So, if the occasion warranted, such as writing a book, you’d be precise in your use of words.

But since you’re only riffing here for a bunch of non-book readers, it matter less.

You seem to be saying that words change meaning depending on who reads them?

Got it.  Very gracious of you to admit that you have one level of literacy for one occasion, and an entirely different one for others.

When in fact the issue is that you cannot teach me (or anyone) what you cannot prove, or teach.  That’s gotta hurt.

No wonder you save such special venom for me.  Just a boy who won’t do as he’s told by teachers.  Who don’t know their own subject.

    Noted.

Dude... you’re the one who uses words precisely or imprecisely depending on whether it’s for a book and just the yokels and rubes who read internet stuff.  By your own admission.

    Wow.  What victory for you.

I’m sorry, but when was the last time you posted anything “strong and compelling?”  I don’t read all your stuff, admittedly, because it so rarely contains anything “strong and compelling.”

Was it when you admitted that you believe there were second mastoid surgery records, despite the fact that nobody in the world had ever seen them, heard of them, or known anything about them?  You know: "just because they don’t exist, doesn’t mean they never did."

    You know, like unicorns.

Oh I plan to.  No worries there, mate.

Very gracious of you to admit that when cornered,  the various members of the crack H&L squad are in regular contact with each other, plotting strategy for how to deal with upstarts who keep poking holes in your collective (yet evolving) delusion.

But if you're all in tight communication, why does each of you wander off script so many times, contradicting each other, and sometimes even your own evidence.

Don't get me wrong; it's comical and enjoyed by many.

But how is it that you can conspire together and still not be on the same page?

All this freelancing must drive Jim and John nuts.

So RCD.  You have made it quite clear that you do not support the H&L position. I have a question.  The photos of "Harvey" and "Lee" do not look at all alike, to me. To what do you attribute this?  If not two different people, then what?  Thanks. Nice to see you round these parts. I am rarely on forums these days myself.

So Zaid did another one with Schipp.

    This is getting almost funny.

If Ciamarella is the whistleblower, that would be priceless.

RB: Well Jim, you seem to have hit a nerve with this thread.

Its not just here Ron.  This is the highest rated article at Kennedys and King since by James McCord piece. That was seven months ago.  I think its the Zaid issue.

How many clients have now said he acted against them?  He's clearly a power broker or else he'd be disbarred.

So you're 100$% sure that Mc Cord deliberately brought down Nixon?

And you're 100% sure that Trump is not compromised by Russian oligarchs despite Trump's financial history, his family's past statements to that effect, as well as his lies to that effect?

Of course McCord brought down Nixon, as he was likely told to do by higher ups. The tape was the clue- twice. No real burglar would make that error. He was trying to get caught.

As for Trump he may be involved in some Russian dealings, but the Russians did not hack the DNC.

This impeachment is a waste of time and shows how little the Democrats have.  Except Tulsi Gabbard. You know that "Russian asset"  Who wants to end all the wars.

    Dawn a/k/a Russian asset.

WN, please explain the part of the quote that the article doesn't mention.

"And, that’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not because she’s also a Russian asset."

Who is the other Russian asset here WN?

Oh right, Ms. Gabbard. That Stein/asset comment was right after the favorite of the Russians comment. I

I think what might have happened here was the media's response to her statement was actually quite negative on the whole and this is her pathetic way of backtracking to

save face, but I believe her strategy was to paint Gabbard as a republican and link to her the Russians at the same time.  It reminds me of an attorney who knows he will get an objection, but does it anyway because the jury will hear it. In this case, the jury is all of the democratic party faithful who somehow still believe the clinton family represents the American public's interest.

Exactly. You beat me to it.  :)

Just because those of us who can spot a Deep State coup when we see one does not mean we are Trump supporters. Hardly. My candidate is Tulsi and not because she called out Clinton for what  she is but because she is the only anti war candidate running.

DM: I suppose Cliff believes Tulsi Gabbard to be a Russian asset too.

No, but I think Kirk does.

(Two can play the game, right Kirk?)

The astonishing thing is that none of these people here see any parallel or significance in how she slimed Stein and Tulsi.  Its one thing to go after the other party's candidate.  Its quite another to go after someone in your own party, and then  a Green?  I voted for Stein.

Am I a Russian asset too? Well, am I Kirk? (BTW, am I getting my info from Jordan? Nope, but I do get info from Ray McGovern, who you somehow left off your list.  As you did Bill Binney.)

Sadly Jim I usually sign my email to most of my long time friends back  in MA "Your Russian asset" because they- all liberal Democrats who blindly believe MSM-fully believe in RG. Even Harvey- Yes- that one (Yazijian).

Slightly off topic but, did anyone else see Tulsi with Jim Douglass' book?

She's clearly not afraid of history and understands that the power structures of the US goes beyond an "R" or a "D". Unfortunately, it seems many on this forum do not understand that concept at all.

I saw it several days ago on facebook and was just thrilled. I have long been a huge Tulsi supporter.

Lol. I see the issue here, you and wn enjoy getting information from known propaganda outlets, whereas me and jim do not. Russia definitely annexed the Crimea, we disagree on how and why.

Lol again. Im beginning to understand why Jim blocked you.

OMG yes.  Let's all bring back Tommy too so we can have more Russia bashing.

Former NSA head Bill BInney  explained why it was NOT a hack, but that the emails were sent to Assange

by an insider with the DNC.  He also sued under FOIA for records between Assange and Seth Rich. They were denied of course

but he did learn that there were hundreds of pages of such records. (WHY???)

But, of course, Seth's murder was a simple robbery (where nothing was taken) and they FBI was not permitted to examine

the computers in question.... and some "intelligence agencies" have told us it was the Russians. Of course,  we can always

    trust our intel. agencies.

