Don’t think he was Corsican. amazing that the Bill Kelly thread on Black ops goes into the DeM Haiti meetings facilitated and reported on by Dorothe Matlack never mentions who she worked for, or of they did it was unremarked on - Army Intelligence, namely she was Assistant Army Chief of Staff Intelligence who liaised with CIA.
