Chris I am not so sure that is Phil Willis in Muchmore. I always thought this guy was wearing a cap on his head.

John You appear to have a problem with "perspective" regarding the assassination photo's, and this is causing you to make incorrect assumptions regarding the various assassination photo's and films. The woman with the blue scarf was no where near the Stemmons sign.

Chris Looking at Willis 6 Willis appears to be standing on the grassy area when he snapped the slide. how long after snapping Willis 5 do you think it took willis to move down Elm st to the grassy area. ?

Mannequin row does not extend down to the Stemmons sign ? it only extends down to the woman wearing the blue scarf. ( see Bronson slide )

This is the Elsie Dorman 4th floor window from where she filmed the motorcade.

I am sure that Rosemary arrived at the south west position before Linda. In the Zapruder film around frame 200 she is standing on the grass. I think Phil moved further down elm st where he eventually snapped Willis 6

Gary Mack confirmed that this was Linda. He said that she donated the gold colored dress to the 6th floor museum. Speculation is that Linda was most likely shouting to Rosemary to come back, and to stop running after the limo ?
