Taking into account what we, now in 2008, think that we know of the assassination conspiracy, I would imagine that on any of our individual lists of who we agreed were the 50 most suspicious individuals who were to testify before the HSCA--------The number of deaths, attributable to "any cause", which prevented this testimony from being heard-----which occurred in such a short span of time prior to their approximate testimony scheduling, could in no way be attributable to "coincidence / chance". None of the deaths should be excluded as "natural cause" because we have no way of knowing if ANY truly were "natural": including "heart attacks", single car accidents, drownings. This alone, I feel would be in such a high percentile of improbability, that it could not continue to be ignored by anyone claiming sanity! There were many who were silenced. The scope of the JFK assassination "related deaths" has made this little Coup d' Etat a MASS MURDER scene! Charles Black

I do not feel that it is at all reasonably possible, that appx 25 of the nearest to the limo eyewitnesses, report things very differently than what is depicted in the Z film........and that they were "ALL" incapable of proper perception.....suggesting the witnesses must be wrong because it was "physically impossible" that even the best film minds in the world, could not have altered this film. To my thinking, it is the absolutely absurd assumption of the IMPOSSIBILITY of film alteration, that has in itself, blocked (even some of the brighest people) from the quite obvious solution of this case-------which of course is that elements within the U.S. citizenry and the highest echelons of government and commerce conspired towards and achieved what was probably the "Greatest Coup d' Etat" in world history ! If further corroboration is needed, we must only also consider the "Expert Testimony" offered by the Parkland Hospital Staff on 11/22/63, which explains the Presidents wounds most differently than what is depicted in the Z film LIE ! Not that I feel this question will in any way bring closure to this case, I have been haunted since I first viewed the Z film, of Jackies reaction immediately following the Z313 shot . Do you feel that this well educated woman, in that nanno second (which she does not remember) immediately following the shot, really see a piece of JFK's skull land on the deck lid, and feel that it was more important to retrieve this than it was to hold and comfort her husband? Or do you feel, as I do, that she "instinctively" reacted with the quite human response to "Get the Hell out of Dodge" as a "flurry of gunfire" enveloped the Limo. Hello Evan I agree with most of what you have mentioned, and if you check the posters whom you seldom hear from anymore, that once made significant contributions, it should be evident to most non biased members, that the forum has slipped significantly. It seems that now, one must pick a team "to join" and back that "team's position" or go unnoticed. Not that it matters to anyone I'm certain, but this is I think only my second post in the past four months. I feel that this forum, along with other of the "certain conspiracy" advocates of this case in general, thru ridiculous bickering and monitoring, have perhaps ALREADY self defeated. We are no more than "a group of egos" who are attempting to battle a well organized opponent. Team work usually wins out over individual "superstars". I feel that it is both naive, ignorant, and self defeating, for any researcher to believe that he is "so correct in his theories", that he is beyond error. When facing a determined opposition team, an individual will not win thru his efforts alone..... Does no one feel that the reports of a rifle being seen in THE 6th floor window is important? I feel that the timing of any filming of the 6th floor window at a time in close proximity to the shooting is of extreme importance ! Michael Welcome to the forum. And don't be so quick to say "never". As you have seen already this case is very addicting. That you have seen "JFK" 10 times says a lot too. Personally I loved the film. I admit that I am a Garrison partisan and I thought Costner did a terrific job. In fact I thought all the actors did. We can never know certain things and one of them is just how many shooters or teams of shooters were in DP. To me it's not relevent. What is relevent is that we were lied to. LHO did not shoot JFK. The magic bullet theory is crap. I don't get into the Z. film alteration argument. I reallly think you must keep it simple. It's fine and commendable to research all the various angles, but I think the community gets bogged down in little details which later leaves members of the community open to criticism. I believe that Stone did something extremely valuable. He took Garrison's book and put it to film. As a result many young people became intersted in this case. Considering that several spectators in Dealey Plaza reported seeing a rifle projecting from or being withdrawn from the window in the alleged "snipers den", I have never understood "the timing" of these sightings relative to when the shots were reported to have been fired. If the gun were seen being withdrawn, it no doubt would have been at some time point after the head shot. It was reported also as having been seen prior to any shots being fired. If these reports are correct, there would have been a time span of at least ten seconds when the weapon was being aimed for the first shot and withdrawn after the last (provided that only one gun was being fired)! What was the nearest proximity in time relative to this very limited time span, that photos of the sixth floor window were taken ? Charles Black

