Guest Robert Morrow
This video does a great job of showing of how intense and precarious the Cold War was. It is a simple video/audio dateline of every nuclear explosion. The very act of testing a nuclear weapon is a threat to other countries because they assume one day that those bombs might be dropping on THEM. This is an extremely informative video. Notice the flurry nuclear explosions that occurred in 1961, 1962, 1963. Especially the ones by the Russians beginning in September, 1961. Then you get a massive amount of American nuclear explosions over the next few years... We really were on the edge of nuclear war back then. John Kennedy really should be a great hero to the RUSSIANS (and the Chinese) because they are the ones that had the most to lose in a full blown nuclear war. A war that Kennedy was trying desperately hard to stop. And people like Gen. Curtis LeMay were ready to incinerate and they had the means to do it. David Josephs
Humanity, you never had it to begin with.” Charles Bukowski quotes thanks Robert... the rarest event in the universe occurs here, life, and we do nothing but poison the place. {sigh}
