It's not a Jumbo Jet - that's the 747. It's called a widebody.

How would they "see" it coming in? The first they would have known about it is when the building exploded because of an aircraft hitting it.

Then again, over 100 witnesses DID see an airliner hit the building.

The light weight aluminum wings of the jet would have also been sheared off during impact with the building...

No, they disintergrated. Has happened in severe impacts before.

...Nor was there any evidence of any plane wreckage being removed from the building.. No seats, bodies, etc...

Except for the wreckage that was found on the lawn and in the building, and the first responders reports of bodies, some still in seats. Apart from all those, yeah - nothing.

Only if they were sitting in front of windows and looking out at the correct angle at the precise moment, the plane was traveling at almost 800 feet/sec. Numerous witnesses OUTSIDE the building reported seeing a plane, several of them described it as a jetliner/Boeing/Airbus/large/American Airlines etc. See link in post # 11.

Please spell out your qualifications in aeronautical, civil or mechanical engineering. The crash has been studied by several engineers none of whom AFAIK have said there was anything inconsistent with the impact hole was big enough to admit all but the wingtips.

Nor was there any evidence of any plane wreckage being removed from the building.. No seats, bodies, etc..

Several witnesses reported seeing seat, bodies and other wreckage in the building.

The story of the plane being "vaporized" is even sillier that the story of the ground swallowing up an entire plane (never to be recovered) at the Shanksville Pa. site.

No one but truthers says the plane was "vaporized", I don’t know of any crash investigators or qualified engineers who say the Shanksville site is inconsistent with the crash, over 90% of the plane was recovered

Those poor stupid fools, graduating from West Point, the Air Force Academy, or Annapolis, then going off to Afghanistan, to find terrorists, etc, you really ought to get in touch with them and let them know you are available, maybe do their taxes, or to just generally sraighten them out, let em know where the Bear Sh__ts in the Buckwheat!.

It didn’t take that pathetic site long to get its facts wrong. The 1st paragraph on the homepage reads:

“Where are the bodies? Supposedly 100 Tons of steel and titanium alloy completely disintegrated, yet, government forensics teams claim to have identified 180+ bodies. This is just on 'paper'. No witnesses saw any bodies, no witnesses saw damage consistent with a 757 slamming onto the lawn and Pentagon.”

How many relatively entire bodies does the idiot think would emerge from a jetliner crashing into reinforce concrete at over 500 mph? Did he expect to see photos? Can Duane (who promoted the site) point us to photos of bodies from other airplane crashes? And there were witness reports of bodies.

“Finally, they [a group of firefighters] found several airplane seats, piled among the usual mounds of upturned office furniture and random wreckage. A couple of the seats still had bodies belted into them, which had already been found and marked for the FBI.”

No one claims the plane disintegrated rather it broken up by the force of the collision, Duane can get back to us when he can cite engineers who think the damage to the plane or building are not consistent with the “official story”. The remains were IDed via DNA.

The myth the impact hole was to small was debunked long ago by a leading truther site.

9/11 and Other False Flag Terrorism

I am Sam Lwin, an ex-Marine, a conscientious objector and an anti-war activist from the first Gulf war. I would like to say a few words about the connection between 9/11 and war.

In the fall of 1990, President George Herbert Walker Bush mobilized troops for the first Gulf War. I was a Marine reservist and a senior at the New School. Knowing that it was an oil war and finding out the various deceptions used by our government to gain support of the masses at anti-war rallies, I, as a conscientious Marine, refused to go. So did twenty-five other Marines, eight of them from here in New York City. We were all court-martialed and did time in the brig at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.

Many people supported us. They sent us letters and books to read and our prison sentences were shortened, in some cases by two years, due to public pressure through anti-war groups like Hands Off! and War Resisters League. During that time, one of the Marine resisters mentioned to me the name of Smedley Butler.

Smedley Butler was a Marine general who twice won the Congressional Medal of Honor. In 1933, he published a booklet called “War Is a Racket.” I would like to read a few sentences from it. "War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses."

And he continued, “I spent 33 years and 4 months in active service as a member of our country's most agile military force--the Marine Corps. I served in all commissioned ranks from second lieutenant to Major General. And during that period I spent most of my time being a high-class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer for capitalism.”

