My name is Paul Bell and in recent years I have been employed as a Director and National Head of the Security and Investigations division of a national consultancy and advisory firm, mainly dealing with financial crime (fraud, corruption, money laundering). My professional commitments have taken me around the world conducting investigations or advising various organisations (for example, a large international charity and a UN agency) on their investigative and crime prevention practices and methodologies. In this role, I have both lectured widely and published extensively on numerous topics related to my work.
I am an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist, a Certified Fraud Examiner and a qualified auditor. In addition, I hold a PhD in International Relations with my doctoral thesis examining the history and methodology of ‘False Flag’ terrorism from 1945 up to and including the post-9/11 Global War on Terrorism. My other particular area of interest is the use of assassination and mass murder as a tool of political manipulation and influence.
