DPD Assistant Chief George Lumpkin (Lead Car) to change the motorcade route to turn on Elm Street instead of going straight on Main Street through Dealey Plaza. 3. Asked his aide Betty Harris to tell Secret Service Agent Sorrels to have the bubble top removed from JFK's car at Love Field.
  15. Any doctors in this forum? According to the lateral fracture lines in JFK's skull, where did the bullet enter JFK's skull from the rear? I believe I already know where the bullet entered JFK's skull from the rear. The follow-up question is: How could that bullet exit the top right of JFK's skull from a downward trajectory? What I find interesting in the lateral lines of the side profile of JFK's skull, there seems to be a break in the lateral lines. Looks like a bone was put there to cover a hole. It could just be that the bone around the ear is denser than other bones. The other observation is the other bone separated by lateral lines to the top left of the bone in question also looks like it covers a hole. Interesting! The frontal x-ray shows the lateral lines as well emanating from what looks like a circle in the back of JFK's skull.

    Roscoe White

I’ve read aspects of the Roscoe White story in bits and pieces throughout the years, and never gave it much serious thought. A few nights ago I watched this video “Evidence Of Revision – JFK Assassination Rarities” on YouTube. It put some pieces together in a startling way, and I’m doing some more research into it. I’m curious as to what others her think, and if anyone knows of any further research. The section concerning Roscoe White is between 16:00 and 35:35. I also consulted Livingstone’s “High Treason 2” and the revised version of Marrs’s “Crossfire” for more information. From my research, these seem to be many of the facts: Geneva White – Roscoe’s wife Worked for Jack Ruby Says she confirms existence of Roscoe’s diary Says she overheard Ruby and Roscoe planning to kill JFK Owned an alternate version of the backyard photo of Oswald Ricky White – Roscoe’s son Says Roscoe’s diary existed and contained information about Roscoe’s role in the JFK assassination Says the FBI absconded with the diary Has copies of alleged CIA cables obliquely referring to the assassination Reverend Jack Shaw Says he took deathbed confession from Roscoe Says he audio taped Geneva’s recounting of her experiences Says he also had a CIA affiliation? Other witnesses of unknown name and number Recall seeing Roscoe’s diary Roscoe White Knowledgeable about photography? Was, or was about to become, a police photographer? Joined Dallas PD early October 1963 (a little over a week before Oswald got his job at the TSBD) Former Marine as was Oswald, sailed on the same ship as Oswald going to Japan Marine-era photo of Oswald and a man with bump on right wrist and face that resembles Roscoe White Mysterious death in an explosion, allegedly saw someone leaving the scene just prior Allegedly gave deathbed confession to Rev. Jack Shaw Chin resembles chin on Oswald’s backyard photograph Posture resembles posture on Oswald’s backyard photograph Bump on right wrist resembles bump on Oswald’s right wrist in the backyard photograph - Roscoe’s alleged diary reportedly has a brief description of what he did that day, from Ricky White’s memory. It allegedly indicated that Roscoe shot from the grassy knoll and rode with Tippit to pick up Oswald. Roscoe tried to get Tippit to drive Oswald to Redbird airport. When Tippit balked and suspected Roscoe’s and Oswald’s involvement with the reports coming in about JFK, Roscoe had to kill Tippit. The weird thing is, this seems to explain some things. Acquilla Clemons described seeing two people at the scene of Tippit’s killing (though the physical description of one of them doesn’t seem to match either Oswald or Roscoe.) And, if Roscoe was the shooter on the grassy knoll dressed in a policeman's uniform, then that appears to explain Badgeman. (For the record, I am agnostic on Badgeman's existence.) I believe Tippit had some clothes hanging in the back of his police car, if I recall correctly. Roscoe could have changed out of his policeman's uniform and into street clothes after giving the signal by honking outside Oswald's rooming house. I believe Earlene Roberts said she saw two policemen in the police car honking outside, So, normally I would be able to discount a lot of this. I did discount a lot of it when I heard just bits and pieces. The matching chin doesn’t prove anything, but they do match. The posture doesn’t prove anything, yet it too matches the backyard photograph. The bump on the wrist, however, can’t easily be dismissed. If Roscoe was previously knowledgeable about photography, that also seems quite suspicious. The statements of Rev. Jack Shaw, while not conclusive, are compelling, in my opinion. I'd like to know more about his tapes of Geneva and what became of them. The fact that Geneva worked for Ruby is certainly quite a coincidence and difficult to write off as happenstance. And that Roscoe joined the Dallas police department less than two months before the assassination makes me very suspicious. But the one thing that seems to be the biggest is that the White family owned an alternate pose of the backyard photograph. A pose that was re-created by investigators PRIOR to its official discovery. I don’t know how that ownership of that alternate photo could be anything but damning. You’d have to ignore all of the other “coincidences” and believe that Roscoe was just a random cop that just happened, by another coincidence, to be in a position to steal an important and incriminating piece of evidence in the crime of the century, wouldn’t you?
  17. Has anyone else read this book? "Written as a fast-moving novel, Charles W. Weaver writes with more than a casual observer's perspective. From a young radio salesman dispatched to collect the monthly advertising revenue from Jack Ruby's SILVER SPUR in Dallas, to overseeing a ship docked in international waters of the Baltic Sea that may have been doing more than just playing Rock 'n Roll, Weaver's fictionalized web of conspiracies will leave the reader with little doubt about the men who killed Kennedy." Triple Double Cross: The Story Behind the Conspiracies to Murder John F. Kennedy Hardcover – June 10, 2008 by Charles W. Weaver (Author) In the 1970s I met and talked with Bill Weaver before he wrote this book. I was investigating the bogus claims made about the start of Radio Caroline in the UK during 1964. What I learned from Bill Weaver all checked out as true. I recently bought a copy of this book he privately published. He had boxes of books delivered to his garage, only to have them wiped out by Hurricane Ike flooding. Meantime, Bill had died following a long physical illness. The book falls into four sections. One part is based upon input from Jones Harris; another part centers around Phillip de Vosjoli; another part deals with the offshore 'pirate' radio ship Bon Jour which Weaver claims was chartered to the CIA and anchored off Stockholm as a listening post to KGB transmissions in the Baltic Sea. The ship station called Radio Nord lasted only a brief time and was allegedly the work of Clint Murchison and Gordon McLendon with management by Robert Thompson. Weaver claims that Radio Nord was a 'cover' for the CIA listening post on board ship. Weaver worked in management for McLendon at Houston and he did have custody of the vessel when it berthed at Galveston in March 1963, and remained there until December 1963. That part I have verified. But Weaver claims and his wife who I have spoken to confirms, that Weaver was sent to Stockholm to close Radio Nord down after it had served its CIA purpose. That was in the summer of 1961. The last part of the book appears to have been written hastily by someone else after Weaver died - because it is poorly written and total fiction. There are only a few copies of this book still available. After I bought a used copy at exorbitant price, others came forward to offer copies at a reasonable price. I am working on a research project for publication and I would like feedback from anyone who has read this book.
  18. I lived down the road from Rose Hill and I remember all of the fuss when they dug up the remains of a coffin in which the remains of corpse claimed to be that of Lee Harvey Oswald were entombed. I was bored by it all at the time and paid no attention, and neither was I interested in all of the many JFK assassination theories. Times change and so do circumstances and locations and now I find my sphere of interest is overlapping the events of November 22, 1963. After reading the report by the person who carried out an inspection of the exhumed corpse, it seems that the only thing left to play with was the skull. The skull contained teeth and a small hole from a previous operation. My own father had the same operation for the same reasons. So it seems that dental records from the Marine days of LHO and the report of his hospital operation were the only things that the examiner had to work with. (I am ignoring the distraction about rings on fingers, etc.) Recently I have begun to take an interest in both the original questions raised by Jones Harris (who is still alive and who I spoke with about a month ago), which overlap to some extent the same questions still being raised about who was standing on the steps of the DSBD. Since others on this forum are far more knowledgeable than I am about the "Two Oswalds Theory", what is the consensus opinion regarding the examination and conclusion that was derived from the exhumation?
  19. Was John F. Kennedy married before he wed Jackie, and if he was, was he engaging in bigamy? The reason I am interested is because of events in 1965 that impact Caroline Kennedy, who, if the story is true, would have been born in Catholic eyes, "out of wedlock". I have seen Photostats of the genealogy book and I have read how Joe Kennedy is alleged to have destroyed all evidence of the alleged earlier marriage. I would like to know what hard facts currently exist about his earlier marriage.

