NOTE: I have noticed a couple of small glitches--"Harvard" when I meant "Dartmouth" and "1964" vice

and of other CIA agents in Dealey Plaza and (ii) misstating the name of the person who I believe fired

the shot that entered the right temple, an Air Force expert named "Jack Lawrence", not "(Jim) Lewis",

who has been traveling around the South firing bullets through junked cars at dummies in the back. I

think (i) was lost due to a tape change, but the most important part of what is missing can be found

Yea, a couple of small glitches. I hope you didn't try to get anybody fired at Harvard by mistake, where JB learned how to spell.

While the audio on my computer is not working, I hope that you at least mention Jim Douglas' book "JFK & the Unspeakable - Why He Died and Why It Matters" since you appropriate his subtitle "Why it matters" - If I really was a Pompus Ass I would have said ripped off, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and that you credit him and promote his book.

I will finish transcribing Jim Douglas' important Dallas COPA talk as soon as I get the audio working again.

And I will go through all of the David Lifton Youtube talks to find the one where he mentions the "Hawkeye Works" and transcribe that section of his talk, and since Doug Horne references Lifton's "Pig On A Leash" talk/article published in MIDP, I will transcribe and post that too, when I get it, since nobody else is willing to do it.

took place on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, and is archived at http://radiofetzer.blogspot.com. After you finish these

worthy tasks, then, I take it, you will explain exactly what you think I have wrong about JFK and conspiracy theories.

I would be nice if you had more significant critiques than the unedifying trivialities you mention in this post. We'll see.

My latest blog at jamesfetzer.blogspot.com is devoted to James Douglass and JFK AND THE UNSPEAKABLE. Just to correct the record, by the way, having given the point more thought, while I did recommend the book during my presentation, my choice of title was not actually inspired by Jim's book but by the request from my Portland host to talk about why it matters today! I would also add that his having used the words "and why it matters" does not copyright this rather familiar ordinary-language phrase. Nevertheless, I am a huge fan of this book, which, apart from a minor mistake regarding the identification of the man in the archway at the Book Depository as Lee Oswald, when it is far more likely to be Billy Lovelady, is virtually flawless. I would note, if it has not previously been reported, that Robert Groden introduced a new witness in Dallas last month, who was apparently making change for Oswald to purchase his coke in the lunchroom at 12:30 PM, when they both heard what sounded like firecrackers coming from outside the building. My understanding is that her name is Geneva Hine, that she had come to Groden with her story some time back, but asked that her experience not be made public until after her death, out of concern for her personal well-being. Groden kept that promise, but now that she is gone, he is revealing her testimony, which is going to be included in a new book he is authoring. Since he could not have been in two places at the same time, Geneva's testimony reinforces the inference that it was not Oswald in the Altgens' photograph of the building.

Of course! Not only do I recommend James Douglass's book, but I have interviewed him on "The Real Deal", which
