  1. I burst out laughing.

Donald Trump can't come up with the money to pay his $464 million fraud conviction.

He went to a whole bunch of insurance companies to see if they would loan him the money, and use his property as collateral.

Turns out the insurance companies won't loan him the money unless the properties get an appraisal.

Seems like they don't want to just take Trump's word for it on how much his property is worth.

    That's funny. 😀

  2. I built a Magnificent Business, which helped rebuild New York City and State, with Amazing, Unparalleled, Historic Properties and tons of CASH, which Crooked Joe Biden and his Maniac Persecutors are trying to wrongfully and illegally take from me," he wrote.

"A bond of the size set by the Democrat Club-controlled Judge, in Corrupt, Racist Letitia James’ unlawful Witch Hunt, is unConstitutional, un-American, unprecedented, and practically impossible for ANY Company, including one as successful as mine."

Yup. First Joe Biden stole my election, now he's trying to steal all my money.

    The horror of it all!

  3. 'Thoughts and prayers': Trump critics pile on after admission he can't get bond money

by Tom Boggioni March 18, 2024

    https://www.rawstory.com/trump-broke-2667539476/

“Early on Monday morning, the former president's attorneys told the court that "posting a full undertaking" of the bond "is a practical impossibility," as Trump races the clock to keep New York Attorney General Letitia James from going after his assets.

According to the lawyers, “The amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude."

Needless to say, critics of the former president reacted with a substantial degree of mirth at the prospect of the self-professed billionaire being unable to come up with his own cash and get anyone to trust him by supplying him with a bond insuring the state of New York will get paid if he loses his appeal.”

    Well, well, well.

In addition, CIA officials inserted disinformation into Lee Harvey Oswald's file regarding his identification. For example, the middle name Henry instead of Harvey.

    Sandy,

I am convinced that the Harvey Lee Oswald dossier is mixed in there somewhere, but I don't know how, and I don't know why.

BS:  Why?  Because Hoover and Bundy had both already decided by 4 pm that Oswald acted alone.   Why?  For the same reasons above - the executive branch did not want a destabilizing situation to develop.  Between 2 pm-4 pm, that decision was made by those two government actors in coordination with LBJ's people and immediately became the government's party line.

BS: The planners at the top?  I assume - like many of us - a tight network of military, intelligence, anti-Castro, and fascist elements that wanted to keep American policy focused on building the national security state and away from international cooperation.

    Bill,

I think big money and elements of the military assassinated JFK and wanted people to believe that it was a conspiracy.

They wanted to bring about WWIII because they believed that the USA would survive it.

If 10 million or 100 million people died as a result, then so be it. It's just so much collateral damage. People die in war all the time. The'd be left to pick up the pieces, and maybe profit from all the construction projects that would ensue. Fewer people to exploit scarce natural resources too.

The two main driving factors in the early 1960's were the space race, and the atomic bomb. Everything else was so much fluff.

There were discussions in another thread about Harold Byrd. Something that caught my attention earlier... He sold his oil company and invested in uranium. Uranium deposits are found near oil fields. You control the oil, you control the uranium. You control the uranium, you control the bomb.

More sober-minded people stepped in and blamed it on a lone nut.

  6. Internet shreds Trump after ex-president warns of 'bloodbath' if he loses election
By David McAfee March 16, 2024
    https://www.rawstory.com/trump-2667530593/

"Political onlookers took to social media on Saturday to skewer Donald Trump, who said at a rally that there would be a "bloodbath" if he lost to President Joe Biden later this year.

Trump was speaking at a Buckeye Values PAC Rally in Dayton, Ohio, where he flubbed his words several times and was accused of "glitching" on stage. In that same speech, he also included a line about the "bloodbath."

"Now, If I don't get elected, it's gonna be a bloodbath. It's going to be a bloodbath for the country," the ex-president said."

With talk like that, he's definitely going to lose, which means we may be in for trouble ahead.

Some quick responses... I was surprised that you didn't point out that the letter to the intel higher-ups falsely described Oswald as 5 foot 10 inches, 165 pounds

    Bill,

Something I don't understand, and I don't mean to detract from your thread, but...

That 1960 Report from FBI Agent, Fain says that Marguerite showed him a picture of Oswald and provided a physical description of 5'10".

Anybody looking at a picture of LHO would know he wasn't 5'10".

    Why didn't Fain say something?

Thanks to everyone for their positive feedback!

Could I ask for the same in the second of the five sub-chapters below?

Hoover's main frustration was that right before the twin 10/10/63 memos were sent by the CIA to the upper-echelon and lower-echelon monitors of Oswald at FBI, ONI and State, Anderson and Gheesling had removed the security flash on Oswald that Anderson had placed on LHO when he arrived in Moscow in October 1959 -- and that the other agents who had handled the Oswald file should have put the man on the security index. This sequence of events resulted in Oswald being “out of the spotlight” of the intelligence agencies, and particularly the Secret Service. If these FBI agents had not been playing fast and loose with the Oswald file, Hoover would not have been in such a tight spot.

    Bill,

Long about November 12th or so, didn't Oswald write a letter to the Soviet Embassy in which he said something to the effect that, " I am not now of interest to the FBI"?

Do you think it's possible that Oswald knew he had been taken off that Security Index?

It's an odd choice of words, to be sure, and smacks of someone who has inside information.

