Edit - just found this. HARVEY uses agent QJWIN (recruited earlier by ARNOLD SILVER for use in an assassination operation against LUMUMBA) as the principle asset for ZRRIFLE. Thanks for jogging my memory too - about Arnold Silver. I’ve read many CIA documents denying their involvement in Lumuba’s assassination. I’ve also read many reports claiming that Harvey’s ZRRIFLE operation was solely for recruitment of safe crackers and the like. I think these are cya documents.
