  2. So, JVB's account ( even if made up ) of personally talking with Ferrie and Ferrie's frantic library card concern was based on a true situation? Makes sense that Ferrie would be frantic about anything tying him to Oswald in any way. And common sense would dictate Ferrie having such a Tulane U. library card. Technical scientific manuals and books that he needed for his rat cancer studies would not be in the city library. Reminds me of Gerald Posner and his major publisher, "Case Closed" book which received national book tour coverage and credibility regarding his claim that there was absolutely no connection of Ferrie to Oswald. Until Posner and that claim got egg in the face slammed as a completely discredited one when the CAP picture surfaced showing young Lee Oswald happily washing camp out cooking pans with other young boys with their camp leader David Ferrie smilingly supervising their cadet fun and games just feet away. Ferrie WAS connected to Oswald. The CAP cadet campout photo proved this.
  3. Another 100 potential patsies like Oswald? Lee was just a "very strange man?" And Lee just got incredibly lucky with his totally abandoned upper floor perfect location turkey shoot lair and JFK's limo passing right underneath this and having to make two against security protocol sharp turns there? How many of those other patsies had one-on-one talks with even peripherally agency connected and George Bush Sr. knowing George De Mohrenschildt, visited embassies in Mexico City, traveled to Russia and lived there and were eventually doing many most public visible, broad daylight in busy downtown, extremely anger inciting political activities in New Orleans which culminated in a police called fight and then being interviewed on TV there? And had individual FBI agents personally assigned to them. James Hosty ("Assignment Oswald") even before 11,22,1963? And probably at least one in New Orleans as well? And how many of those 100 other patsies had a wife and two young children and would think to express after his arrest for two murders his concern that his wife get new shoes for one of his children? Oswald was no socially dysfunctional, mentally disassociated Bremer, Hinkley, Squeaky Fromme and even Vallee. And a far, far cry from long time serious crime prison record, totally uneducated, raging racist James Earl Ray.
  4. True or not, I like the dramatic flair. And if she made up Ferrie's dialogue and demeaner I wonder how close she is in getting this right, relative to what others have found in their research? Is JVB the first to write about Oschner being involved in some really dark and ominous covert programs and doings? Or, did JVB simply dig this up from others who had already exposed these things about Oschner?
  5. Always fascinating to see the Kennedy's both John F. and Robert F. when they were so young. Robert Kennedy looks to be in his late 30's here! What a contrast to today's super old candidates.
  6. Nancy Pelosi should publicly demand public apologies from all the Republican party members and Fox news anchors who not just came right out publicly on national TV and on major media internet sites and slandered her husband with disgusting perversion conspiracy theories regarding his injurious attack by a Trump nut, but also those that inferred such by citing other people's media comments and postings...including Donald Trump. Now that we know none of those disgusting and slanderous Paul Pelosi self-causing proclamations were true...Nancy Pelosi has all the moral right to call for these apologies.
  7. Greg D. You didn't mention Ruth publicly stating under oath how she was "greatly offended" that Lee O. would dare to use her typewriter without asking. In the trial of Lee Harvey Oswald, Lee's defense attorney Gerry Spence got Ruth to admit not just her dislike of Lee but her real anger about Lee using her typewriter without asking. Ruth's facial expression when she said she was offended by Lee's use of her typewriter said it all. She was jaw dropped appalled! The gall of that bum! This Oswald anger issue and other negative feelings Ruth harbored toward Lee could have very well played a part of her draft letter copying motivation and her decisions as to when to reveal the draft letter and to whom imo. The draft letter itself and it's contents gave Ruth even more reason to dislike Lee and even wonder if he may be something of a spy! Marina revealed more personal things to Ruth than she or Marina ever shared imo. Things involving her and Lee. We know this because Ruth stated she and Marina talked. My guess is there was even more negative things shared by Marina regards Lee and Ruth grew to more than dislike him. And just another reason to dislike Lee...did Lee ever offer Ruth any monies to help with her added expenses in housing and feeding Marina, Junie and sometime Lee himself...diapers included and time and gas in driving Marina to stores and doctors? I once heard Ruth mention having to spend a noticeable amount of extra funds for those expenses...which means it was an issue with her. I would think the opposite regards your take on Michael Paine. I would think he would be much more concerned about the Lee Oswald draft letter than you believe. I am sure Ruth showed it to him soon after she found it. Lee shows too much interest in Russian affairs and help that I think Michael Paine would have been suspiciously concerned about. This strange guy was living in the same home with his wife and children. Could you imagine how Ruth and Michael would have reacted toward Lee if they had seen the backyard photos? Holding rifle and gun and Russian propaganda newspapers? Looking like an ominous assassin in his all black attire? I think Ruth would have been like Mrs. Kravitz in the TV show "Bewitched!" Wide eyed paranoid whenever Lee showed up. Nervously watching his every move and sleeping with one eye and ear open until he left with Buell Frazier on Monday morning. And lastly, what are your thoughts on Ruth's personal feelings when Marina was taken away by the authorities right after 11,22,1963 and especially being told that Marina chose not to return to Ruth's home at all even when she wasn't being held against her wishes? I can picture Ruth at some point when she heard Marina wasn't returning...asking whether this was Marina's own decision. If I were Ruth, I would be hurt by this. Feeling I had done so much for Marina, Lee and their child and feeling Marina didn't appreciate my extraordinarily generous efforts to help her.
