Incidentally, Ed Asner, who died today at age 91, was a dedicated supporter of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth.

Here is Ed narrating a video about the demolition of WTC7 on 9/11.

Out of curiosity I have read several obits on Asner. Not a single mention of his role in JFK, which I consider his best work.

    Larry,

That's why I don't think JFK's move to pull out of Vietnam was the raison d'etre for his assassination.

Nobody seems to aiming for Joe Biden.

Or, has the military/industrial complex milked everything that they think that they can get out of Afghanistan, so it's ok to leave?

Or was the threat of world-wide communist domination a bigger threat than world-wide domination by Islamisists?

Everyone says the Deep State had it out for Trump. If so, why didn't it just murder him like it had done so many times before with people it had it in for?

Like most average American adults, I have simple questions regards our military interventions into the Middle East starting with Cheney, Rumsfeld, Pearl, etc.

Bush Jr. was just a policy promoting and signing off mouthpiece and face these guys needed to carry out their agendas imo.

I think they actually thought GW was just a very dumb and easily controlled dupe.

Why do we have to leave tens of billions of dollars worth ( or more? ) of usable military hardware back in these countries we invade when we go? So our enemies reap the rewards?

How do we allow the puppet heads and the 5% elite of these countries to siphon off most of our 100's of billions we pump into these countries while we are there? Are there payoffs to American middle men involved in these siphoning scams?

No oversight for sure. Trillions spent like this. TRILLIONS!

    For what?

What do we here back home get for all this foreign war incursion spending of our money?

Heck, do you realize how many schools, hospitals, city and road and rail rebuilding programs, jobs, national health care, elderly care, child care, teen drug care, water system rebuilding projects, college financial help, electrical grid updating, even fire and police funding projects those TRILLIONS would have paid for here at home?

I remember reading once of our loading C class military planes with billions of American dollars in CASH ( on pallets) to Iraq, to use to pay off Iraqi's to help us in our military agenda there.

Suitcases being loaded with cash and given to Iraqi's to get them on our side?

Why do we have to pay these people huge, huge money to help us?

If we truly relieved them of a brutal dictator and brutal oppression, you'd think they would be begging to help us...for free!

Why is it we can only get these liberated people to help us if we pay them obscene amounts of our tax payer funded monies?

    Simple questions.

I would guess we leave the arms behind as free samples, to impress the primitives and hopefully they will become future arms customers.

I think you may be referring to the Oxnard call with the last?  I don't think that has panned out.

Are you talking about the George H W Bush thing with the Parrot Jungle?

If you read my review of Russ Baker's book, I discuss that one.

I cannot find a link to your review of Baker's book and would be interested in reading it. Thanks.

I would prefer not to see him as president, but Pence seems a better man than we've given him credit for being.  And I believe he was targeted as a "traitor" worthy of the scaffold by an entity above the mob on 1/6.

We should understand, however, that the recent news stories and book reviews citing his opposition to Trump are in the service of rehabilitating Pence and diminishing Trump.  At this point, he's a war hero, and the go-to GOP candidate for 2024, which is still some time away.  Don't be surprised if the GOP does a volte-face, rejects mob baiting extremism, and returns to traditional conservatism with Pence as stalwart figurehead.  He looks like Eisenhower compared to the rest of the party, and the GOP has several years to ease into the transition, looking over their shoulders all the while.

People don't return from where they've gone.

This is the comment of mine that Andrew is referring to:

Andrew seems to have misunderstood what I meant, though I'm not sure how he managed it. I'll try again:

If someone provides evidence that Edwin Ekdahl had some sort of connection to US intelligence, that by itself does not allow us to conclude that he was involved in a 'Harvey and Lee'-like scheme.

I thought below was the question being asked in the initial post in this thread to which an answer was sought:

What evidence (needn’t even be proof, since the two words have different meanings) can any of the above muster for the assertion that Ekdahl did anything other than his traveling electrical consultant job for EBASCO?  As in, you know, intel?  And perhaps you could hazard a guess why he would take (a) Marguerite with him while doing this TOP SECRET work?

  7. Big shocker here:

"Two Americans arrested in connection with the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse of Haiti this week said that they were not in the room when he was killed and that they had worked only as translators for the hit squad."..."Judge Noël said that it was [one of the Americans] who had yelled that the assailants were agents of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency over a loudspeaker at the start of the assault."

U.S. MILITARY TRAINING DOCUMENT SAYS SOCIALISTS REPRESENT “TERRORIST” IDEOLOGY

Well, this story apparently fell apart pretty quickly. This has apparently been out there for years and is not a part of the training program. The poster regrets the error.
