I currently work for the BBC making schools television. At the moment I'm particularly interested in the area of secondary science but over the last 7 years, all at the BBC, I have made programmes that cover literacy, history, geography, maths and Arabic. Most of these were aimed at Key Stage 2. Before this, I spent 4 years at Oxford University Press making programmes for Teaching English as a Second Language.
I have a very strong interest in the world of education, especially the use of IT in the classroom. I am also keen to find out exactly how teachers are using video resources and what they most want.
My educational background is mixed. After gaining Maths, Physics and Chemistry 'A' Levels I decided to do an Arts degree, Films Studies and History, at the University of Kent at Canterbury. I now live in South London.