The whole ordeal in the first Gulf war made me realize that things are not always what they seem to be. Yet, a decade later, on the morning of September 11th immediately after the towers fell, even though I intuited that the Bush administration was behind the attacks, I chose to believe the official story, because I did not dare to believe otherwise.

It wasn’t until the Bush administration started incessantly insisting that Iraq had WMDs, that I realized that something was not right. In early 2002, I began to search for answers on the Internet, never thinking that I would spend five to six hours daily for the next four years.

So now we know. We know that, just like war, 9/11 is a racket, a military false flag psy-op, a highly deceptive series of events conducted to gain the support of the population for wars in the Middle East. Let me read General Smedley Butler’s definition again:

“A racket is best described as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.”

War is a racket. 9/11 is a racket.

It saddens and angers me that so many people in the antiwar movement refuse to examine the evidence of 9/11. We should ask them to do at least one thing. Watch the movie we just saw, 911mysteries. And if after watching it, they still want to continue believing the official BS, so be it. But for people to say that they want peace and at the same time adamantly deny the direct connection between 9/11 and the current wars is irresponsible. Many anti-war people unquestioningly accept the official version, without even looking at the overwhelming evidence which the 9/11 Truth movement has laboriously collected over the years.

Three weeks ago we all went down to Ground Zero to mark the fifth anniversary of the so-called terrorist attacks. That memorable day--Sept 11, 2006--was also the 100th anniversary of Gandhi’s first act of nonviolent civil disobedience, a movement he called “satyagraha.” In Sanscrit, satya means “truth”, agraha translates to “effort or endeavor.” Combined, Satyagraha means “to work for truth, in pursuit of truth.”

I propose that our brothers and sisters in the anti-war movement, whom I thank a great deal from my experience in the first Gulf war, join with us in the 9/11 Truth movement, to courageously pursue the truth with us--our Satyagraha--to bring into reality a truly independent investigation into the events of 9/11. And through our collective efforts, we can began to dismantle the authority of this traitorous, treasonous, and illegitimate administration in the current wars and their nefarious plans for wider wars in the Middle East and elsewhere. Only when the truth of 9/11 comes into light, on a national and international arena, will we be able to stop their immoral, unethical, and unconscionable rackets.

Not so much ridicule as much as refutation of disinformation. If you think what I posted is untrue then show that to be the case.

Come on Duane - that's a fair call.

Show proof that all the witnesses were wrong.

Show proof that none of the wreckage found matched that would be expected from the aircraft.

Show proof that those who claim to have seen bodies were lying.

Show proof that the DNA matching was falsified.

I'm not asking for much - just show proof of what you claim.

This "conspiracy theory," like all of them, has gained momentum over the years for a number of reasons. First, anyone with common sense questions the absence of film footage from the Pentagon. At a time (even in 2001), where security cameras were regular features at most workplaces, it stetches credulity to the breaking point to imagine that the complex housing the heart of our national defense wouldn't have captured whatever hit the building from a myriad of different angles. The official impulse on the part of goverment officials to conceal and classify information, seemingly all the time, is a huge part of the problem here. Who knows- if they were forthcoming immediately, then maybe fewer of us would be so suspicious of them.

A lot of questions could have been answered early on, by simply releasing all that videotape. There is no national security issue involved whatsoever. But, just at the government withheld countless documents pertaining to the JFK assassination, even though they claimed it was the work of a lone nut, they have withheld this footage, even though the claim is that 19 nutty terrorists were responsible. But even the gas station across the street, whose security camera would have caught the incident on tape, had their equipment confiscated. Why?

There is the simple, basic question of how this could have happened. How did the world's supposedly most advanced "defense" system permit planes to fly around like that, for all that time, and then not defend itself when one of them crashed directly into the center of our military command center? That just isn't believable. If our defense doesn't work any better than that, then every taxpayer has a right to demand their trillions of dollars back. Obviously, it wasn't money well spent.

America has become increasingly divided into two camps; those who generally trust the government and the mainstream media, and those who don't. I think it's obvious where I stand.

The footage from the CITIGO was released, as was all the other footage.

People seem to be ignoring the over 100 witnesses who SAW an airliner hit the building! Not 100 government employees, not 100 military personnel, but over 100 citizens ranging from government employees to military personnel to everyday people who just happened to be there at the right time.

