Jack White
Anatomically, a knee joint can only bend backwards. So I have long wondered about the top picture of Hill on the limo. His leg is in the back seat, WITH THE THIGH AGAINST THE BACK OF THE SEAT. This leaves these options: 1. his lower leg penetrates the seat. 2. his lower leg penetrates the seat back. 3. his lower leg bends to the left or right, causing severe ACL damage. Also note that his hand grasps the left side of the limo and his right foot hangs over the right side of the limo, yet he stands upright in the middle of the limousine. Am I the only one who sees all of this as peculiar? Jack Edited January 18, 2008 by Jack White
Bill Miller
3. his lower leg bends to the left or right, causing severe ACL damage. Hill could merely bend his leg and have it behind the President and on the seat. And it could be done without causing severe damage IMO.

Since Kennedy was slumped across the seat face down, perhaps Hill stepped over him and planted his foot on the floor of the limo.
