  1. Ron, I believe the guy running with the briefcase was the officer carrying 'the football' of nuclear codes and comms; I recall John Judge saying the guy was AWOL for a number of hours, during the power struggle at the White House.
  2. The Reagan missile is missing, by the way. And as the medical team described it, was the size and thinness of a dime. Made a barely noticed slit entrance...not a ballistic entry hole. But who remembers that now.
  3. I'd disagree, but one has to look at all photos, not the the few that mainly get re-posted. And xrays don't show that much aesthetic detail...and how many peering at the corpse(s) actually knew the man?
  4. David, you do have a sense of humour (and recall...I forgot the zip code, but recognized it immediately)!
  5. I keep thinking we are in a fun house...and there were two bodies 'in play' at Bethesda, explaining the divergent observations. The c=fact that two men were shot on the afternoon of 22nd November, and they bore an eerie similarity to each other can't be a coincidence.
  6. Payette's original bent list of points, and all who've been stuck to this tar baby since.
  7. Thanks for playing. You get a home version of our game, and a $35 gift certificate for Spiegel...
  8. Weitzman also identified the rifle in the Depository as a 7.65 Mauser. A lot to be nervous about. I think the notorious Hesters also told Weitzman that they thought the shots came from the TSBD, and he raced off there.
  9. Looks Hispanic, not preppy to me. The whole shot has quite a cast. The two guys in fedoras also in this shot - pointed out already - were seen in that eerie photo at Houston and Main - one grabbing his had edge almost in a final greeting. Looks like an observer team, looking for problems that might linger with the scenario that just played.
  10. McClelland also writes "from a gunshot wound of the left temple." in that statement....
  11. Thanks to Denis Morissette, for uploading this 4 years ago.... Thou Shalt Not Kill, Part 1 (1976 JFK assassination CFTR radio special) Denis Morissette Published on Jan 8, 2014 1976 Toronto CFTR-Radio produced a three-hour JFK assassination special. Unfortunately, I lost the tape of one hour of it. I'm working on getting a copy of it. That hour would have been Part 5. 12. "John B. Connolly was unquestionably the very worst eyewitness in Dealey Plaza when it comes to answering this question...." Good Lord, David, how could you write that? And your loop...well, JC is a HELL of a Texan, still grabbing his stetson long after his wrist has, according to your story, been horribly shattered. JC was the best witness in Dealey to what happened to JC.
  13. Hi Gary, Thanks for the note, and the background. I will pass that on to him. Clint unfortunately died last Spring in B.C. of lung cancer. GH
  14. Hi David, I've been following this (long} thread since it started. Glad to see I'm still registered here, though it's been years since I logged in. It wasn't the CBC, but rather a private radio station in Toronto - CFTR - that produced the series...which won a few awards...and a folllow-up TSNK II. I'll ask my dad to find a cassette or something of the show...I think he has a few hidden away. God knows...but he probably has the unedited interview tapes as well. Look forward to the new book.
  15. David... "Further details can be supplied; and I do remember the name of the show: a very detailed radio documentary titled "Thou Shalt Not Kill." (Its a well known interview to JFK researchers.) " My father did that radio documentary! Glad to see that you and Vince Palamara still recognize some rare and important interviews they managed...not bad for a group of Canadians! Robert Holiday was/is his 'radio' name...he turns 80 in a few days. He gave me BE to read when it came out.
  16. I'm Geoff Heinricks, a Canadian writer, media critic & satirist, but for the past 16 years primarily a winegrower. I've followed JFK research since the mid 70s, when my father was a news director in Toronto, where he and colleagues produced some award-winning radio docs on the assassination (some of them still used, I notice, by Vince Palamara). My last tangential writings about the assassination dated to my time as a media columnist outlining smears on Oliver Stone's JFK, but I've been drawn back to the subject over the past few years as we've seen the publication of important books on the assassination.