  8. That Ford Lincoln JFK motorcade limo model still in it's clear plastic retail box is something Jean Paul. Even at the old age of 71 I think that is...."cool!"
  9. How does Caro depict and describe the almost unbelievable corrupt power play by LBJ in getting a Texas Judge to nullify a trial jury's "Murder With Malice" guilty verdict decision regards LBJ's protege Malcom Wallace? Essentially letting Wallace go scot-free immediately after the trial? Wallace had earlier driven to LBJ's sister lover Doug Kinser's Austin, Texas pitch and putt golf course and in broad daylight and in front of many nearby witnesses walked into Kinser's club house and blasted the unarmed Kinser away. Now THAT'S some LBJ Texas style power and influence corruption. Even a Mafia godfather couldn't pull off something that outrageous.
  10. I have a few pieces myself. Some standard ones as well as some quirky ones. A few picture books of JFK and Jackie. A few political buttons including two from RFK's 1968 primary run campaign. A standard "Thank You For Your Support" RFK 1968 primary campaign letter ( unsigned.) Supposedly collected from the victory speech ballroom of the Ambassador Hotel the night of June 5th, 1968! A "First Day Issue" JFK commemorative envelope. A JFK postage stamp. A JFK impersonator Vaughn Meador "First Family" comedy record album. Some scrap book picture items of some of my favorite fringe JFK/Oswald/Jack Ruby related characters. Jack Ruby sitting with two of his girls Little Lynn and Tammie True? Individual pictures of Jada, Little Lynn, Beverly Oliver, Sylvia Odio, Evelyn Lincoln. Copy of the "JFK Wanted For Treason" ( ad or flyer? ) from Dallas on either 11,21,1963 or 11,22,1963? A copy of the Air Force 1 LBJ swearing in ceremony photo depicting Congressman Albert Thomas giving LBJ a " you did it baby!" smiling celebratory wink. And the other iconic picture depicting the gut wrenching traumatized look of horror and shock expression on blood spattered dress wearing Jackie Kennedy's face while she is placed next to LBJ during this swearing in. A picture of Jack Ruby blowing a hole into Lee Oswald's guts. I guess that's all.
  11. Her doing so very strongly suggest she didn't just want this copied letter for her sentimental memories scrap book and instead intended to use it in some way to incriminate Lee O. Handing it over to the F.B.I.? Again, it was obvious RP was growingly non-supportive of Marina and Lee staying together. She admitted to attorney Gerry Spence "I didn't like him very much" in response to Spence asking her how she really felt about LO. And growingly feeling a sense of protectiveness ( maybe even some possessiveness? ) over Marina from Lee's pressuring plans to move Marina and himself into situations and environs which Marina did not want to be in? If the letter draft Lee wrote on RP's typewriter and left sitting on the desk had simply been a love letter to his wife or a thank you letter to Ruth regards what she had done for his wife and child, Ruth could not have had anything so incriminating to hand over to anybody.
  12. So all 3 of these witnesses who claimed they saw Oswald in the presence of Ferrie in Ferrie's apartment ( Perry Russo) and in the same rooms as Ferrie in Guy Banister's work place ( Jack Martin and Delphine Roberts ) are lying? Did Ferrie try to retrieve his New Orleans public library card that Oswald purportedly borrowed?
