  1. http://books.google.com/books?id=_YAWJka6j...ton&f=false Thanks Michael, The Great Zapruder Film Hoax. How come I missed this? Ah, yes, now I remember, I got to the part about me and John Judge meeting Don Norton at University of Dayton, but here its says here it was in Toledo, a minor mistake, but still one that should be corrected. Was David Lifton's article "Pig on a Leash" published anywhere else before or after TGZFH? Is it available on line in full, rather than in this version, which is missing half its pages? I take it that the references to the Hawkeye Works is on p. 387 and 388 but 388 is missing. Can someone copy these pages and references and post them? Someone should also copy the entire article and post it if it to be part of the record, even if only a footnote. It should be called a biography of Bob Groden. And hey, the pig was real, it wasn't fake. Bill Kelly Zavada responded to TGZFH. See here: http://home.earthlink.net/~joejd/jfk/zapho...comments-r1.pdf He mentions Horne several times. Cheers Peter Fokes, Toronto
  2. Hi Bill, During WW II, military film was processed at the Kodak color-processing laboratory in Rochester. <quote on> Not long after Pearl Harbor, during the hectic first months of was in 1942, Harry Kerr would get a call to go to the personnel office in Building 5 at Kodak Park. A military agent - sometimes in uniform, sometimes not - would be waiting there with a package. He would hand it to Kerr, who would sign for it and then head back to the Kodak color-processing laboratory where he worked. The package contained one or more rolls of Kodacolor film, a brand new product. But these were no ordinary shots of family picnics or flower gardens or a favorite pet. They were from the military. Kerr was not the only employee authorized to process military film, but once a roll of film was turned over to him, he was the only one who was allowed to handle it from darkroom to processing. "When it came to the point that the prints were coming off the processing machine, other people would have to leave the room for a couple of minutes," Kerr recalls, "so that I was the only one who saw them." Kerr never knew for sure what the photographs depicted, because there was no printed description with them. But he could see naval vessels, ground troops, and occasionally landing craft. And lots of pictures of "brass" - military officers. ... Sgt. Nat Valone, paralyzed in one leg after a sniper's bullet hit him in the spine in France, was hospitalized for six months, came back to Rochester and found work at Kodak's Hawk-Eye Works mounting lenses for military cameras. <quote off> Arsenal of Freedom, Part Two, Rochester War Plant Workers During WW II, Rochester History, edited by Ruth Rosenberg-Naparsteck, City Historian Vol LXVI, Spring 2004, No. 2 Of course, this article is describing activities two decades before the assassination. Top-secret processing was done at the Kodak facilities in Rochester. If you are researching whether or not top-secret processing was done at Kodak facilities in Rochester consider the possibility that the name Hawk-Eye Works was tossed out simply because the actual lab was "secret" and did not have a public name. In any case, there was a tradition of the military using Kodak facilities in Rochester for "top-secret" processing. Cheers Peter Fokes
  3. Passed away today. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/ap/tx/6757817.html On President Kennedy's wounds: Regards, Peter Fokes
  4. Thanks for posting this Bill, and thanks to Doug Horne, Rex Bradford and the folks at Maryferrell.org. Here is a link to a 2006 thread dealing with Doug's press conference. John Simkin has described it as the most important thread since the foundation of the forum. http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=6849 [Edited for spelling] Hi Doug, I am reading Volume IV at the moment. Earlier in this thread Jack White suggested you believe "there was a shell game with the body (all done by just the Navy)."
