Jim Marrs Has Passed Away

Recommended Posts

Crossfire was one of the first books I read about the assassination. It was an aha! moment that started me on my path, and continues still. He will be greatly missed.

Sad news, indeed.

RIP, Jim Marrs, you were one of the best.

Shawn Patrick posted this on Facebook today:

In Dallas in 2016 Jim Marrs named the man he believed to be the Grassy Knoll shooter. That man was Roscoe White. My friend Gary Fannin is doing some groundbreaking work on Roscoe White as we speak. Gary is a great guy and the White story could not be in better hands. I'm sure the work has an added sense of weight and importance now. Go get 'em, Gary.

I interviewed Jim at the 2005 Lancer Conference. He was very generous with his time, and a great conversationalist. (I suppose I'll have to find the tape and see if it's worth putting online.)

He will be missed. Farewell, Jim.