  13. "We both know who's responsible." Near the very top of the 100 most intriguingly suspicious iconic quotes attributed to JFK event related characters. "I am just a patsy." being number 1. Just some of the other JFK event ones that I find most memorable - randomly cited: "This case is cinched!" Dallas Homicide Captain Will Fritz just one day after 11,22,1963. "President Kennedy has died...at approximately 1:pm Central standard time." Walter Cronkite on 11,22,1963. " I will do my best. That is all I can do. I ask for your help--and God's.'' LBJ after landing at Andrews Air Force base on 11,22,1963. " You know me...I'm Jack Ruby!" Jacob Rubenstein. " I request uh...someone to come forward to give me legal assistance." Lee Harvey Oswald. "Only 25 of our police force even knew Jack Ruby." DPD Chief Jesse Curry. "My goal was to silence Oswald." Dallas County sheriff Al Maddox referencing a note Jack Ruby had passed to him. "We are going to kill him." Dallas Police dispatcher Billy Grammer quoting a phoned in warning that he claimed was from Jack Ruby... in the after midnight hours before Oswald was killed. "This is where they are going to get him. (Kennedy)" Rose Cheramie. "Using a high powered rifle from a high building." Joseph Milteer. "For like a week straight the champagne and caviar flowed." " I was the only one grieving." Virginia Murchison seamstress May Newman. "He identified the American as Leon Oswald." Sylvia Odio. "He ( Lee Oswald ) used my typewriter without my permission and that offended me greatly!" Ruth Paine. Scores and even hundreds of others. Your favorites?
  14. Some of us truly believe that LBJ was involved in ordering or in the least okaying murders. To me, this is the separation line between the full corruption truth of LBJ versus the less ruthless and corrupt one. Up until today, the latter version of LBJ is still the only one with official sanction. To me, this is an abomination of our true historical record truth as well as revealing of a collective societal mental health aberration. One of accepting and living in a false reality.
  15. Thank you for enlightening us about Gottlieb. Could you expand a little in what ways the publishing world is corrupted? False sales numbers? Book advances as pay offs? Some agency influence in publishing one book over another? Planted critics? Has there been some shady doings with publishers making Caro out to be this historical writer icon? Do you feel Caro, even with some criticism of LBJ in his books, still omits the worst of LBJ? LBJ's most ruthless and criminal doings?
  16. 4:18NOW PLAYING New Orleans Businessman Clay Shaw interview 1967 Shaw lies his head off in this "interview?" When asked if he "ever" had any association with you know who Shaw says... "none whatsoever." Shaw says he was a "Wilsonian/FDR liberal?" So, his interactions with fascist Centro Mondiale Commerciale were just some little side dealings to get leads on some exquisite Italian antique furnishings for his New Orleans digs? Notice the above interview was the opposite of a non-biased, objective, spontaneous open question one. This was a scripted affair with Shaw giving a practiced theatrical performance self-defense spiel/speech flourished with a dramatic twist ending quote "all men's rights are diminished, when any man's rights are threatened" to which the interviewer then conveniently asks...and who's quote is that? Setting up Shaw to say ... "John F. Kennedy." A second or so later director Shaw waves his hands out and says "cut!"
  17. Always love reading the "full" truth of LBJ. Even Caro describes LBJ as a life long inveterate xxxx. JFK staying alive was death for LBJ. LBJ knew JFK was going to be re-elected by a wide margin. LBJ knew his career would be finished if this JFK second term scenario played out. LBJ knew RFK hated him and he would have been dropped from the 1964 ticket or forced to withdraw as a VP choice. LBJ also knew that he was extremely vulnerable to serious personal business criminal charges and if the Kennedy brothers remained in power they would not support his defense. LBJ's ( "we're like brothers" ) best power back up buddy Hoover was in the same career threatened boat LBJ was in if JFK stayed in power. Nobody had more self-interest destroying fear motive in wanting JFK removed than the LBJ and Hoover brothers. There is a massive black hole in the official LBJ historical record. One telling of his true level of corruption. A man who ordered murders of personal and political threats. LBJ was that corrupt. It's a darkly ominous and sad revelation that our society could be so easily manipulated and kept ignorant of such hugely important truths like LBJ's true level of corruption. And for so long a period of time...over half a century!
  18. Tom: Re; Ruth taking in Marina, I think you and Jonathan are both right. I think it's self interest and a bit of concern. But the question has become so loaded, even apart from alleged spying, it breaks into speculation about interrelationships, lesbianism, marriage breaking. Yes, very loaded. Ruth's personal life proclivities are shaky ground.
