Last April I spoke about the second floor lunch room encounter as part of my Prayer Man presentation at the 14th DPUK seminar in Canterbury. Afterwards I wasn't happy with that segment to which Barry Keane suggested I'd write it up, which I did not realising the task that lay ahead. At the link below I tried to cram every bit of info in there that is available on this alleged encounter, and that has had a negative effect on the software that published it as I managed to crash it and, at this time, cannot edit it at all any more.Once that is solved I will make a couple of minor edits.

Registration is now open for the two-day mock trial that will held at the South Texas College of Law in Houston on Nov. 16th and 17th. We will use what has been learned about forensic evidence from the Innocence Project and use 21st century tools to evaluate the evidence that was used to link Lee Oswald to the assassination. The jury will be selected from the Houston Jury pool. Lawyers will be able to receive 10 CLE credits (including 3 CLE ethics credits). For those who cannot attend the event, there will be a live stream. Alec Baldwin will be the keynote speaker for our Thursday night dinn

Ten years ago I was exploring the Internet for anything on Donald O. Norton, believed to be the real Lee Oswald. Norton was renting charter boats out and had a fly-fishing store. I went on sites about charter boats. I found a red-headed man who did the same business as Norton. The 2 even named their businesses Red's. On a charter boat site I decided to look at their pictures. One picture made its way down the page slowly. I saw the name Ralph Geb. I wrote his name down as an afterthought. Later, I thought I'd look up Ralph Geb, and was astonished to find out he was an Oswald impersona

Why falsification matters "No rational argument will have a rational effect on a man who does not want to adopt a rational attitude."--Sir Karl Popper The great British philosopher of science, Karl R. Popper, to whom my first book, Scientific Knowledge (1981) was in fact dedicated, championed the importance of falsification (or of attempts to show hypotheses and theories are false) as the key to understanding scientific knowledge. It was his position that the content of an hypothesis or theory is directly related to the extent to which they are amenable to being tested on the basi

Apparently, Judyth has rented a room at the Eden Prairie Library, in my neck-of-the-woods, to give a talk and sign her two books this Tuesday, 1-3. Of all the libraries in the Twin Cities, much less Minnesota, I find this choice reeking of irony. I don't know if I will be able to squeeze it into my schedule, but have had a request to have it taped. If anyone would like to do that, please let me know...Thanks...

The curtain rod story is a red herring, so we will do away with it right from the top.