I shall never understand how people as bright, some even genious level, that participate on this forum, seem as if their primary allegiance while on this earth is to die while still professing the impossibility of Zfilm alteration! Persons who have seen accomplishments within the past half century alone, which in the year 1950 were very nearly incomprehensible to the average human mind, can profess that successful alteration of 8mm Koda. II film is a factual, physical impossibility. It cannot be "me" that is naive, when I have witnessed among thousands of scientific and mechanical accomplishments, the conquering of space, the probing of distant planets, technological weapons that can extinguish all life as we know it on this planet within a very few minutes, the cloning of animals and at least the cloning of human body parts......BUT .....no one on this planet is intelligent enough to successfully alter an 8mm film strip ! Brilliant people; probably many at genious level, have long conceded that most "evidence" in this case has no court admissable chain of custody or has been suspected of being manipulated and altered....in some instances, having been "obviously manipulated". YET !!! This single piece of 8mm film strip, which has no verifiable chain of custody, no proof of how many copies were made, and which has for 44 yeears been under the sole control of those most suspected of being conspirators has been defended as "unsoiled". Tim Just to reply quickly and still continue the point that I attempted to make.... Neither you, I, the book publishers nor anyone else can even atempt to pretend to understand what is truly happening within the confines of not only the CIA but any of the "many" intelligence organizations....some of which we would not even recognize by name. No amount of reading of the works of ANY author will ever change that. To think otherwise proves your gullibility to what they wish perceived! Many say that "intelligence" had no inkling that the Berlin wall was going to come down. BUT...it came down ! The "cold war" was won (if there is such a thing as a permanent "win" in these matters) as a result of the USSR's response to imagined perceptions followed by unecessary attempted reactions. This Tim is what intelligence and counter intelligence is all about. It is about winning, without being observed and acknowledged as a "winner". American fotball players are "credited" with their teams wins over theoretically superior opponents. Most of these wins are the result of superior "scouting" of the other teams and the correct analyzation of their "Tendencies"....from which a "game plan" is formulated by the coaching staff...."the strategists". But who gets credit for the victory ? This is not a childish comparison of what occurs in real political conflict. It is very similar ! Have you ever thought that there were elements within the U.S. government that did not want Castro to be "in fact killed" ? Despite all that you "have read" ! An alive Castro may have been bait and "fodder" for a much more expansive action against the dreaded "communist menace". Holding a high security clearance myself during this time period, I personally know that the Bay of Pigs had virtualy no effect on our defcon situation. However, the Cuban Missile Crisis brought us much closer to the Brink than many even today realize. What were the "true desires" of the joint chiefs and their various supporting intelligence sources ? You talk of Castro's beard falling out and exploding clam shells. Intelligence officers do not receive medals nor are they given ticker tape parades. The most important intelligence successes have and "will never" be brought to light. Bernice Thanks for your so vividly refreshing my memory. The only question that I have at this point would "the Oswald" who was escorted out the front theatre door, have pulled a pistol, which could have been suicidal when one considers that he was surrounded by police, had he not shot Tippitt? The answer which first pops to mind is that perhaps he didn't draw a gun....but then the lies of all of those officers would have to have been elicited. I think bringing all of those officers into the "plot" would have been undesireable to the conspiracists. The report of LHO drawing his pistol in the theatre is the only reason that I originally changed my beliefs to feel that "this LHO" had shot Tippitt! Had this been better reported and publicised, this incident, if it truly occurred, could have thrown a very large wrench into the cogs ! The "set up" which you propose seems very "doable" if enough of the DPD were involved. I have always believed that DPD was much more involved than credited with.....but this almost seems "extreme" considering the number of officers involved that "must have played a part". The following rambling is only a long held personal opinion for which I elicit no response. I am merely appreciative for the opportunity to express it while knowing that nothing that I shall set forth can I support with fact. I have almost forever felt that the majority of JFK researchers, as well as the population in general, have no appreciation of the "array of cerebral strength and organization" that characterizes the composition of the worlds leading