Vince, are there any videos you may have come across or pictures of the Queen Mary driving along Stemmons Freeway closer to the trade mart and or pulling up at the hospital?? If Landis and Ready can positively be identified in the Queen Mary at any of those points....then davids idea falls apart totally. I can think of possibly one the AR15 held afloft picture, but i couldn't tell what Landis or Ready looked like. Regards, AJ

Pretty sure his manuscript and relevant interview tapes he compiled would have been his evidence to support any new theories. He never got the chance to get that information out to the public.......and again i must state this is a 2013 interview....where 10 years later and DSL did not release his book.....the concepts theories and ideas he is proposing in the interview are a work in progress....are they not.......everyone is taking his comments in 2013 as gospel. As DSL's sit in stone final thoughts.....they obviously were Not otherwise he would of published 9 years ago. AJ

Jim, Not if Ready entered the rear of the limo after leaving the plaza area...DSL says eye witnesses say another agent got up to the prez limo not just clint hill....DSL doesnt clarify if this all took place on elm Street under Zapruders camera....its possible he may have eye witnesses that say another agent entered the car under the Stemmons Freeway access overhead ramps?

Vince, what of reports of witnesses who said 50m ahead of where this picture is taken, under the Freeway overhead ramps that the presidential limo briefly stopped......DSL may have been talking about what a group of 3 teenagers and one adult stopped above saw???????? Im not saying he's right.....but years ago i remember reading these people's story as to what they say they saw.... AJ

I'm kind of disgusted by many of the responses here by long term members of this forum. This series of videos where made in 2013 and David explains this is where some of his research is taking him...things he hypothesises may mave happened or he believes could have happened. This is not his book "Final Charade"....the man was one of the best researchers into the assassination. He met and interviewed dozens of people face to face, by telephone, got their permission to record them and film their recollections and testimony. Numerous times throughout the conversations he states " i have this all on tape" when referring to people's comments/recollections/statements.....the statements that lead him to his possible conclusions. We as an outside group are privvy to none of these records he made, yet....DSL was meticulous in covering his ass and backing up his conclusions on verifiable facts told to him by people who were actually there on Nov 22nd and the days, months and years that followed. Who have you interviewed face to face DVP? Yes some of the hypothesis DSL espouses in his interview are out there, but we haven't learned what he was told or found out during his research, the documents and recorded interviews he has to back up his hunches or belief's. The man has taken another almost 10 years since this interview to confirm the ideas he had in 2013......and had NOT published a book saying what he talks about in the 2013 interview is 100% fact..... Did i say earlier that DVP your a terrible human being in my opinion. Am i allowed to post my opinions here. I really am incredibly disappointed in some people's replies over the past few days. I've spent most of my free time over the past 48 hours watching these short video clips David made back in 2013 and had posted to youtube only 4 or 5 weeks ago. Im pretty sure it covers exactly what he was writing about in "Final Charade". Their are 14 vidoes in all, here is a link to number one: I had sent emails to two email accounts i had for David a few days ago asking if he was ok, was he well.....I've had no reply.....like many here david was well respected by posters of this site, i for one was delighted when he would reply to posts or emailed me asking why or thought something or he replied to correct my comments. If someone could get the cleaned up images to Buell Frazier quick smart perhaps he may recognise this woman, she looks like she belongs mixed in with other workers from the TSBD on that landing. Maybe she worked there and he might put a name to the image. A.J

I have always believed prayerman was actually prayer woman...the clothing, the jewellery on right wrist and a possible broach worn on left upper chest. I speculated that the person was holding a small 1960's transistor radio, but these images seem to 99.9% look like a camera. So I'm sure arguments will follow, but perhaps we can all accept this as a woman, then move on to other efforts. A.J

