What is the procedure for forcing members to acknowledge the gentlemanly intent of this site to fairly discuss valid evidence and produce a credible educational result from it as is the written intent of this site and its rules?

Bob should consult the backers of the Warren Commission since they are well practiced at what he seeks...

The reason I want to block certain members is I have grown tired of attempting to reason with members who are certifiably insane.

Bob,

On your Profile Tab on the upper right corner there is a menu item called "Manage Ignore Prefs".

PS your(this) post seems to attract some certifiables like honey attracts bees.
