  1. From Steve's post, referring to the arrival at the Paines; Guy Rose wrote that after the Deputies showed up, they arrived at the front door at 3:30PM. If we take Mr. Johnson's testimony at face value, he said the cops were already at Beckley when both he and Earlene Roberts saw Oswald's picture flash up on the TV. It was 3:15pm Dallas time when Kaufman's photo of Oswald was shown. At this point we are led to believe that the Johnsons and Roberts were able to match a room to the face they saw on TV. But, as you mentioned, the FBI may have been there even earlier. I would presume if the FBI were legitimately searching the room, they or Mrs. Johnson would have passed that information on and the Oswald TV picture would not have been necessary to discover the room. If the FBI were there, the Oswald TV story / room discovery explanation is bogus.
  2. There are very few degrees of separation between those close to Oswald and Dulles. Dulles is linked via Michael Paine's mother's best friend, and via De Mohrenschildt's brother. I see the whole operation as compartmentalised. Taking the above into account, we may be looking at the patsy overlord.
  3. If you believe Oswald was manipulated into a position as an employee of a building overlooking the Kennedy motorcade route for the purpose of setting him up as the assassin, you can rest assured all his movements were closely monitored as well as the people he associated with. I'm talking at least 6 weeks plus of intensive surveillance. Nothing would have been left to chance.
  4. WH2-1985 was the Bledsoe number written in ink WH3-8993 was the Johnson number presumably written in pencil
  5. "Buell Wesley Frazier To answer the question about Prayer Man: I have been looking at this all day, and I can tell you this: I 100% have no idea who that person is. I can also tell you 100% that is not Lee Harvey Oswald. First, Lee was not out there. I know that to be true. Second, for anyone who thinks Prayer Man is Lee, the individual has a much larger frame than Lee."
  6. Mr. LIEBELER. Now, have you any information of any kind that would indicate or suggest who actually took that shot at you? General WALKER. None More than a year had passed, and Walker had nothing to indicate Oswald was involved.
  7. Ron, check this photo out. From TSBD street level we can see Carr's scaffolding. If you imagine the camera position moving east towards Houston, a gap should appear beside the turret of the old courthouse which would allow Carr to see Houston street on the east side of the TSBD. And from high up the TSBD;
  8. The photo below shows quite a few well known characters and has the potential to determine key movements. I believe it's crucial to determine the exact minute this photo was taken. If you believe you can determine the exact minute, OR a "no earlier or later than" time, please offer an explanation. Helpful would be statements of the 5th floor boys as they arrived at the top of the stairs, and Brennan, when he spoke to officers out front.
  9. Depending on how far that scaffolding came out from the west side of the new courthouse building, and Carr's elevation, there may be a slim chance that he could see between the old courthouse turrets, past the west corner of the next building, and onto the TSBD. To believe everything he told Garrison, the sight line has to include Houston street level to the east of the TSBD. Can you fly a drone?
  10. These days they use green screens to tell the story; Link to source footage; https://www.c-span.org/video/?509926-1/president-plans-visit-southern-border
  11. A little perspective; You have just fired a high powered weapon from a position directly above three police officers OR you are complicit and know that a high powered weapon was fired from a position directly above three police officers. You escape by making your way out the rear door by the loading dock onto Houston Street. Which way do you run on Houston Street? Towards the police or away from the police? Mr. WORRELL - Well, the way he was running, I would say he was in his late twenties or middle - I mean early thirties. Because he was fast moving on. The next question is .... why run? Professionals walk and blend.
  12. Agree 100% This is where I am; There was in fact film from the pedestal of the entire Elm/Houston turn. The first frames of the limo coming down Elm leaves one with the impression that the car had just completed turning left. This is a deception, seeing is believing. The close-up filming of the limo further down Elm where the car is low on the screen is not how the scene was originally filmed. It is simply a post-zoomed film to conceal activity between the camera and the car. Please read Zapruder's testimony where he himself is surprised that the car is "buried" low on the film.
  13. Some here would point to the Z film and say Barnett was wrong, he had to be, for it clearly shows at least 20 feet distance between the limo and the line of people Barnett was "holding". Could Barnett distinguish between a "few feet" and 20 feet? I'd say yes; Mr. BARNETT - I went 20 foot past the building still on Houston, looking up. I could see the whole back of the building and also the east side of the building.
  14. I have found more indications of the wide turn at Elm/Houston; Mr. BARNETT - Yes, sir; the car passed within a few feet of me, and I was holding some people, or seeing that they stayed back, and one small boy started. I was afraid he was going to get too close, and I stopped him The limo, passing within a few feet of Officer Barnett, would validate Truly's claims; Mr. BELIN. He came too far to the north before he made his curve, and as he curved--as he made his left turn from Houston onto the street leading to the expressway, he almost hit this north curb? Mr. TRULY. That is right. Just before he got to it, he had to almost stop, to pull over to the left.If he had maintained his speed, he would probably have hit this little section here.