For those of us in the Commonwealth countries, the Queen's passing will be felt greatly by many of us over the age of 50. She was respected and admired for her service to our countries. I think many of our Australian citizens born in the mid 80,s onwards have little to no admiration or true knowledge as to history of our Queen. Schools stopped promoting the idea/history of the Commonwealth and the Monarchy in the late 80's to early 90's. Most people here under 30 wouldn't be able to tell you the first name of the Queen's children and grand children today. Most wouldn't even know what the royal family surname was... But for those of us who went to school in the 50's 60's and 70's the royal family and the history of the Commonwealth was taught and discussed regularly in class, most classrooms had a picture of the Queen, the school admin buildings and school libraries always did. Members of the royal family coming to Australia was a major event. So to my Queen, whom i actually got to see close up several times at events, the only Queen I will ever know, i say here... "Farewell ma'am, we will sadly never see your like again. May you rest in peace". A.J

A year or two ago i watched the Nix film over and over and over again from the 6th floor museum's website, zooming in just by enlarging my page size....i was focusing on the white retaining wall and shadow it created close to the pedestrian walkway that led up from Elm street. Can you look at this area in slow mo on the copies of the Nix film you possess and tell me if you see anything??? Maybe i was crazy but i believe i saw something as the limo went by. Pat, Why wasn't the back wound probed properly...no metal probe was used...they used a finger.....looking into the wound (visually) as you say is laughable, it was a small hole 1/2 the size of the nail on your pinky finger. Have you read pages 168-170 of Jerrol Custers ARRB testimony? In that testimony he states that as X-ray technician for the autopsy he took approximately 16 to 20 X-rays that night. At least 3 of those are missing as of the time of the ARRB deposition conducted in 1998 by Gunn, Horne and Gosley. Two tangential skull X-rays and an AP cervical spine X-ray showing C3 and C4 of the President's spine and his chest area. Heres a synopsis.........On 28th October, 1997, Jerrol Custer provided a deposition to the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB). He claimed he was certain he took x-rays of the C3/C4 region of the neck and that those x-rays showed numerous fragments. Custer added that he suspected the reason those x-rays disappeared was that they showed a large number of bullet fragments. In the deposition he also stated that when Kennedy was lifted and turned to take thoracic X-rays a portion of a bullet fell out of Kennedy's back wound, not a whole bullet. In Custers own words when later interviewed by William Law: "It wasn't complete because there was some fragmentation. Some areas of destruction on the bullet." This bullet was taken away by FBI agents, Francis X. O'Neill and James W. Sibert. So the X-rays showing fragmentation at C3/C4 disappears, the bullet fragment given to the FBI agents that falls from the body disappears and Arlen Spectors single bullet theory is probably based on the fact that the cover-up architects know that a bullet probably did hit Kennedy high on the back, fragment and a portion exited the President's throat. They have wounds and clothing to prove this happened, they just twist the truth to make the bullet pass thru the president and onto Connelly fully intact. Pat we agree on some things regarding the assassination but not what happened with the first shot to strike the president that day. I personally believe that shot came from the 2nd or 3rd floor of the Daltex building, if it had come from the 6th floor of the TSBD the wound would of had a massive downward angle thru the body and president Kennedy would of had no wound to the throat that we see him reacting too in the Z film. Hi Pat, Again i state, how can probing of a wound by your pinky finger result in anything other than saying the wound was shallow and went nowhere. Of course 8.5 hours after death your going to get resistance when pushing a large object(finger) into a 7mm x 4mm wound. Also if a bullet or part of a bullet didnt tranverse the presidents body from back to front you now have: 1. Shot to back, 2. Shot to throat, 3. Shot hit Connelly's back, 4. Shot hit interior of windscreen , 5. Shot miss then hit Tague, 6. Shot hit president in head from front right. Plus you still have to have a bullet fired from the rear strike the chrome windshield and leave a round indent . You also have to explain how the throat entrance wound bullet didn't leave an exit wound and simply vanished causing no other damage to the body except a hole in the throat. You also have to explain how the top of the right lung became bruised if a bullet in the back didn't proceed past the trapezius muscle. A.J

