Oswald and UFO's

WC interview with John Donovan, Oswald's unit commander in California:

Mr. ELY "...Would you say that Oswald specifically was more intelligent than the average enlisted man..."

Mr. DONOVAN "...I also found him competent in any job I saw him try in the center... Sometimes he surveiled for unidentified aircraft...."

I wonder if he ever saw any.

Good catch Steve. Glad to see you have not lost your touch.

I am not investigating UFO phenomena, but I wonder whether anyone can advise whether Donovan is still alive, and how one might go about contacting him.

Probably. "Unidentified aircraft" are a whole lot more common than UFOs.

And since the whole UFO phenomena was developed as part of a psychological warfare operation by the US military to disguise and protect the U2 and other experimental aircraft, and the U2 was stationed at Oswald's base, and Oswald was a radar operator, then why be surprised that the two are used together in the same sentence?
