Yes, I did. You could tell it was garbage after reading it. I don't believe it to be a real 'report' at all.

9.39PM (2139) - Altitude 2500 ft, final radio contact.

"When detected on radar 29 seconds later he was at 1,800 feet,"

yet it then says:

"Within app. 10 seconds of this final radio contact at 9:39 P.M.... was identified on Radar by both Military personnel and Martha’s Vineyard Airport tower personnel as descending 1,200 feet in 12 seconds..."

So at 2139:00 it was at 2500', then at 2139:12 it was at 1300', then at 2139:29 it was at 1800'?

"Reporter has been ‘gotten to, compromised. Unknown as to who, at this time"

Nobody would put this in an official report because it's an opinion - and they wouldn't use such terminology. Agents are trained to report FACT, not opinion.

Total garbage. An explosive device would typically leave residue traces on the aircraft. Destruction from an explosion would have a very different stress pattern and could be identified from the remains. A "particle beam" or "laser" would affect the aircraft in an entirely different way - even if it caused the aircraft fuel tanks to explode.

The entire thing is garbage; made up; false - a joke in bad taste.

I guess the NTSB was in on it as well....

In this case were supposed to take Floco's word for it some guy who wants only to be known as "Delbert," a former Interpol operative Special Forces and CIA Division 4 team member told him "about his team’s suppressed and classified final report naming former Presidents Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush, President George W. Bush and Senator Hillary Clinton among others as being involved in orchestrating the assassination of John F. Kennedy Jr". The only citations in the story are other Tom Flocco stewweb.com articles. [stew Webb seems to be Flocco's sidekick]

The supposed motive was that John-John supposedly was thinking about running for Senator against Hillary or President against Bush. This absurd since he never expressed interest in getting involved in politics. Quite to the contrary, he resigned his job in the Manhattan DA's office, a potential stepping stone to elected office after only 4 years and when urged to run for Congress in '92 said "I frankly feel there are many opportunities and avenues outside of elective office to become involved in issues, issues that have the same broad scope that government or elected office provides you." http://edition.cnn.com/SPECIALS/1999/kenne...file/index.html

There is no way he could have been a credible threat to Bush's presidential ambitions. Except for six war hero generals [Washington, Jackson, W.H. And as far as I can tell that applies to VPs, major party nominees and all serious contenders for major party nomination. Ross Perot the only important third party candidate for president without such previous experience only got 19% of the vote in 1992 and 8% in 1996 and many of those were protest votes.

There are no indications Kennedy was interested in the job or would have be such a strong candidate that would merit killing him.