Intelligence Organizations for at least the past seventy years. Although the JFK research community is for the most part led by very bright, and by most standards, "highly qualified thinkers and problem solvers", I feel that in "true competitive reality", we are a group of minor leaguers when appraising our adversaries....our true adversaries..... the Intgelligence Organizations. Popular opinion usually lends itself to the belief that, anything which involves government is necessarily mired in red tape by bungling poorly "qualifieds" who are incompetent to compete in the "real adult world". Through study, personal contact and observation, I feel that those persons in "action positions" in the worlds foremost Intelligence organizations are as far from that as light is from dark. These persons were not only recruited because they were believed to be the "best and brightest" BUT they accepted their positions because they are also some of the most dedicated persons on earth. Can the strength of persons who are both the brightest and most dedicated be reasonably even measured? How many Insurance Company executives are willing to "die doing their duty" ? It is an extraordinary individual who is confident enough in his individual ability, to compete willingly in an arena in which "one mistake or one mispoken word" could end their career usefulness and possibly even their lives. I feel that the successful 1963 American Coup d' Etat has been successful for nearly half a century already and will probably be so forever, because it is a No Contest between the abilities and resources of the Conspirators when compared to those of the truth seekers ! This, IMO, can be likened to a group of very gifted but non-professional athletes from various sports, taking the field against the World Champion professional football "TEAM" ! Tho by nature I am a pretty fierce competitor, and certainly not a defeatist.....my perception of the above scenario does not bide well. We who have devoted a significant amount of, at least our available mental resources, to this endeavor, have probably committed THE unforgiveable error. We have underestimated the resources, leadership, and devotion of our adversary. We must keep in mind that the majority of our competition strongly feel that they are PATRIOTS.....not conspirators ! I feel that we have been "outclassed" by an elite group whose primary reason for their professional existence is...MISDIRECTION. It is my deeply and long held opinion, that IF the truth is ever disclosed, it will be found to have been lying in an obvious area....but an area very strongly opined that it is an area into which only fools would venture. This after all, IS, Counter Intelligence. I am speaking of our adversaries of the same caliber as those young Brit codebreakers, who appx. 65 years ago did what the most elite German Scientist characterized as humanly impossible. They broke the Enigma Code...and in a nearly incredibly short period of time ! This degree of dedication and brilliance has not disappeared. Our adversaries are at least as clever and dedicated. They after all have pulled off an amazing accomplishment. Perhaps their best in more recent history. Although we can imagine what must have been involved in the fore mentioned code breaking......this "current" group of Intelligence specialists have been able to convince "millions" of bright and honest persons, that the inteligence and resources did not exist to successfully alter a strip of 8mm film....even with the availability of all of the physical resources and brainpower in the entire world. My opinion only....But...if you can be persuaded that this is true....they have already won ! As I initially stated, I speak probably only for my one person....but I speak it with an inner belief that.... It is impossible for a cognizant person to give serious thought to this subject of "impossible film alteration" and believe it to be true.....Particularly if he or she expects to advance one step further in their "research" ! Hello All I apologize for being such a poor communicator... However, I would think that most reasonable people would have long ago ascertained that I don't really CARE who or what Tippitt was named after. I may have been misinformed about the Origin of his "naming" and frankly don't care as that was not the purpose of this topic. Per usual this discussion has been twisted into something completely unrelated to the original purpose set force in this topic, and turned into a discussion of irrelative minutae. So we continue with thousands of words of irrelative Bull droppings. Being born and educated in the deep South....it was very common in the Tippitt and Oswald era for many children to be named after Southern heroes, whether admittedly or not. I don't feel that it matters one iota whether LHO or Robert Oswald's name have anything to do with the "Robert E. Lee", or what were the origins of Tippits initials. It should be noted that Tippit was born only appx. 60 years after the "War Between the States". To those of you not from "Deep South USA", you cannot realize that animosity STILL very much exists and some Southern "heroes" are still nearly worshipped in some areas. But again "name origin" was not intended to be the SUBJECT of this post and it took quite a stretch to make it so ! This is why I feel and have stated so many times, that many members of this forum are more interested in displaying their knowledge of meaningless matters, than doing any