Guest Mark Valenti
I've seen reference to the man standing next to Jack Ruby at the press conference - found a better picture of him standing next to a very young Peter Jennings.
James Richards
Mark, Could it be Atsuyuki Sassa? James
Guest Mark Valenti
It would be interesting to compare a 1963 era photo. Edited May 30, 2007 by Mark Valenti
James Richards
Mark, I have been trying to secure a circa 1963 image but without luck. Sassa was the former head of Japan's National Security Council. In mid 1964, Sassa told how he had worked with the FBI and it was his opinion that Oswald acted alone and that it was a completely compulsive act. Sassa continued by saying he found no sign of conspiracy or any police involvement in exposing Oswald to possible assassination. He also said the evidence was very clear that no shots came from the front and even took time out to attack writer Thomas Buchanan. Sassa concluded that just about anyone could have made the shots from the TSBD. So there you have it, all wrapped up nice and neat according to the Japanese security agency. It seems to me that the Feds pulled the strings and all the puppets danced. James Edited May 30, 2007 by James Richards
