  1. I think he has it somewhat backwards. It starts with the intelligence community. To understand what happened to JFK you have to come to grips with the fact that CIA, MAFIA, MILITARY, FBI, BIG BUSINESS, are all the same animal. It's that simple
  2. May Lyndon Johnson rot in hell for all eternity, I'm from the same generation and served in Vietnam. I agree I would like to dig him up just to have the pleasure of burying him again. Now we are engaged in three more wars where I do not believe my government. How many must die for drugs, oil, money, power, and ego?
  3. For those who are convinced the murder of JFK was a conspiracy and a Coup, you are right in your hopes to see the case solved. I believe though, that like in any criminal case, the investigators at some point have to turn the case over to a government entity for prosecution and history. In this case, that may never happen. Too many of the plotters are gone. However I do believe that for a civillian effort to be successful there must be a panel of investigators put in place, funded by those who care for an answer (with deep pockets) to work the case in ways never done. Skilled investigators, interviewers, and interrogators to hit the field wherever they need go, to root out the answers. Then to take the evidence gathered to a grand jury. If that cannot be done, then the same effort must take place to establish the case and evidence and then a team of writers to wirite a 5, 10, or 20 volume case study to publish for the world. If a monumental effort in either scenario cannot be put forward, then the case is relegated to a parlor game for ever.
  4. The work done by the many, many people who actually investigated (in depth) the murders of JFK and Officer Tippit supports me. You have no choice but to believe that EVERY official investigative team that looked into the JFK assassination totally botched up everything -- from the DPD, to the FBI, to the Warren Commission, to the HSCA, to the Clark Panel, to the Rockefeller panel. I've got all of the above. You've got Stone, Garrison, Armstrong, Fetzer, Lane, and Lifton. Sad. And pathetic. And btw, according to the 1,031 people polled by ABC News in Nov. 2003, only 7% of those people think that Oswald did not fire any shots at President Kennedy. Not exactly an overwhelming majority, is it? http://www.pollingreport.com/news3.htm#Kennedy David, I don't know you so I assume your beliefs are heartfelt. I truly do not mean anything personal. My original comment concerned Means, Motive, and Opportunity. These are the bars to be reached in any criminal case. In THIS case,, had Oswald lived, there would be in my opinion, a very hard uphill climb for the prosecution of Oswald based on the evidence purportidly found by the DPD. There is no evidence in that sense. Once LHO was murdered the evidence for evidentary value, no longer existed. So here we are all these many years later stuck with, what ifs, shoulda' been's, and oh darns! The evidence that points to Oswald is countered, as I'm sure you know, by many other pieces of evidence. Unfortunately it is a parlor dance because it will never see the flourescent lights of a court room. So you and I arguing the viability of evidence that is clearly of debate, does no good. Those who believe the basic story of the WC, are OK with me. It's like politics, left and right rarely agree. The actions by those who tear down the adversary is the issue. I do not desire to change your mind, not at all. What I care about, what I seek, is the truth about who killed my President.
  5. All "fake" stuff, eh Tom? Sad. I suppose it it would make you happy sir if I were to respond to your rediculous postings. Then we would be off on a "my dogs bigger than your gog" rant. So let me simply say that you have to take the so called eveidence and weigh it entirely. You chose not to. That is certainly your right. For 48 years the American public in poll after poll, agrees with me. The vast majority of work done in the research of the assassination supports me. You have Bugliosi and Posner. Sad
  6. Tom Wilson is 100% wrong on all three counts. LHO most certainly had the Motive, Means, and Opportunity to kill President Kennedy (particularly the last two--means and opportunity). Does Tom Wilson really want to deny that Oswald had ready access to his own rifle in November 1963? (Does Tom wish to pretend that Rifle C2766 was planted?) And does Tom W. also want to deny that Oswald was working in the TSBD Building on 11/22/63, and that LHO even admitted to being INSIDE that building at 12:30 when JFK was being killed? (I wonder how Oswald's prints got on two of the boxes that were located in the exact same very tiny area of the southeast corner of the 6th Floor where an assassin was located on Nov. 22nd? Did the patsy-framers just get LUCKY by choosing two boxes that Oswald just happened to touch on Nov. 21 or 22?) JFK-Archives.blogspot.com/2010/06/oswalds-motive.html JFK-Archives.blogspot.com/2011/04/index.html#Lee-Harvey-Oswald Yes, I deny that LHO had "his" rifle. Of Course he worked there. So did many others. But you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he fired those shots. You cannot. The rifle did not have his prints on it. It could not be matched to the "paper bag." etc, etc, etc, etc..... His finger prints on boxes in the snipers nest? That is what you want to hang him with? He toted boxes, that was his job. Sad
  7. Steve i am using your short post to reply to Tom in case he has not as yet found below...thankyou for the use of...b http://karws.gso.uri.edu/Marsh/Jfk-conspiracy/ecc.htm Issue #1 "Case Closed or Posner Exposed?" 100 errors . Means Motive Opportunity Any criminal investigation must explain these facors to seek successful prosecution. Did LHO have the means? The research into this question clearly proves the lack of coorobative evidence to support that he had the means Did he have the motive? Not even close. Did he have the opportunity? The evidence say's he did not. Case Open ( to paraphrase)
  8. Welcome Andric. Being new myself, I hope you learn as much as I am doing
  9. Isn't there something about ignorance of history being doomed to repeat it. I find your post eye opening.
  10. JFK Act Oversight Hearings Petition I signed it and will have my circle do so asap
  11. Hi Mike. This article seems to give a reasonable explanation to a debated question. I always found the timing a problem. It makes more sense that Ruby came down the ramp and poor Vaughn got snookered. Thank you
  12. As the Beatles would say, "Happiness is a warm gun"
  13. I just saw this, thought it of interest to the forum; Man, 56, Charged In Weekend Stabbing Death The suspect in the latest Wichita Homicide has been formally charged by a Sedgwick County Judge. 14. Hello to the forum. My name is Tom Wilson. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn, engage in conversation, and hopefully advance the case of the assassination of President Kennedy.
  15. I am 62 now but remember the day the president died and watched, transfixed through the weekend. I could not wait for the Warren Report, I read all the news coverage I could get my hands on, purchased “Rush to Judgement the day it was in the store and have not stopped reading since. My library now is over 450 books, and my thirst for and search for the truth continues. I later became a police officer in East Detroit Michigan. It was during those years that I made my first trip to Dallas, in about 1980. Having a badge in my wallet opened some doors. I went to DPD headquarters, stood where LHO died, and met many uniformed and plain clothes members of DPD. My only foray into research was when I went to Parkland to see trauma room #1. By then the room had been re-modeled and was told it was no longer part of the ER. While there I met an aging DPD officer who worked in the same precinct as JD Tippit. He told me Tippit did know Jack Ruby, that Ruby used to come by and play dominoes and he and Tippit played each other many times. That’s it. No other research that I can claim. But my interest in the murder is as keen as ever. I see the names of the members of the forum. Men whom I have held in the highest esteem for many, many years. To have an opportunity to engage with them, ask questions of them and gain a better insight is something I just must do. Thomas R.