original thinking ! That is why we have struggled for 43 years and are currently at what I consider a STANDSTILL. This glaringly obvious lack of response has been more supportive to me of my personal and possibly singular beliefs, than either a hundered responses of agreement or disagreement. Hello Pat Speer Pat, the only "agenda" that I am pushing is that the research community has suffered from 43 years of "tunnel vision". No other theory or agenda; except we have "been led" on an outward spiraling concentric circle of false leads and tangental information. I have suggested only that the shooting portion of the investigation, if it is really relative, be viewed from a completely different perspective. What we "think" happened, in my opinion has been altered.....and that this misdirection is / was the primary instrument of the cover up. Frankly, I did seriously look at your theory; I actually wanted to agree with it but I was unable to. I can in no way believe that trained medical personnel at Parkland along with FBI and SS agents were unanimously disoriented in their viewing and description of the Presidents wounds. I seriously disagree wth your assessment ! As most who have studied this issue over a long period of time, we here on the forum pretty much agree on who were the leaders of the conspiracy. This is no mystery ! Can we do anything about re-instating a legitimate government? I don't think so. However I would like the satisfaction at least, of having hisory correctly recorded. The primary reason that I am in conflct with your personal theory is, the two areas which involve the Dealey Plaza happenings which I personally have faith in, are the testimonies of over 40 Dealey Plaza eyewitnesses (testimony taken only during the afternoon of 11/22/63) and the testimony given, during that time period alone, of the expert Parkland Hospital medical staff. These statements are backed by several of the Bethesda Hospital staff as well as the autopsists. That is why I cannot, despite your explanations, take "your theory" seriously. I stated that I do not have an agenda...however that might be a little misleading. In a nut shell this is what I believe regarding Dealey Plaza: 1) JFK and JBC were struck by an unknown number of missiles. 2) These missiles originated from areas and persons still unidentified 43 years later. 3) The total number of missiles fired including missed shots cannot be determined. 4) The number, manufacturer, and caliber of the weapons used is unknown. 5) Over 40 eyewitnesses described the impact of the missiles quite diferently than what is depicted in the Zapruder film....I therefore strongly believe that the Z film has been altered by certain agencies of the U.S. government. I could go on with my numbering, but it would serve no purpose. The ONLY reason why I reached out for "fresh thinking", is that for 43 years we have been government agency led, in what should be by now well acknowledged, a series of false paths which has put us on this infintessimal outward spiraling concentric circle. As time passes, our distance "from the sun" is ever increasing. I am asking for thought only....not agreement with any self originated theory. I have asked only that people think. Although some members might register surprise if they were told that on the Education Forum, a suggestion by a member that it was incumbent upon the membership to begin directing attention to possible different theories regarding the Dealey Plaza Shooting should be considered.....since the four decade theories being discussed daily, have entered no new light on these happenings and have have resulted only in continuing the discussion of mostly four decade old theories.....which, by the way, have produced NO unanimity among researchers.....resulted in rejection due to a general lack of interest. It has NOT surprised me ! This is my continuing complaint with the forum which very frequently "raises hackles" among the membership, which have led to slurs against me and the general questioning of MY Intelligence and Reasoning ! Am I truly ridiculous in my thinking ? I have not suggested neiher that the world is flat nor that an apple will not fall to the ground ! If you truly do not think that new ideas are called for, it would indicate to my thought process, that the answers have been agreed upon and that the case is closed ! Had I wanted a multitude of the usual "parroted responses" from previously published works, which usually are overflowing this forum, I needed to post only one sentence such as: I have a photograph, proven by a panel of "experts" to be unaltered and unalterable, that exposes THE ASSASSIN ! It is a Chimpanzee, wearing the uniform of a Dallas Police Officer (except for the cap), sitting atop the Pergola with an 18th century flintlock long rifle complete with telescopic sight. He s still in a seated firing position, and despite the smoke from this "high powered" black powder state of the art weapon, in the right foreground , if one looks closely, can be seen Zapruder and Sitzman on THE pedestal. Only as an attempt to further clarify a point in my mind and to avert the posibility in the future of receiving a "warning" from a moderator, I sincerely hope that one particular wording may be clarified to me as being OK, or whether it also further would indicate that the user might possibly be one of those who have been judged as, seriously lacking "culture", at which point I would certainly refrain from its useage.
