Lawrence Schnapf
Hi Guys, sorry for late reply. been busy prepping for the mock trial. Prosecution is only have one live witness- Luke Haag. the rest of the evidence will be from that previously developed by the HSCA and WC. It will be introduced by the prosecutor in narrative form. Orr is presenting at the ethics portion of the program. he does believe the organic material on the nose fragment is muscle tissue. the thrust of his presentation is the obligation of prosecutors to evaluate new information or science that can have impact on prior cases... Isn't this a moot issue given the salient fact that the bullet holes in JFK's clothing are too low to associate with his throat wound? Even if they pulled JFK's DNA off CE-399 it wouldn't challenge the fact at least 2 shooters struck him. Since the prosecution cannot identify any accomplices of the "lone nut" wouldn't this tend to discount Oswald as a shooter? They can't play it both ways can they -- Oswald the lone nut with co-conspirators? Edited November 15, 2017 by Cliff Varnell

Couldn't it be the temporal muscles?
