Philip Ward

My name is Philip Ward. I live in Sheffield. I am about to start teachers training after 12 years as a post-doc in materials science and 2 years working as a TA and now cover supervisor in two challenging inner-city schools. My interests at the moment are how schools approach behaviour issues and workforce reform: niether of these surprising interests, my having been a cover supervisor! I'm very concerned about UK government approaches to both these issues.