  5. Good point, Bill. The answer, is of course, it didn't have to come the umbrella. Something hit JFK in the neck and caused a small entrance wound. Then something hit him in the temple and blew the side of his head off. Why bother paralyzing your victim when you could kill him with a poison dart? No need for messy head shot .... Fire a dart with a lethal poison. Forget paralysis. (url to article below posted in my prior post) <quote on> A CIA secret weapon used for assassination shoots a small poison dart to cause a heart attack, as explained in Congressional testimony in the short video below. By educating ourselves and others on vitally important matters like this, we can build a brighter future for us all. The dart from this secret CIA weapon can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. On penetration of the deadly dart, the individual targeted for assassination may feel as if bitten by a mosquito, or they may not feel anything at all. The poisonous dart completely disintegrates upon entering the target. The lethal poison then rapidly enters the bloodstream causing a heart attack. Once the damage is done, the poison denatures quickly, so that an autopsy is very unlikely to detect that the heart attack resulted from anything other than natural causes. Sounds like the perfect James Bond weapon, doesn't it? Yet this is all verifiable in Congressional testimony. The astonishing information about this secret weapon of the CIA comes from U.S. Senate testimony in 1975 on rogue activities of the CIA. <quote off> Now here is a bizarre theory ..... The poison dart shot was the real McCoy. It would have killed JFK. The unnecessary head shot just a useful decoy to set up the patsy. Now, excuse me, time to practice walking on water again! Cheers Peter Fokes
  6. Hi Todd, Thanks for the interesting story about the origins of the Non-Cons Group. Do you have any idea why the group would ignore your specific instruction not to appear on any list of members? Was it simply because you gave them your email? Let us know when the webpage has been corrected! Regards, Peter Fokes
  7. Louis Witt was the person you are talking about (I dont know how you can bring him up without knowing his name) And his explanation of his actions were laughable, he didnt say one thing that was on par with what TUM was seen doing in film and pictures Ah yes, exotic weapons. Here's another one ..... the poison causes a heart attack. http://www.examiner.com/x-6495-US-Intellig...f-assassination And to the topic at hand ... For more on Salerian, see thread started on alt.assassination.jfk on Nov. 18, 2009: http://groups.google.com/group/alt.assassi...737ebdb3c61489# Folks were more interested in questioning the fella's credentials rather than his theory. Cheers Peter Fokes
  8. This attempt at damage control made me wonder if delivering it had anything to do with Bob Mulholland's later elevation to president of NBC, just another coincidence like the FBI undercover informant in the Warren Commission executive sessions, JFk autopsy data master manipulator Gerald Ford, later being appointed VP and then, by default, the only unelected US president: There is also a thread on the Political Conspiracies forum: http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.ph...ank+Olson\ The recently released movie, The Men Who Stare At Goats, was adapted from a non-fiction work by Jon Ronson. http://www.themenwhostareatgoatsmovie.com . Not sure if Olson is mentioned in movie but I note the following ...... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Men_Who_Stare_at_Goats "The book accompanies a three-part TV series broadcast on Channel 4 in Britain, Crazy Rulers of the World. The three parts were titled "The Men Who Stare at Goats", "Funny Torture" and "Psychic Footsoldiers" respectively. The idea of the project was to explore "the apparent madness at the heart of U.S. military intelligence." The series discusses and includes members of Psychological operations, First Earth Battalion, and also discusses Project MKULTRA and Frank Olson, including interviews with his son, Eric Olson." The Olson case inspired an article by Michael Ignatieff in the NY Times. (I see that article cited in one of your links.) From writing about Olson to becoming leader of Canada's official Liberal opposition party is quite a leap (no pun intended)! Regards Peter Fokes
  9. From a blurb about H.P. Albarelli Jr.'s new book, A TERRIBLE MISTAKE: The Murder of Frank Olson and the CIA’s Secret Cold War Experiments: <quote on> Who killed Frank Olson and why? Why did the U.S. government actively work for over 50 years to conceal and cover up the facts surrounding Olson’s death? What were the bizarre connections between Olson’s death and Lee Harvey Oswald, foreign drug traffickers, and deadly government-sponsored assassins and undercover agents? What was the horrible experiment conducted by the U.S. government that cost Olson his life? What was Frank Olson’s self-admitted “terrible mistake”? Today, following over ten years of investigation, the shocking truth about Olson’s work and murder is revealed by H.P. Albarelli Jr. in his remarkable and stunning book, A TERRIBLE MISTAKE: The Murder of Frank Olson and the CIA’s Secret Cold War Experiments (October 2009, TrineDay Publishers, ISBN-10: 0977795373, Hardcover, 864 pages.). <quote off> http://www.aterriblemistake.com/ http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=116258 What bizarre connections? Guess I'll have to read the book! Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  10. H.P Albarellli Jr's book on Olson is now available. New book by H.P. Albarelli Jr. http://www.aterriblemistake.com/ Albarelli comments on his book: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=116258 Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  11. Doug Horne's new book is extremely important, and it has nothing to do with the Life Magazine articles planned to expose LBJ's nefarious connections, and those who want to discuss LIFE should do so, but not under Doug Horne's banner. He may have referred to what John Simkin has posted about LIFE Mag on his blog because it supports his overall theory that the assassination was a domestic conspiracy and coup, but none of these issues are delt with in his book. There is enough to discuss about Doug Horne's five volumes of material than to introduce the Life Mag stuff that is not mentioned in his book, and they should be kept separate issues. BK As Bill correctly observes, Doug Horne discusses the LIFE magazine article under his banner on his blog. He claims the revelation about the LIFE Magazine articles "confirms a central thesis of my book, which is that LBJ willingly participated in a large domestic conspiracy to assassinate JFK in order to avoid his own political ruin." If you prefer not to discuss Horne's claim that this "revelation" supports his claim on this thread, so be it. It doesn't appear his acceptance of this "revelation" is couched in any qualifiers. Horne characterized the the revelation about this secret LIFE article as "explosive information." If it is "explosive," Mr. Kelly is probably correct in suggesting the LIFE article topic be the subject of its own thread. Thank you for reposting my comments here, Mr. Carroll. The issue is quite fascinating. I am looking forward to reading Mr. Horne's book. Regards
  12. James Olmstead posted the following on alt.assassination.jfk the other day: (He is now aware Hemming is dead, but is still requesting info on Hemming's records/files/papers or info on the Sandio Movement. [sandino?] <quote on> The group inside Cuba during 1963... Sandio Movement for the Liberation of Nicaragua....is critical to my research over the last 5 years concerning Oswald and his trip to Mexico. I'm deeply involved in editing my "Cuban Shadows" material and in the process found files that are critical to my work at this time. I had disregarded this material, because of the primary source (Hemming) and the failure to confirm aspects of some of the material, however, I had added a great deal of material, while in Texas May and June of this year and this old file now fits into the picture much better (missing puzzle piece so to speak). I can't remember if Hemming is still alive, or how to contact him, if alive and would like to do so. If not with Hemming, anyone who now has his files and papers. Any information on the group or info on Hemming would be welcomed. Thank in advance James K. Olmstead <quote off> His email is jolmstead@neo.rr.com Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  13. Siragusa is mentioned in Douglas Valentine's The Strength of the Wolf: The Secret History of America's War on Drugs. <quote on> Joined the Federal Bureau of Narcotics before the Second World War; protege of George White; served in the OSS; group leader in New York; opened the FBN's first overseas office in Rome in 1951; became the FBN's liaison to the CIA in 1959 when he returned to Washington as field supervisor; competed with Giordano to replace Anslinger as Commissioner, served as Deputy Commissioner until his retirement in December 1963. <quote off> See: http://books.google.ca/books?id=Bed0gQKn-u...ary_r&cad=0 Has anyone here read Valentine's book? Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto I am intimately familiar with the book as well as being acquainted with Douglas Valentine via email. Here is probably the single most comprehensive thread on the Forum on the topic. Who Was QJWIN? http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=10942 Thank you, Robert. I will read that thread. Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  14. Sylvia Duran gave Oswald her phone number so he could give her a ring to check if his Cuban visa had arrived. She told the WC that he never called. Wonder why? He did write the the Soviet Embassy in November and request notification "of our Soviet entrance visa's as soon as they come." http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/hsca..._Vol8_0181b.htm (excellent spelling in this document) It is interesting how Priscilla McMillan describes Oswald's attitude after his return from Mexico City: Lee speaking to Marina in the bedroom: <quote on> Then he started right in: "Ah, they're such terrible bureaucrats that nothing came of it after all." ... He was especially vociferous about the Cubans -- "the same kind of bureaucrats as in Russia. No point going there. ... Marina was so delighted that she could scarcely believe her ears. Indeed, Lee's disenchantment with Castro and Cuba was complete. He never again talked about "Uncle Fidel," nor sang the song "Viva Fidel," as he used to do, nor used the alias "Hidell." <quote off> Marina and Lee, p. 471 If this was his attitude, perhaps it is no wonder he didn't call Duran to check up on his Cuban visa, eh? Then again, if he slept with Duran, he was not likely to call her from home! He surely hadn't lost his enthusiasm for the Soviet entrance visas as indicated by his letter to the Soviet Embassy in Washington. But, according to Priscilla, Fidel was out of favour with Lee post-Mexico. Now about that handcuffed fist ....... Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto

  16. Fascinating. WH18 CE 940 .... http://www.perryvermeulen.nl/pdf-bestanden/WH18_CE_940.pdf Has Oswald's letter been corrected for spelling errors, or did Oswald have a rare moment of spelling excellence? Nary a mistake to be found! Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  17. The passenger list made its first appearance on the internet in 2006 on my website. After publishing the Oswald page of the list on my website, I had several online discussions with Perry. Shortly after publishing the list, Mark Bridger also tried to contact me The "Oswald" page of the passenger list first appeared in May 2006. Here is the URL: http://www.toronto.hm/oswald_on_ss_maasdam.html Here is a link to a 2006 thread on alt.assassination.jfk discussing this list: http://groups.google.com/group/alt.assassi...4f013ebf51a4e45 The entire list was discussed here: http://groups.google.com/group/alt.assassi...32edf413aa74bf7 Here is a photo of the SS Maasdam's final resting place after several name changes. http://www.toronto.hm/ss_maasdamend.html A thread with Perry on alt.assassination.jfk from July 2006: http://groups.google.com/group/alt.assassi...245488f1e9d3178 Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto

  19. It's interesting. He had two brothers who were married to a woman named, "Olga". http://www.maryferrell.org/mffweb/archive/...bsPageId=690693 Steve Thomas Full name: Miguel Mariano Cruz Enriquez 22th Grade student Nichols High School, New Orleans. http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc/w...H26_CE_3032.pdf There's also a number of references to him in Harold Weisberg's Oswald In New Orleans. http://www.maryferrell.org/wiki/index.php/OINO_Index with links to docs that mention Cruz. BK Also mentioned in Carlos Bringuier's book, Red Friday (1969) pp. 26-28. Celso, Cruz and Bringuier could not find the unknown "young American passing out pro-Communist literature" during their first search. Bringuier returned to the store "disappointed because we had not found the 'fidelista' when Miguel Cruz ran in to report that they had spotted the 'Communist' on Canal Street and that Celso was watching him in case he should move on to another location." Cruz and Bringuier proceeded to Canal St, met Celso, confronted Oswald and were taken to the Police Station by Lt. Gaillot. Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  20. I would imagine there is no VHS or DVD version of the 1966 BBC1 Play of the Month entitled "Lee Harvey Oswald". The following page from BFI Screenonline includes links to 4 short video clips from the TV drama-documentary. Unfortunately the "video and audio content is only available through registered UK schools, colleges, universities and libraries." http://www.screenonline.org.uk/tv/id/1181129/ "The play is a drama-documentary in the strictest sense, being based wholly on one document: the Warren Commission Report on the infamous assassination. As such it does not seek to challenge the Commission's findings or air conspiracy theories. It is perhaps the only drama about the assassination that has so limited itself. It does not, however, adhere slavishly to the word of the Report; artistic license is employed in the occasional modification of minor details for dramatic effect and the necessary telescoping of events in the creation of a narrative." ... "Due to its basis in the Warren Report, now recognised as highly flawed, it could be argued that the play is of historical interest only. Yet, despite its limitations, it achieves its stated aim - to present a dramatic portrait of the "essential nature" of the assassin - and does so with considerable panache." Also provided is a link to a biography of the director Rudolph Cartier. http://www.screenonline.org.uk/people/id/1181098/index.html Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  21. Thank you for that link. This is a very important article. It includes information about Pataky that has never been published outside this forum or on my web page on the man. I wonder how Pataky calculated the odds of accidental death versus murder as 75% to 25%! Mmm .. Where can I get one of those calculators?!?! Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  22. Thank you for that link. This is a very important article. It includes information about Pataky that has never been published outside this forum or on my web page on the man. I first encountered the link to the Midwest Today article here: http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.ph...st&p=123434 ....and I agree with John....the article is informative, Pataki has quite a curious background. I did not know of Virginia Warren's very recent death. She was of great interest because of her relationships with Conrad Hilton, his business partner, Henry Crown, and because of her husband, John C. Daly. It was odd that Daly, Earl Warren's son-in-law, was one of the last to see Kilgallen alive, and saw her regularly while the FBI was attempting to find out where she obtained her leaked WC investigation testimony. I also am curious about Daly spending his retirement years working for the extreme right propaganda organ, AEI, "American Enterprise Institute". Daly was president of ABC news while Wisner and Meyer Jr. were ramping up the CIA's Op Mockingbird. The Midwest Today page automatically puts the "current date" on the page containing this article. However, the URL includes the actual publication date. I was unaware the link had been posted on this forum on another thread. Thanks for the link to that thread. (Lets be sure to use "Pataky" , not Pataki as in Governor Pataki!) The personal interconnections are fascinating. Allen Dulles realized the importance of "personal" contacts in the world of espionage. Indeed, as he told Mary Bancroft at the beginning of their "affair": "It should work out very well! We can let work cover the romance -- and the romance cover the work!" CIA spy Bancroft also wrote: "General material about background and people's interrelationships can be both illuminating and important. quite often missing pieces of the mosaic emerge that make a previously incomprehensible picture unexpectedly clear." (Quotes from "Autobiography of a Spy" by Mary Bancroft, 1983) Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  23. The host of What's My Line, John Daly was married to the daughter of Earl Warren. Virginia Warren Daly passed away recently. Here is her obit: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...9030303561.html Pataky is mentioned in a recent article in Midwest Today. The article includes picture of Daly and the What's My Line panel, including Kilgallen. http://www.midtod.com/new/articles/7_14_07_Dorothy.html Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
  24. oh really? Not the same way? You mean their torture methods are different? Look Ed, all it takes are a few bullets and a good plan. It does not require the participation of half of mankind and public sector unions! Regards, Peter Fokes, Toronto