I have always had a problem with this statement: (the wound in Kennedy’s back, probed at autopsy and found to have been a shallow wound with no passage into Kennedy's chest cavity.) The probing of this back wound was said to be done by a pathologist's little finger....look at your own little finger right Now.......clench your fist and stick out your little finger........is it 5 " long...no.....4" long ....no....well it must be 3" long at least......No... so how would you expect a small finger to give you an accurate depiction of what the wound was...other then shallow. Your little finger can't tell how deep the wound ran...your finger can't tell what track the bullet made, if it deviated upwards or sideways...when all you have is 2" of a finger trying to poke its way into a 6.5mm(listed at autopsy to be a 7mm x 4mm shaped) diameter hole in a body displaying rigor mortis....what result other then a shallow wound can a 2"/2.5" finger accurately make. There is every possibility that back entry wound did enter further into JFK's body, it may have even separated its lead core and created two tracks.......remember we have some non autopsy facts to help us figure it out..... JFK's shirt collar and tie had a missile pass thru them and leave holes! His suit jacket and business shirt had holes in the back of them, Something struck the inside of the limo windscreen and left a crack...the fbi found lead particles on the inside of the limo windscreen when inspected in the WH garage and put them into evidence. So lets Occam's Razor this thing...... You have clothing and a body that show a bullet wound in the back and part of that bullet or all of that bullet exited the body thru the front of the neck leaving another wound and damaging the clothing.....you have film showing the victim reaching up to his throat/neck area after being struck by a missile and you have a roadside photographer who snaps a photo showing a crack in the limo windscreen just after the president is hit in the back and he's raised his hands and his wife is reaching over grabbing his arm trying to see what has happened. Oh and later you have the FBI finding lead particles in the crack on the inside of the limo windscreen. Obviously he was shot from the front in the throat from the south knoll....wait, what, no that's Not right!............ The simplest explanation is often the correct explanation......SHOT from a lower trajectory, hit in the back, bullet or part of the lead core exits thru the front throat/neck area then wizzes between other vehicle occupants and strikes the inside of the limousine windscreen creating a crack which is photographed on Elm Street from outside the vehicle looking in only seconds after it happens. Folks the best way to understand early 1900's to 1960 rifles is that they are like modern day high end handbags, sneakers and golf clubs....the really good designs Has someone make Knock-Offs Mauser's were really well designed early rifles and gun manufacturers in many other countries made knock offs from the german mauser patent.

Hi Joe, I dont doubt that Wietzman said what he said and roger craig said what he said. But mausers and carcanos look very similar....let me show you some pictures. Mausers were around in the 1st WW and WWII. Heres a pick of an MK98 the most common version of a mauser from 1944....you can see some barrel markings... The second image is from a picture i had on file of mauser rifles from 1912 to 1948...note the decorative changes to the forestock(similar to carcano) also bolt indent in earlier year models and strap attachment points of later two models.

Hi Joe, I'm actually saying that the rifle Lt.Day is pictured inspecting in the TSBD building and the rifle displayed at Dallas police hq later that night maybe 2 different rifles. Whether one was a mauser and one was a caucano, i cant say. Weissman i believe recanted his mauser statement at some point in late 63/64 but maybe that was under duress. A.J

Also here's another thought......what if the rifle found in TSBD is the Klein's 36" mc but the rifle shown in dpd hq is a Klein's 40"mc and stays as the rifle in evidence. A.J

Here's my final issue with these two images/possibly different rifles... look at where the bolt housing indentation is made in the stock...the small u shaped space. In the tsbd rifle its directly above the trigger.....in the dpd station image its at least 3/4 of an inch forward of the trigger. A.J

Hi Sandy, here's another part of the rifle to consider..... Look at the size of the bolt in the top photo with Lt. Day holding the rifle above his head......now look at the size of the bolt(in a vertical position) in the tsbd rifle.....do they look identical to you? A.J
