FBI Agent Elmer Todd on 11/22/1963: I carved my initials onto the nose of the bullet.

Elmer Todd on 6/24/1964: This appears to be the same bullet, and I can see my initials on the bullet.

The forensic evidence was manufactured within the first weekend. Eyewitness testimony was used to support the forensic evidence. The medical photos were not authenticated until Nov. 1966 so they had plenty of time to alter that evidence. #JFKfakenews

Gallagher 5/11 Ret 5/ 11         Comm 399 C1

To Frazier 5/11

To Comm 5/13 R

From Comm 5/18/64 RW

To Jepson 5/18/64 (last part unreadable)

To Dallas 6/2/64

To Chas? old info Alex R

For an old school teacher, this should have been a piece of cake.  However, some lines were difficult to read.

Frazier maybe Robert Frazier at https://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/the-jfk-assassination-former-agent-recalls-his-role-in-the-investigation

"old info" might be a better interpretation if you magnify, adjust contrast, and sharpen with software.

Gallagher might be FBI agent John F. Gallagher.

Jepson might be W. B. Jepson Naval Intelligence Service.  He was involved in HSCA matters.

John,

Among other things, Jepson was involved in handling the allegation by a George L. Brown that President Kennedy's assassination was related to the sinking of the submarine, the U.S.S. Thresher.      http://ussnautilus.org/blog/the-loss-of-uss-thresher-ssn-593/

see p. 5 of Brown' letter here:

The "Jepson" in question on the FBI WC lab card showing disposition/travel of several pieces of evidence is actually Roy Jepsen, in 1963 a member of the FBI lab, specifically the fingerprint/identification section. Jepsen was a long time employee of the FBI from 1952 until his retirement in 1975, though he was not always a member of the lab. There are several references to Jepsen in the links below.