When officer JD Tippit (car #10) pulled-up to the boarding house where Lee Oswald was staying, Tippit honks the horn on his car twice. I believe this was a code to Oswald to go to one of the many safehouses in Oak Cliff. However, Oswald goes to the bus stop, stands there for about 30 seconds and then takes off on foot. It has been my belief that Oswald was headed towards Jack Ruby's apartment before feeling it necessary to duck into the Texas Theatre. But I did read somewhere that when Oswald was in the theatre, he went from person to person in the dark as if he was trying to locate someone, possibly a handler. Any thoughts?

    JONES HARRIS

Jones Harris is still alive and he is the person who began the questions about whether Lee Harvey Oswald was standing on the steps of the Book Depository the moment that Kennedy was shot. This raised the question of how LHO could be in two places at once. Then it spawned the Billy Lovelady controversy. From there we ended up with two people: Lee Oswald and Harvey Oswald. What is the current strength / weakness of this form of speculation?

At the time of the assassination, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company was the only telephone company in the state of Texas. In 1994, my father retired as Vice Chairman of Southwestern Bell Corporation, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, and as Chief Financial Officer for Southwestern Bell Telephone Corporation. Back in 1963, David Ferry was supplied a WATS line number. David Ferry passed the number to Judyth Vary Baker and she and Lee Oswald were able to talk on the phone without any telephone charges being accrued. When my mother passed-away in 2013, my brothers and I had to go through her home to prepare for an estate sale. There was a cardboard box with "1963" written on the outside of the box. I thought that since my older brother was born in 1963, it was a box meant for him. I imagined it contained some baby clothes, a baby book and other things related to my brother. When I saw the contents of the box, it was full of papers and handwritten notes concerning JFK as well as a handwritten letter from Lady Bird Johnson to my mother on the first lady's personal letterhead. I'm currently in the process of trying to get all of the contents of that box and as I get more things from it, I'll post them here.

I watched this last night and I find it to be accurate. It's worth watching.
  24. I've appreciated the chance to talk to a lot of really nice people on this forum. I'm going to take a break. Even though my older brother has the box with 1963 written on it, he's not speaking to me. So, my younger brother sent him an email asking for the box. All I can do is wait and hope. All of you are great people and I love how you are keeping the assassination of JFK front and center in the eyes of the public. It is such an important thing to let slip away. God bless all of you. Your friend, Rich
