Brent Scowcroft (chairman emeritus) is a former national security adviser to the US president – he took over the role from Henry Kissinger. The Economist was attacking Berlusconi, not a very “establishment” thing to do in 2003 and if you can get back to us with evidence the judge ever produced the supposed documents in either case.