Only by a misinterpretation by a reader apparently.

What Jim actually wrote was, " In fact, Trump had now begun an effort to expose what he thought was a “Deep State plot”. One that was designed to terrorize and smear his presidency from the start"

    What "he thought", meaning Trump.

If Clinton won the election we would've likely never heard of the Russia Gate story because Hillary wasn't going to make nice with Russia anyway. If Trump was able to neutralize relations (as he may have without russia gate), it's conceivable that the regime change operations in Syria and Ukraine would be stopped or drastically reduced/normalized. Instead of focusing on two news stories beforehand, maybe examine the near constant coverage AFTER she lost, certainly not a US-Russian detente atmosphere. And then you cite the Steele dossier as some kind of evidence. Sorry, I think believing in the credibility of that at this point is misguided at best. This has nothing to do with my personal political beliefs, can  you say the same?

I continue to be amazed by JFK assassination savvy folks who fell for the phony Russia gate story.

I suppose Cliff believes Tulsi Gabbard to be a Russian asset too.  (And I am NOT a Trump supporter).

But I saw Russia gate for what it was from the start.

The typewriter was not in existence when the FBI said it was first used by Priscilla Hiss's father.

Therefore, it could not have been the one given to her and then used to type the documents in question.  And the FBI knew that and concealed it from the defense.

Further, Elizabeth McCarthy, one of the finest document examiners in America, stated that in her opinion it was possible to create a typewriter to duplicate certain typing on pages.  Which coincides with what Nixon told John Dean, that they had created a typewriter in the Hiss case.  (This is the woman who said that Shaw was Bertrand, based on two pairs of handwriting.  She was right about that also.)

Therefore, I don't have much respect for Bagley's take on the Hiss case.  My graduate field of concentration was postwar American History. I was interested in how the Cold War started, and how it was used politically for domestic purposes.  That is why I was interested in both the Rosenberg and Hiss cases. And the careers of Joe McCarthy and Dick Nixon.

As per Bagley on Nosenko, he may be right, he may be wrong.  I will agree that there is  a case for both sides.  Something I would not have written awhile back.

But the other thing Bagley is credible on is the routing of Oswald's files when they first came in.  Which you still have not commented on.

Wow, I was not aware that Nixon made this incredible admission.  From where did you obtain this tidbit Jim?  Remember that film I told you about- "The Trials of Alger Hiss" ? I still am not able to find a copy to view or buy. It's been written out of existence,  due to its sympathetic portrayal of Hiss.  As for professional misconduct by the FBI- seems par for the course, sadly.

I just ordered Joan Brady's book.

ps Tommy why does Jim D need a profile pic on facebook? He has one here. Anyone who has attended a JFK assassination  conference  knows him. It's not like he is incognito.

Thanks David, I have not read Dorothy, but I did read some of skolnik’s work. I very well may have formed my take on that accident from him.

I used to get a lot of stuff from Sherman Skolnik in the early 70's.  His long write up on the plane crash was excellent.  He also put out tapes on

the true history of the US. (Nazi links and backers).  He and Mae Brussel were the go to people back in those days.

When I first saw the three names from the Nixon White House in the paper who went to positions of authority with the NTSB, airlines, etc I thought it was on Nixon's order. But later I would come to agree with Colson.

Thank you Doug, your reply tells me what I had guessed about Hunt's knowledge.  By chance I met a big wig from CBS a few years later who knew Michelle Clark and he informed me that her death was investigated and concluded an accident. No I did not believe him.

McCord remains a mystery to me to this day. That said, he was the only one of the original seven defendants that sought me out to thank me for what I had done to protect their legal rights to a fair trial. He did this at the beginning of the first Watergate trial in January 1973. Hunt invited me to an appreciative dinner just before he want to prison in 1975 but at the dinner he never uttered a word of thanks even though I had allowed myself to be held in contempt of court by vicious and venal Judge Sirica to protect his and the other defendants' attorney-client privilege and the Sixth Amendment Right to Counsel.

Doug: Did Hunt ever talk with you about the Watergate plane crash? I remember that period so very well. Just from what was reported in the paper I knew it was sabotage.  Hunt must have as well.

Makes you wonder does it not?

Literally hundreds of books written on the JFK case in the last several years.  IMO, most of them worthless.

Lisa writes a good book on the RFK case and look what happens.

Were we barking up the wrong tree for decades?

Not necessarily but I have always believed that this would be the easiest case to prove due to the autopsy. It is hard to argue with that conclusion and if any mainstream news man or woman dares to host Lisa this is the main point to argue. (Did Wolf ever really have her on? )

I wonder if RFK Jr has read this book yet? He has made his views known but of course MSM ignores him too.

Can any of the "Sirhan did it" supporters, explain that away?

Every lawyer in that case should have been disbarred.  Especially Sirhan's lawyers who tried to shut down the autopsy evidence.

imho, her work on Garrison is important and her book Destiny Betrayed ( I have both editions), should be part of the canon.

Her latest work is more a collection of relevant and related topics. She convinced me that the Wallace finger print match was unlikely, while confirming a lot of LBJ snake-ness all around. I think her book on deMohrenschildt is like Morley's on  Win Scott - -its a lot of info about each,  helps your adding up of the evidence, but is not a sustained and complete investigation of the topic. I think Simpich and Armstrong  are such on Mexico say, and Bruce Adamson's information  on deMohrenschildt is more inclusive;, but she has one master work and many with good supporting material in her pocket and, on top of her teaching and other writing is most impressive.

Destiny Betrayed is by Jim DiEugenio not Mellen.  And she totally trashed my dear friend (RIP) Nathan Darby who made the match in 1998.  She called him a perjurer by saying he was not certified in 1998. I asked his Pastor son about this and he assured me that Nathan kept up his certification.
