Tim Gratz
We have had this discuission before and perhaps an administrator can link it. A day or two ago a Utah student went missing. I just saw a tv report that the police had given her boyfriend a voice stress analysis so apparently law enforcement still believes it to be an important investigative technique. There must be recordings of the public testimony before the HSCA (I have seen snitches of some of it). It would be interesting to have a professional subject at least some of the witnesses' testimony to a voice stress analysis. What do you think of this idea? Only problem is it would obviously require funding.
