  1. James,

I have read that at 1:51PM on Nov 22, Bernard J. Haire, owner of Bernie's Hobby House, located two doors east of the Texas Theater, walked through his store and out into the back alley when he saw police cars arrive. Haire, at the time was unaware of the assassination news. In the back alley he saw police bring out a young white man dressed in a pullover shirt and slacks. The man appeared flushed as if having just been in a struggle, Haire was under the impression that the man was under arrest. He watched as the police put the man in a police car and drove off. Haire was under the impression he had witnessed the assassination [sic] of LHO. However, it is to my understanding that LHO was brought out of the front door of the theatre? Then who was this man that Haire witnessed being arrested...?

  3. Some additional info:

On Nov 22, at 2:30 PM, a plane took off from Redbird Airport, witnessed by Louis D. Gaudin, the air traffic controller. It is a white and green Comanche-type aircraft. Gaudin speaks with the planes three well dressed occupants. Fourty minutes later, the plane returns to the airport with only two occupants. It is met by a part-time employee who is moonlighting from the DPD. The plane then takes off again. According to CIA documents released in 1977, two Cuban men arrived at the Mexico City airport from Dallas, via Tijuana, on a twin-engine aircraft. The CIA receives "highly reliable" information that the men were met at the Mexico airport by Cuban diplomatic personnel from the Cuban embassy. One of the men then boarded either a FAR or Cubana Airlines plane, avoiding customs and traveled to Cuba in the cockpit so as to avoid mixing with the passengers.

  5. If we enhanced the s**t out of it, I suppose we could see whatever we wanted to see, however without enhancement I see what could quiet possible be boxes stacked up against the window, coincidently slightly shaped like a human figure...

  6. I need help identifying this picture that Robert Groden published in his book The Men Who Killed Kennedy. It is a small insert on page 14, that shows LBJ talking on the phone while he is in his limo in the motorcade. Somebody I know asked Groden personally about the source of the picture but Groden did not know.

Does anybody know what photographer took the picture? and where was he along the motorcade route at the time?

    {Having trouble uploading the image, will try again}

  7. Al Gore was in London and met the Queen. Gore asked the Queen about her leadership philosophy. The Queen said she found that the best way to govern was to surround herself with intelligent people. “But how do you know they are intelligent? Gore asked. “I ask them testing questions. For example, when Tony Blair became leader of the Labour Party, I telephoned him and asked the following question: “Your mother has a child, your father has a child and this child is not your brother or your sister. Who is it?”

“Why it is me,” said Tony Blair, without a pause.

    “Correct!” said the Queen.

Gore returned to America and called George W. Bush: “Mr President, may I ask you a question?” he said. “By all means”, said the President.

“Your mother has a child, your father has a child and this child is not your brother or your sister. Who is it?”

George Bush was stumped and remained silent for a while before saying, “May I get back to you on that, Al?” He asked all his closest aides before finally ringing Colin Powell, to whom he posed the telling question. Powell, like Blair, replied, without pause: “It’s me.”

George Bush rang Gore and said: “I know the answer to your question. It’s Colin Powell.”

“Wrong,” said Gore. “It’s Tony Blair.”

President Bush was visiting a primary school and he visited one of the

classes. They were in the middle of a discussion related to words and

their meanings. The teacher asked the President if he would like to lead

the discussion on the word "tragedy". So the illustrious leader asked

the class for an example of a "tragedy".

One little boy stood up and offered: "If my best friend, who lives

on a farm, is playing in the field and a tractor runs over him and kills

him, that would be a tragedy."

"No," said Bush, "that would be an accident."

A little girl raised her hand: "If a school bus carrying 50 children

drove over a cliff, killing everyone inside, that would be a tragedy."

"I'm afraid not," explained the president. "That's what we would called a

great loss." The room went silent. No other children volunteered. Bush

searched the room. "Isn't there someone here who can give me an example

    of a tragedy?"

Finally at the back of the room a small boy raised his hand. In a quiet

voice he said: "If Air Force One carrying you and Mrs. Bush was struck

by a "friendly fire" missile and blown to smithereens, that would be a

    tragedy."

"Fantastic!" exclaimed Bush. "That's right. And can you tell me why

    that would be a tragedy?"

    *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

    *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

    *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

"Well," says the boy, "It has to be a tragedy, because it sure as heck

wouldn't be a great loss and it probably wouldn't be an accident

    either.

  8. Thanks Bill,

He sticks out like a sore thumb to me too.I've made up this gif animation which makes him blatantly clearer for those like Len who doubt and who can't see him.I hope this helps.

    Duncan

That does make it clearer but to me it looks like he is holding a camera probably a metallic (or other light color) 35mm rangefinder. What ever it is it appers (to me atleast) to be wider than it's tall, rectangular, and light colored and thus NOT a bottle of Coke.

    What does everyone esle see?

    Len

With the help of the animation, I can see what MAY or MAY NOT be a coke bottle. To me it also appears that it could be a camera or possibly binoculars.