  15. Barnett may have been concentrating on looking up towards the top floors as he ran north on Houston, and missed seeing Worrell as he crossed the street. One person that probably saw Barnett was Baker as he rode north on Houston. Seeing a fellow uniformed officer start to run north was probably why Baker ran past the TSBD entrance and took a look north himself before returning to the front door.
  16. Reality; Moorman had been waiting to take a photo of the Kennedys. She had a Polaroid camera and she had one crack at getting a single photo that captured their faces as they were coming toward her position. She took that photo, and that photo was confiscated by Featherstone. What is known as the Moorman photo is more than likely a Polaroid photo of a single frame of a moving film. Mr. SPECTER. Have you seen any other films of the assassination? Mr. KELLERMAN. Yes;..... I saw a black-and-white film.
  17. Beckley resident Hugh Slough re Oswald: "I'd call him a fidgety-type person, very nervous and very high-strung." The Oswald I saw after his arrest was a very cool cat ...
  18. Mr. SPECTER - Were you able to form any opinion as to the age of that man? Mr. ROWLAND - This is again just my estimation. He was--I think I remember telling my wife that he appeared in his early thirties. The count is now 3 witnesses for a suspicious man about 30 Baker - 30 Rowland - 30+ Sawyer's witness -30
  19. Isn't it interesting that this is a witness no one can name, or provide any identifying details for, but at the same time we're to believe Sawyer sent this man with an escort to the Sheriff's Office "to give fuller or more complete detail." You would think this would have produced a detailed written account or record. I'm suggesting that the witness was indeed escorted to the Sheriff's Office and an affidavit was written up. But if that witness saw a man "carrying" a rifle outside the building, that affidavit would not work with a rifle having been discovered on the 6th floor. In other words, the person that Baker and the above witness saw, may well have been the 6th floor shooter leaving the building. If correct, the shooter was around 30 years of age, 165 pounds, and 5'9" to 5'10" tall. In addition, I do not have the TSBD shooter aiming his weapon into the limo, he was a diversion. I also have Baker entering the TSBD far too quickly for the likes of the perps.
  20. I like Bill Simpich's conclusion in State Secret: Sawyer's witness was part of the conspiracy, he was a nondescript white man whose job was to go tell the police Oswald's description to get it on the radio, and that this description probably came from the files on Oswald. Then you have to deal with you're planted witness attending the Sheriff's Office under escort; Mr. BELIN. Inspector, do you remember anything else about this person who you say gave you the primary description? Mr. SAWYER. No, I do not, except that I did send him with an escort to the Sheriff's Office to give fuller or more complete detail.
  21. Either that, or after telling the story for 30 years he got good at telling it. I'd say that is more likely. While Oswald was sitting in the theatre, the weapon used on 10th, was heading in his direction.
  22. I definitely walked away feeling like Oswald tried to murder him and he was lucky to be alive. Why would Oswald attempt to shoot a police officer in the theatre?
  23. Baker was close with his affidavit, he said 30 years old, 165 pounds and 5'9" Except the guy was wearing a brown jacket, and was on the 3rd or 4th floor Sawyer, who after speaking to Baker at the freight elevators on the 4th floor, announced on Channel 2 a few minutes after speaking to Baker, that the guy they want is 30 years old, 165 pounds and 5'10". This was at 12:43 Where it gets interesting, is that Sawyer said that the witness described the rifle that the suspect was "carrying" as a possibly a Winchester. In other words, it was not just a barrel that was seen, but enough to identify the weapon more accurately. There is no way to judge a person's height and weight from anyone crouching in an upper floor window, but you can if you see someone outside the building "carrying" a rifle. Talbert then asks Sawyer if the suspect is still in the building or has left. Sawyer responds with "the shots came from this building, it is unknown if he's still there or not, unknown if he was there in the first place". Now, if the person the witness saw was outside the building "carrying" a Winchester, but the witness was unsure of where he came from, Sawyer's response makes sense. When Sawyer said "unknown if he was there in the first place", that works for the witness seeing the suspect coming from an unknown direction. When Sawyer said "the shots came from this building, it is unknown if he's still there or not", he's saying that if the suspect the witness saw was not the person firing shots from the building, the person that did fire the shots could be still there ... or not If we tie in Baker's man on the 3rd or 4th floor with the suspect the witness saw outside carrying a winchester a few minutes later, it could be the same man reported to Sawyer. Officially, Baker's 3rd or 4th floor man evolved into the 2nd floor Oswald encounter ... and Sawyer's witness was never identified.
  24. I think what this suggests is that two different guns fired by two different people killed officer Tippit. Correct. The 10th Street shooter with the revolver fired Western Cartridges. That revolver ended up in the hands of McDonald for the "struggle" to relieve Oswald of a weapon he didn't possess. The blunder was the later incorrect mix of cartridges.
  25. Mr. FRITZ. The only thing he said he had done wrong, "The only law I violated was in the show; I hit the officer in the show; he hit me in the eye and I guess I deserved it." He said, "That is the only law I violated." He said, "That is the only thing I have done wrong." At that point, you'd expect the Homicide Captain to explain to the suspect that attempting to shoot a police officer was also in violation of the law
