The news article I read said that. "The group posted a statement on its affiliate Telegram channels."

I haven't read their statement, so I don't know what the reasoning is.

Trump is going on trial up on January 29th in New York, I think.

It's not for what you think though.

This involves a bunch of investors who sank a lot of money into a video phone company that Trump was hawking on the Apprentice TV show.

He said that he had hands on experience with the product, had done a lot or research into it and didn't have any monetary interest i it; none of which was true.

He hadn't used it, hadn't done any research into it and was being paid millions of dollars by the company under the table  to hawk their product.

It turned out to be a piece of junk and people who had invested money into it based on his say so, lost their shirts..

Even though electing a President is a national metter, it is conducted by the individual States; each with their own laws and procedures.

Even if the Supreme Court were to make a ruling that Donald Trump has to remain on the Primary ballots, how would they enforce it? The Court has no enforcement powers.

I'll always remember a story about how Teddy Roosevelt sent the Great Whit Fleet to Japan, and the Supreme Court ruled that that was illegal.

Roosevelt responded with, "Good. The Supreme Court can pay to bring it back home".

Polical parties are not the Government. They are private social clubs. Primaries are where those private social clubs elect their leader. We have a federated system of government. 50 individual states get together and agree to cooperate with each other in matters of national importance.

Congress would have to get together and pass some kind of federal law governing how the states must conduct primary elections in their individual States. In our system of government, I just don't see that happening.

Whoever was manipulating the Dallas Police Dept. into framing Lee Harvey Oswald got that precise description of Oswald from his mother Marguerite Oswald who told Dallas FBI agent John Fain in May of 1960 that her son was "5 feet 10 inches, 165 pounds. The DPD was using Marguerite's own words to frame her son Lee Harvey Oswald!

CE 2003 located in (24H259) is the list submitted to Captain Gannaway through Jack Revill of TSBD employees. It is dated November 22, 1963. Heading that list is Harvey Lee Oswald at 605 Elsbeth.

There have been references on several threads about a cable sent on the evening of 11/22 from Fort Sam Houston to Strike Command, McDill AFB in Florida. In the cable, reference was made, to information obtained by Detective Don Stringfellow of the Dallas Police Department. I managed to locate a copy of the cable, which you can find here:

In the Stringfellow cable referenced above, Harvey Lee Oswald was described as 5'10" tall, 165 lbs, with blue eyes.

The Colorado District Court found that Donald Trump had engaged in an insurrection, but that he couldn't be removed from the ballot because he was not a federal officer under the terms of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

Mark Meadows, on the other hand, was trying to get his case moved out of the Georgia State Court to Federal Court, because, he claimed, he was a federal officer.

Seems like this is bass ackwards..

BTW: This is the third judge in the country that has ruled, based on the evidence, that Donald Trump engaged in an insurrection; one in California in the John Eastman case, and now two in Colorado.

Things are beginning to stack up.

It would be interesting to correlate the timing of Oswald's alleged meeting with two subversive 15 days prior to the assassination, and Oswald's unsuccessful visit to the FBI office to see Hosty.

The closest I've come is that Oswald went to see Hosty "one or two weeks" before the assassination.

One thing that I don't think gets asked often enough, is, if Oswald did indeed walk east down Elm St. after the assassination, where was he headed?

For me, I think a clue lies in where he caught the bus.

If it was Oswald, he boarded the bus at Elm and Field, in front of the Rio Grande Bldg.  Back in 2021, I wrote a piece on the various agencies who had offices in the Rio Grande Bldg. Among them were the 112th INTC, and the INS. I think the ATTU (later known as the ATF - Frank Ellsworth) also had their offices there.i

When the WC asked Will Fritz how he knew Oswald lived on Beckley, he told them that an officer, whose name he could not remember, stopped him out in the hall before he went in to interrogate Oswald for the first time, and told him so.

Now, I believe that what Fritz said was a lie, but somebody told him.

I have my own thoughts on that, but that's for another time.

However, I do think that somebody had their hooks in Oswald, and I think he was trying to make contact, and that's why he he headed east from the TSBD. If he was trying to get home, heading east would have done him no good.