Don, can you provide any evidence that there were CCTV cameras at the Pentagon that should have captured the footage but have not been released? Not your belief that there should have been cameras in this location but actual proof there were cameras in operation?

Show proof that all the witnesses were wrong.

Show proof that the all of these alleged witnesses were right.

Show proof that none of the wreckage found matched that would be expected from the aircraft.

Show proof that the meager amount of wreckage photograpahed outside the Pentagon was the proper amount of wreckage that would have been found if a passenger jet really crashed into the Pentagon.

Show proof that those who claim to have seen bodies were lying.

Show proof that these people exist .. Then show proof that they are telling the truth about seeing any bodies, and not part of some government cover up.

Show proof that the DNA matching was falsified.

Show proof that the DNA even exists and if so, matches that of the passengers of the plane that allegedly hit the Pentagon.

I'm not asking for much .. Just show proof of what you claim.

What all of you are missing is the fact that a laser light shines on the exterior of the wall and then the missile hits that spot. This is also true of at least the 2nd tower before it was hit by a "plane." A laser showed on the exterior of the tower and that's where the plane hit. I still believe this video is correct and old.

I can't say I know the area well, but when 911 first happened, people on the main road there saw a plane hit the Pentagon, but the plane went onto Ronald Reagan Airport and the missile hit the building. Seeing the plane hitting the Pentagon was an optical illusion.

136 people saw the plane approach the Pentagon, and

104 directly saw the plane hit the Pentagon.

6 were nearly hit by the plane in front of the Pentagon
. Several others were within 100-200 feet of the impact.

26 mentioned that it was an American Airlines jet.

39 others mentioned that it was a large jet/commercial airliner.

2 described a smaller corporate jet. 1 described a "commuter plane" but didn't mention the size.

7 said it was a Boeing 757
.

8 witnesses were pilots. One witness was an Air Traffic Controller and Pentagon tower Chief.

2 witnesses were firefighters working on their truck at the Pentagon heliport.

4 made radio calls to inform emergency services that a plane had hit the Pentagon.

10 said the plane's flaps and landing gear were not deployed (1 thought landing gear struck a light pole).

16 mentioned seeing the plane hit light poles/trees
, or were next to to the poles when it happened. Another 8 mentioned the light poles being knocked down: it's unknown if they saw them hit.

42 mentioned seeing aircraft debris
.
4 mentioned seeing airline seats.
3 mentioned engine parts.

2 mentioned bodies still strapped into seats.

15 mentioned smelling or contacting aviation/jet fuel.

3 had vehicles damaged by light poles or aircraft debris
. Several saw other occupied vehicles damaged.

3 took photographs of the aftermath.

Many mentioned false alarm warnings of other incoming planes after the crash. One said "3-4 warnings."

And of course,

0 saw a military aircraft or missile strike the Pentagon.

0 saw a plane narrowly miss the Pentagon and fly away.

No plane hit the Pentagon? Tell that to Mickey Bell, Sean Boger, Omar Campo, Michael DiPaula, Frank Probst, and Jack Singleton, all of whom saw flight 77 approach and came within feet of being struck as it roared across the Pentagon lawn. Probst dove out of the way to avoid being hit by the 757's right engine, which tore through a fence and damaged a construction generator trailer.

Frank Probst, an information management specialist for the Pentagon Renovation Program, left his office trailer near the Pentagon's south parking lot at 9:36 a.m. Sept. 11. Walking north beside Route 27, the 6'2" Vietnam Veteran looked up, directly into the right engine of a 757 commercial airliner cresting the hilltop Navy Annex. It reached him so fast and flew so low that Probst dropped to the ground, fearing he'd lose his head to its right engine.
"Had I not hit the deck, the plane would have taken off my head."

Mark Willams:
"When Williams discovered the scorched bodies of several airline passengers, they were still strapped into their seats. The stench of charred flesh overwhelmed him.

'It was the worst thing you can imagine,' said Williams, whose squad from Fort Belvoir, Va., entered the building, less than four hours after the terrorist attack. 'I wanted to cry from the minute I walked in. But I have soldiers under me and I had to put my feelings aside.' "

"I did see airplane seats and a corpse still strapped to one of the seats."
