Thanks, Larry. FYI I’m in PR and could send release to list of DC-based contacts and beyond who have covered the lawsuit and/or JFK files. We have a great media database program. I would just send the release as is with whatever contact name and info you want. Also, Monday morning early ET is best for media distribution unless these friends will be checking email tonite.

Timed perfectly with sober, respectable third-party experts. On his blog, Jeff is saying he has living witnesses that can attest to a CIA psyops with LHO starting in June ‘63 through to the JFKA. Sounds like he will challenge the agency and admin to confirm or deny by releasing the files Dec. 15. It’s a great strategy especially if he brings the witnesses or has them on video. Honestly, this could finally be the ball game on govt intransigence. Here’s hoping and godspeed Jeff and MFF.

Agreed but there is that nasty habit among the spooks of plausible deniability. And whether they had prior knowledge, their intentional coverups made them accessories after the fact, IMO.

Just curious… with compelling evidence both Angleton and Helms knew of a CIA psyops with LHO leading up to JFKA (see Morley article in original post above), would it be possible they were innocent and only rogue CIA did the hit? I find that difficult to believe myself.

Thanks, Jim. Yeah I think there could be something impactful in the remaining docs but nothing that would likely be enough to change MSM’s tune. Lesar’s point is well taken, and sobering.

Trying a hypothetical because I don’t believe I’ve seen it brought up previously: What would happen if Biden releases all the remaining documents and there is clear, incontrovertible evidence the CIA was involved? I don’t think it’s an idle question. The CIA is paranoid about something in those final docs being revealed. Also, Jeff Morley is making the case now that he believes LHO was used in an agency psyops starting in June 1963 based on existing docs and new ‘living witnesses’ (he says he will reveal more at another time: https://jfkfacts.substack.com/p/yes-there-is-a-jfk-smoking-gun) Of course, for Americans to care all the planets would have to align. Mostly the majority of the MSM would have to acknowledge the damning evidence and not do its usual shuck and jive when it comes to JFKA. But if MSM did support the contention the CIA was involved, what would happen next? Or what should happen next? The WH and Congress would be under tremendous pressure to respond I think, especially if American global prestige was starting to badly falter. If the govt was forced to accept the majority media opinion, what could they do? Would they hold yet another investigation this time to show how it all truly went down and to avoid any similar occurrence in the future? Would they need to publicly apologize to the Kennedy family? Would the USG commit to working to create the world JFK had envisioned? In these politically polarized times, JFK is the exception and seems to be universally appreciated and respected. Would the true facts of his death bring Americans together in a way not seen since WWII? Would there be an American Renaissance and re-commitment to our core values? Or would no one really care at all and just treat it like a nice new historical fact to know but nothing earth shattering? Curious on anyone’s thoughts.

Lawrence - I’m sure it was all good faith on your part and agree that the NARA pushback is a good new wrinkle to know about. I just feel Shenon’s implicit LN take permeates his story. Does he really expect us to believe the only or even the main reason the agencies have held onto these files for 60 years is to protect the innocent? That’s the key takeaway and I don’t believe it. Whether Shenon is friendly to the CIA, his position is. And it sure looks like the usual media sugarcoating they do each year in the run up to the JFKA anniversary. It sets the table for another illegal refusal to release the files by them and POTUS. And that does NOT serve the American people as he purports he wants to do. “Nothing in the files but you’ll never know because we’re holding them for humanitarian reasons. We’re the good guys here. Ignore these crazy conspiracy theorists when they whine about this latest withholding in December.” That’s some major, well-timed propaganda however salient the materials you gave him.

What really chaps my hide is how Shenon couches all his subterfuge in what appears to be very thorough, reasonable article on the surface. But if you know any of the background, you realize it’s all horse shyte and yet another play to deny the American people what is rightfully theirs. It just never ends. And it’s obvious to anyone paying attention there is something HUGE in the files they don’t want known.

And Shenon conveniently overlooks the fact that every agency and POTUS has not followed the letter of the law - that EVERY record withheld requires a thorough explanation to the public regarding why it should remain secret. It’s just a ‘nothing to see here’ gambit by the agencies thru Shenon to once again subvert the law and will of the people. Whatta load of BS.

You gotta give them credit - saying all the obfuscation has only been to save seniors in old folks homes across the world from being killed has been their only reason for withholding files. Apparently a simply black marker over the name isn’t good enough. IMO all this means is the can will be kicked down the road again because that’s what the Intel agencies want and no American president will go against them.

Congrats on another great JFK doc that follows in the footsteps of JFK Revisited. I learned for the first time that Mrs. Paine came from a family of virulent anti-communists and she agreed with them. I’m glad you pressed her at the end at her complete lack of curiosity regarding the conspiracy evidence in this case. And I’m glad you got her reaction showing her family’s clear connections to the CIA. I don’t know what she knows or what she doesn’t, or how witting or unwitting she may be regarding agency influence in her actions. But it’s strange as Jim’s K&K story points out that the Oswald family had CIA-connected ‘handlers’ before and after JFKA. Hard to believe Ruth wasn’t used as one as well between GDM and Priscilla, whether she admits or even realizes it.

Glad to hear you and Oliver were still able to succeed getting the word out even with the ridiculous but predictable US media response. It’s an amazing work that I think will have an impact for years to come whether the US media ever reverses course in its handling of JFKA or not.

The latest travesty regarding the Abraham Bolden pardon shows the media will never cover JFKA in a truthful way. And so they avoid the two documentaries. Too much direct, irrefutable proof of conspiracy.

One thing I should add in contrast to the govt assassination of LHO’s character is that it was universally acknowledged by family, friends and acquaintances that Oswald loved children and they loved him back. So how does someone who loves kids shoot the president just two months after the birth of his second daughter? He’s not a dumb guy. He knows what that action would do to his kids’ lives. He also knows JFK is father to young children as well. I don’t think there’s any mystery why LHO asked Marina during her visit at the Dallas jail about getting new shoes for his eldest child. Again, not the priority of a psychopathic radical who just killed the president, IMO.