I have never seen someone at Education Forum EVER admit they were wrong about ANYTHING, even if encountered with a massive amount of information that contradicts their claim. Have you ever considered mental health counseling to cure you of this alleged infirmity that you might have?

No. You're absolutely right. The cable does specifically say that that physical description came from Stringfellow.

It just says that "additinal information" about Oswald..., blah, blah, blah; but doesn't say where that information came from.

I was wrong to make that assumption.

    Steve Thomas

    I forgot the word "not".

The cable does not say the physical description came from Stringfellow. It just says there was additional information about Oswald, but it does not say where that information came from.

Where in the cable does it say that Dallas Detective Don Stringfellow was the one who provided the physical description of Oswald to the 112th INTC?

I do not think the cable explicitly says that. However, I think Marguerite Oswald was the first person to put into the record that she thought her son Lee Oswald was 5 feet 10 inches, 165 pounds - as she told this to Dallas FBI agent John Fain in May of 1960.

  12. Bill,

There have been references over the years to a cable sent on the evening of 11/22 from Washington to Strike Command, McDill AFB in Florida, based on information provided to Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. In In the cable, reference was made to information obtained from Detective Don Stringfellow of the Dallas Police Department. You can find a copy of the cable, here:

    https://archive.org/details/nsia-ArmyIntelligenceJFK

In the Stringfellow cable referenced above, Stringfellow allegedly informed the 112th INTC that a Harvey Lee Oswald had been arrested for the murder and was described as being 5'10" tall, 165 lbs, with blue eyes.

  13. Former President Donald Trump said on Monday that executives and workers at American steel companies openly weep in his presence because of the tariffs he placed on Chinese steel during his presidency.

"Every person in the steel industry, when they see me, they start crying," Trump claimed. "They hugged me, they kissed me, they said, 'Sir, you saved our industry!' I put a very strong... tariff on their dumped steel, and, by the way, nothing was perfect, frankly the parents should have been higher."

The parents should have been higher?  Does he mean tariffs?
I can't wait till he starts claiming he can heal the sick and walk on water.

Thanks Steve for finding that. It would be interesting to know how that information was communicated from Doughty to Lt. Green, whether Green of the 112th was in the Dallas Police station or whether it was via a phone call (if so who initiated the call?), etc.

Also I have been intrigued that the "112th Intelligence Corps Group"'s Dallas office was located in the Rio Grande Building and that, whether by coincidence or not, Oswald upon leaving the TSBD on Nov 22 walked directly to the location of the Rio Grande Building, before getting on a bus in the vicinity there. The timeline of Oswald's movements is so constrained there is hardly time for him to have gone into the building to try unsuccessfully to find someone known to him there, but still, it seems an odd coincidence that that is where he walked first thing before getting on the bus.

    Greg,

I don't know how Green got his info from the DPD. He doesn't say.

I personally think it is highly significant that Oswald got picked up by a bus in front of the Rio Grande Building. To me, that's the only logical reason he headed east when he left the TSBD, but my view is not shared by very many other people.

He may have been intercepted out in the street by somebody who told him to make himself scarce and make his way to some pre-arranged pick-up point.

Do a Forum search for The Rio Grande Building.

I had not noticed that Nov 22, 1961 date instead of 1963 as it should read. Did typists for the 112th not proofread their work after typing? Good question on why Captain Doughty, and your other comments.

    Greg,

I think I got one of my questions answered.

There was a First Lieutenant Green posted to Dallas.

It looks like he was transferred to Fort Wolters in August, 1964.

  16. Greg,

I appreciate the hard work you put into this. Your citation of the 112th Spot Report raised several questions in my mind.

    1. Why was this information about the "Subject" attributed to a Captain "Dowdy"? Obviously, the person at the 112th who was relaying this information was not familiar with the Dallas Police personnel. If it indeed come from Captain Doughty of the Crime Search Section, why him, and not somebody in Special Services?

    2. Did you catch the date at the top of the Spot Report? Also, look closely at the date of the "sighting" of the two guys sighting a rifle. Does the 63 date look odd?

    3. I need to look at my notes of the roster of 112th Region II. Was there a Lieutenant Green on that Roster?

    4. The timing on this Spot Report is suspiciously close in time with the information supposedly provided by Detective Stringfellow of Special Services to the effect that 5'10", 165 lb. Harvey Lee Oswald had been arrested.

    5. In his article on the 112th, Larry Hancock asked why, either a) the Dallas Police were deliberately feeding the 112th false information, or b) the 112th was deliberately garbling the information the were gett8ng from the DPD.

Mark Robinson: 'I Absolutely Want To Go Back To The America Where Women Couldn’t Vote'

By Jennifer Bendery Mar 6, 2024

    See video:

    https://www.huffpost.com/entry/north-carolina-gop-mark-robinson-women-vote_n_65e7d899e4b0f9d26cacc002

On Tuesday, Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson won the GOP primary to become his party’s nominee for North Carolina governor, presumably with the help of female voters.

But just four years ago, Robinson said he’d “absolutely” like to return to the days when the 19th Amendment didn’t exist ― when women didn’t have the right to vote.

I absolutely want to go back to the America where women couldn’t vote,” Robinson said in a newly resurfaced video of his remarks at a March 2020 event hosted by the Republican Women of Pitt County.”

There is no logic. There is no reasoning. There is no persuasion that will reach people who will vote against their own self-interest in the name of attaining power for the sake of power.

.... And they will be the most surprised people of all when the boxcars come for them.
